IT DOES NOT RECORD A VOICE MEMO NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I PRESS THE RED BUTTON. IT IS FAILING TO PLAY VOICE MEMOS TOO.

Often when I click the back arrow when I’m in a message, instead of taking me back to all my messages, it starts recording a voice message (as if I clicked audio from the + menu next to the text field). I assume there’s some kind of shortcut enabled, but it’s nothing I did intentionally so I don’t know how to turn it off. I’ve tried searching about this issue, but only found unrelated other microphone problems/settings. Any ideas? Thanks

Both photos were taken with iPhone 15 Pro at similar ISOs 100 and shutter speeds at around 1/1200 s. The photo taken by the standard camera app looks more contrasty and slightly sharper than the ProCamera app photo. These two photos are just an example, but I find that mostly the stock camera app produces more contrasty and slightly sharper photos than ProCamera. Could it be that the photos are similar, but only because the stock camera app does extra tweaks and adds more contrast to make them look a little sharper, but actually both photos are the same, just that ProCamera is actually a little less processed? Am I wrong? Why so? Both photos were taken at ProRaw 48 MP standard 1x camera. The ProCamera app uses the exact same camera API as the standard camera app by default, shouldn't the same processing be done on both?

I’ve managed to use assistive touch to have my phone function as normal and do things such as screenshot and or lock the screen. But I can’t get “confirm with AssistiveTouch” working to replace the need of double clicking the power button since I need to confirm it, using my power button. Is there a way for me to get around this? Thank you💕

Hello, will this affect my cam? I consulted with a cellphone specialist and said I should not remove the broken pieces of glasses because if the cam lens gets heated, the camera module will be blurry or broken as well. Is that true?

I put it a lens protector after the cam lens got broken to protect it.

My airdrop doesn’t work from my ipad to iphone, i have to send it to my macbook first then to my iphone, it’s works with other iphones, and it works from iphone to ipad, it’s just my ipad to my iphone, it either says failed or declined.

Considering how refined Apple makes all of it's products and puts a lot of weight on UI, why is Siri still so limited in 2024?

I came to iPhone from a Pixel 18 months ago and it changed from using an 'Assistant' many times daily to basically not using one at all. The iPhone is genuinely quite 'dumb' in a lot of respects compared to a Pixel, though maybe the limited functionality is based on user privacy? Whatever it is, Siri is years behind Google Assistant.

I really hope we get to see a big overhaul of Siri, or even a whole new assistant. My assumption is that AI must come into it at some point on iPhones. I can't believe Apple will just leave Siri as it is - it really isn't very practical or useful at all!

Hi, I want to access the photos in my Samsung device to Iphone using a USB Cable connected to both devices, is it possible?

Managed to turn on my iPhone 5 with 2014 chats that I’m wanting to gather. When I search some keywords in the homepage, it shows me the specific WhatsApp texts in the search bar - with the correct dates. But when I click WhatsApp it tells me to update it.

I did some googling and set the iPhone date from today to sometime in 2015. This got rid of the update WhatsApp screen, and I can see my profile. But a few seconds in and it tells me that my phones dates are inaccurate and doesn’t let me navigate the app. If someone could help me or give me any tips.

I can’t update the app otherwise that will wipe everything out completely. Also if anyone can refer me to communities that would be helpful for this matter, that would be great.

I’m from Canada and I noticed a problem where my 14 PM experiences slower data when I am in other countries. Specifically, during my recent trip to London (Lyca mobile with physical SIM card) and New York (T-Mobile with e-sim) I continuously experienced network issues. Oftentimes nothing would load or it would load extremely slowly. I would say the internet worked properly only 30% of the time. Has anyone else experienced such a problem before or is it likely an issue with my phone?

I have this email address from when I was in school years ago, and my phone incessantly autofills or suggests this email address whenever I need to fill in my contact info for various websites. I’ve tried to delete all traces of the email, including saved passwords in iCloud and chrome, and making sure my contact card is updated as such. I even deleted all saved passwords for it on my MacBook. I can’t figure out how to make it stop suggesting/auto filling using this email address every time.

I need some advice.

Basically around 2 years ago my partner got an upgrade and she gave me her iPhone XR, I was using it for a while and somehow I cannot remember but I managed to put the password in so many times wrong that it locked the phone, but because my old email address and an old number were connected to that Apple ID, which means I can’t reset the password or even remove that Apple ID to put a new one on there, I called a company local that deals with iPhones and he said pretty much there isn’t much that can be done? Which I found weird baring it mind the IMEI number matches with my partner and her contract provider, so it’s clearly not stolen. Does anyone have any advice?
