I think I accidentally got double-charged when they scanned my gift card and it beeped twice and I was like "huh how did it go down this much" but I can't see transactions.
Hi everyone,
I recently won the 7-day NHL free coffee challenge and was stoked to use it every day.
My second day comes around and the scan doesn't work. The employees take my phone, poke around on it, then give it back to me saying to try scanning again.
Everything works out, I'm grateful thinking they fixed the offer.
I woke up this morning and was surprised to see my points had gone down as I was saving them. (I have never once turned on redeem) My history tab shows they were used on my "free" reward.
At this point, Tim's is gaslighting me saying I did it myself when I messaged them saying they physically took my phone and "fixed" it for me.
It's not about 400 points, it's about the principle.
Never thought I'd feel like a Karen, but I feel wronged. I would never redeem points for something that I am getting for free...
Anyways :(
My wife got me a Special Olympics donut today.
Miss the old days of various soups, donuts, cookies, pastries, timbits. Now it's just one soup item, and selective donuts and timbits. Anyone remember days of cream cheese Danish, maple pecan Danish, tuna sandwich, egg salad sandwich, toffee glazed donut, honey cruller timbits 🥲
Do they teach Tim Horton's employees to foll the cup to the point of spilling? Most places don't fill the drinks to the top, why do it with a boiling hot liquid? It burns my hands and ruins my interior, why do they do it?
I feel so sorry for yall. Thank god it never happens at my local Tims.
I work at Tim Hortons, and some of my coworkers told me that large sandwiches should be cut in half. But when I checked the build chart, there’s no step for cutting them.
Is this an actual rule, or do people just do it out of habit? How is it done at your store?
My GF is vegan and as such can’t eat most things on the menu. One day she asked me to get her a plain bagel with jam and a tea with oat milk. I asked for a plain bagel and they said they didn’t have them and they only had cheese. I asked if they were just out and they said they only carry cheese and everything bagels. Weird but alright.
So I asked if I could get jam on an everything bagel and they said they don’t have jam either. Or peanut butter. I asked if they were just out again but they said they haven’t had jam for years.
They also didn’t have oat milk, so I texted my gf and she said she didn’t even want anything then.
Just posting this to see if this is weird to anyone else that the breakfast-based restaurant barely has any breakfast spread options
I have a bunch of gift cards to use and decided to be a little risky so I bought the tenders and wedges and they were SUPER dry. This isn't even the first time. Their crispy chicken sandwhich is extremely dry.
Even their farmer's breakfast sandwhich with sausage biscuit bread/bagels I'd argue is one of their better options from what I've tried from them and even that sandwhich is pretty dry.
Should I just not expect much from their fries/sandwhiches and just buy the stuff I wrote in the title from them?
I want to know in this group … people here work in Tim Hortons in Laval or Montréal In Québec ? Answer me please !!! Or tell me where you work !
My boyfriend ordered a london fog yesterday and this is what they gave him. It was nasty
This is a deep question, I cant decide.. I'm gonna go soon and wondering which I should get. I've been to tim hortons the past 2 days and got an ice cap, donut and the wedges, should I get the other item I didnt get the cookie or the same item I already got?
I tried to redeem my points today. I had 2,500 points in total and some of my points were expiring tomorrow. So I wanted to spend it on a steak and cheddar sandwich (1,300 points). I turned on the app, set it to "redeem my points" and ordered it at the counter.
Cashier display says "points will be added to your account" and I still have to pay 8 bucks. Hmm.
I try to get the cashier to correct it but he gives me some excuse that I can't redeem it for that item because it's "new" and "not included in the redeem program."
Smells fishy, but fine. I change my order to a simple Boston Creme. Lo and behold, the cashier still wouldn't let me redeem it. He said I have to either order online or go to a different store.
Fuming now, but I sit down and try to order through an app. At checkout I set it to redeem and the app CONFIRMS that i will be using points, but when i try to finalize the purchase it says I don't have enough money on my Tims gift card?? It's still trying to charge me despite opting to use points??
Am I doing it wrong or is Tims trying to grift me?
It's not even a Canadian company anymore, I'm done with this nonsense.
I usually go for vanilla cream cold brew but I want a lower calorie option if possible !
Feel like I’ve been searching for this answer forever
Is it Tim’s or another brand?
I'm just curious to see how many people prefer their wrap without sauce.
I realllly enjoy these and my wallet doesn’t. Is it just a vanilla creamer? Baking Vanilla added to the cream? A pump of vanilla syrup with regular cream? Please share the secrets.
I ordered a DD, as I do every morning at the same tim hortons. It doesn’t taste like a DD and don’t know what this says. Thought maybe triple triple? Looks like an s or u. Anyone know?
