Really useful boxes

Does a warlord titan fit in a 9L or 9L XL really useful box please? I'm not convinced it'll fit in a standard 9L but just wanted to double check

Can't really find an answer online so was wondering if anyone here knew the answer.

Quake or Belicosa on Warbringer?

Essentially the title. I'm bringing a Warbringer outside of a maniple with double volcano for armour breaking (running Legio Crucius so reactor heat isn't an issue) and I don't know if that plus a double plasma warlord is enough armour cracking to get away with the quake, or if a Belicosa would be needed

I’m thinking about starting Knight army, however Household/lance rules confuse me.

Can anyone clarify a few moments?

  1. You can use highest command value in lance; however, high scion rule gives you +2 to result for banner command checks, so this rule doesn’t work with lance orders?

  2. Household battlegroup Reinforcement rules sending me mixed signals. They «do not follow Titan Legion rules», however they «can be drawn from any Titan Legion». What does it mean? It kinda make sense if Titans lose their legion trait and unique equipment, because knights cannot have Qualities in Titan army either, however why do they «can be drawn»?

  3. I was thinking about using one full-melee and one «long-ranged» lance. However, former is impossible with questoris knights, right? I mean, you can take one, however RAW you gonna roll one attack die per knight, not two?

  4. It’s not that important because I don’t have even one Warmaster and I don’t think I will ever play at this scale, however, by the way… « A Household battlegroup can include a maximum of one Titan as Reinforcements for each Lance in the battlegroup. A maximum of one of these Titans can be an Auxiliary Titan.» My first thought was ok so knight army may only have one Warmaster or Dire Wolf… However, this wording kinda matches with «One of these Knight Banners per Titan Maniple can be an Auxiliary Knight Banner», so is it really «one rare titan per army» or maybe «one rare titan per titan» born from bad edits and rules rewriting?

Current WIP of my Battle groups heads

Going for a marble look on all white panels. They need washes, glazing and a gander from a distance for sure 😅

Not looking forward to the rest of the armour 😅

How important are good Legio rules?

I know it's a silly question but it's one that has been on my mind all week. I've decided to paint my Titans as Legio Ignatum because that scheme lives in my head rent free. As for their rules though... they don't get my creative cells sparking. I like Legio Venator's rules quite a bit and the Crusade Legio rules are sweet but I recently found Legio Fortidus. Their rules don't seem all that great until I saw that you can give an Arcus Maniple a second Warbringer. I love the idea of the Arcus on paper and a second Warbringer just sounds awesome. My issue comes from the fact that not a whole lot more can be done with Fortidus. No smoke launchers and squadrons, no mix and match wargear and traits. Just swap a titan or two if you run a second maniple. Obviously I could just play test at some point but I'm trying to use list building to guide my purchases and stoke my hype. What are your thoughts?

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read the ramblings of someone with too much on their mind

So I know this is for small scale titans but I need some guidance!

Ok so I recently built up a full scale nemesis titan I got and it went together pretty damn easily, tho I messed up on the legs slightly and now he’s too back heavy and like to fall over when the torso is placed on top. What’s a good way to pin the legs so it doesn’t topple over.

I own a reaver and warhound already and the warhound is also pinned but the base I built is ugly as hell and I don’t want that for my largest child lmao.

Attached pic shows just how far back the legs are positioned, it’s def an issue with the calfs but I don’t think I break it apart and try to repose!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Vox Furoris, my Warmaster Titan for Legio Atarus, finished in 3 Days

He may not be the most well done piece, but he’s good enough for me. Still needs a couple touch ups though
