[iOS 18.2 DB2] New 1-hour security delay for adding Exchange account due to Stolen Device Protection
Just encountered a new security prompt in iOS 18.2 Developer Beta 2 with a 1-hour delay for adding an Exchange account when in an unfamiliar location.

[iOS 18.2 PB1] Apple Intelligence stuck on downloading after language change
Like many others I’d temporarily changed my device language to English (United States) to get early access to the Apple Intelligence features.
As of 18.2 this has reached the UK so I changed my language & device settings back.
I’m stuck on “Apple Intelligence is downloading” and no amount of toggling language/region settings, restarting the device, or any of the usual tricks from 18.1 seem to work.
General > Storage shows 3.18GB assigned to Apple Intelligence which isn’t increasing (with time spent on WiFi downloading) nor decreasing (with toggling to a region that doesn’t support Apple Intelligence and restoring to Siri).
Worth noting that switching everything back to English (US) also doesn’t work, with the settings screen still saying downloading.
Anyone else?

[iOS 18.2 DB 2] Feedback Assistant not allowing me to "Rate My Experiences"
Has anyone else seen this? I was able to rate few things but now it just loops over and over. I'd love to follow up on a few summarizations I saw come through but it seems like this doesn't work anymore?
I've tried restarting device too. The "Rate Your Experiences" tab is also missing on the iOS app entirely?

[iOS 18.2 PB1] AirTags/AirPods cannot be tracked, Find My doesn't allow pairing
As title. AirTags think they are someone elses' and give me warnings, when I unpaired them I can no longer pair at all.
AirPods also not trackable.
I've seen some other reports of Find My problems and listed as a known issue on previous build.
Edit: Eventually re-pairing worked and is working now, same for AirPods.

[iOS 18.2 PB1] ChatGPT not showing in Settings
Downloaded iOS 18.2 PB1 last night and everything was smooth as it could be. When looking in settings, under Apple Intelligence & Siri, ChatGPT does not show up. I had previously installed the ChatGPT app and thought that might be the issue, I then deleted the app and rebooted the phone to see if that would trigger it showing up. It did not. Turn off and back on Apple Intelligence and its still not showing up all though now it is redownloading the AII data. Any and insight is appreciated.

[ios 18.2 DB2] photos app bug, black horizontal line in library
Leaving here this post I made in because apparently it’s a bug not only on iPhone 13 but on several other models too, introduced with iOS 18.1 and persists in the iOS 18.2 DB2.

[iOS 18.2 DB1] AirPods Pro Gen 2 disconnects and reconnects every 1 to 3 minutes.
I’ve tried everything to fix it and nothing works. It happens every single day. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing, I’ve turned of automatic ear detection, I’ve turned off Bluetooth, I’ve taken it off of find my iPhone, I’ve reset network settings. Please help!

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Siri Voice sounds different to sample voice
As the title suggests, Siri sounds quite dull and frankly depressed in action compared to the sample played when selecting a voice option. Previous iOS versions share the same upbeat tone as the sample voice.
For reference I am using the Australian Voice 2.
Has anyone else noticed this with their respective Siri voice selections?

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Exchange account leaves messages in "outbox" even after they're sent
In addition to general bugginess of the Mail app in 18.2, I've had a problem wherein messages I sent from my phone show up in the "Outbox" even after they successfully send. If I go into Outbox and delete those messages, the Outbox still shows up with the same count, and eventually those messages show up back in the Outbox. Removing and re-adding account and resetting network settings have not helped.

[iOS 18.2 DB2] App updates stopping after force closing App Store after initiating “Update”
Upon initiating the “Update” feature for individual applications within the AppStore, it is crucial to refrain from force-closing the AppStore. Failure to do so may result in the updates not being applied.
It appears that leaving the AppStore in the background is a suitable solution, as I have not encountered any issues with this approach on previous operating systems.

[iOS 18.2 DB2] RCS setting completely disappeared
EDIT: submitted as FB15693411
RCS setting on my 15 pro max has completely disappeared after updating to DB2 (was hoping it would fix already existing RCS issues). Funny thing is other devices, like my partners android work phone, are still seeing it as an RCS device and attempting to send RCS messages instead of SMS. After multiple restarts and resetting network settings I guess the only thing left to do is a factory reset...

The prompt for this was "me looking angry." In every outcome, I have a weird forced smile. This is for any emotion I choose. I tried "me crying" and "me and it was just goofy grins in every result.

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Messages in DND Waking up phone.
Didn’t notice this until installing DB2 of 18.2 today, but it appears my phone is waking up for Messages notifications even when the phone is in Di Not Disturb mode. Caught me off guard when someone messaged me right before falling asleep and the phone woke up.
The person is not in my Allow list for bypassing DND, nor are they marked as a favourite contact. If I’m using the phone their messages don’t pop up.

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Safari Swipe to Remove Tab Too Sensitive? (Scrolling)
Swiping up to scroll through a list of tabs in Safari, unlike in previous betas and other iOS versions, seems to be more sensitive and accidentally removes tabs. Does anyone else have this issue?
I also remember in the first DB1, there was a bug where it was difficult to swipe to remove tabs, but now it seems like it was fixed.

[iOS 18 DB2] Passwords App Unresponsive
After updating, the Passwords app has become unresponsive and just showing a black screen. Any one else experiencing this and/or know a fix? I’ve already restarted the iPad yet no avail. Using an M1 iPad Pro 11 inch.

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Playgroung not letting me create what I previously created
So I was trying to create an emoji guy in playground wearing white and neon pants. It worked the first time with the trigger “happy emoji guy in white pants with neon patterns”. But instead of saving it I did a copy. But it didn’t copy. Had an old paste in memory. Now Everytime I try to recreate it, it keeps asking me to choose an inspiration for the person I’m trying to create. But I can do the emoji guy with just white pants. Any other way I can ask playground?

[iOS 18.2 DB2] Settings search engine not showing proper results
I am aware that some people have this and some do not, and I would like to find out what the trigger point of this can be. If I access settings app and try to use the search bar, it just does not work properly. Sometimes I see only 3rd party apps as results, sometimes any result at all. Missing some important and basic results as Mail, Display, or Camera among many others
