I can't decide on a name for my courier so I'm leaving it up to you guys! I need you guys to give me some of the worst, most horrendous names you can think of. I'll choose between the two top comments.
Was playing Lonesome Road and found this guy in a ransom dumpster. I thought these never made it to the west coast.
I have tried changing the resolution and playing in windowed but I always find myself here. The game also often times loads in the corner of the screen before going to this.
Sooo I recently replayed Half-Life 2 and the Old World Blues DLC for Fallout: New Vegas, and I couldn't help but notice some interesting similarities between the two, both in gameplay and story elements.
Overall, both games offer compelling gameplay and memorable stories that highlight the consequences of unchecked scientific ambition. Whether you prefer the gravity-defying puzzles of Half-Life 2 or the quirky humor of Old World Blues, both experiences offer something truly special.
What are your thoughts on these, any other parallels?
"By the time I was 30 years old, I was a gooner 30 times over. I founded and ran a vast Joi empire. Do you really think I'm going to let an coomer come into my home and edge my property to me? I spent two centuries searching for the Platinum gimp. It's my invention, my property, mine! Now be a good gooner and deliver it!"
It's something I was wondering about, especially since he has a robot who is his mistress and has spent two centuries in that casket, maybe he gooned to past the time after waking up from his comma ? It would get rather lonely and boring I imagine.
How do you guys think FNV would have been different if he was a gooner or ended even?
So, I've started the game this very week and I'm kinda lost... I'm level 5, have no ideia how to upgrade my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. status and the main problem: I'M FULL OF JUNK AND WEAPONS... I've looked up on internet and apparently I can store stuff in that cowboy robot's house in goodsprings. Should I? Another thing, what do I do with all this misc? oh and what about items like the Stealth boy and "locksmiths reader" or "milsurp review"? how do they work? Just use and wait a few minutes and the effects are gone? Thank you
I’m tired of TTW slaves FO3
So I'm trying to get the Ghost Hunter Perk (just started up Dead Money again), but I don't know if using God before Dog and using Dog sometime later would ruin it. My original goal was to go to the police station, get God out of his cell, and later, when I have to take him to the switches, I'll make him turn into Dog and get the Ghost Hunter Perk. I am unsure if the ways you can get the perk has limits. Does the chance to get the perk end after you complete the Collar 8 quest, or can you always get it as long as you have Dog as a companion? Assistance would be amazing her for an oddly specific question
No spoilers pls
I'm asking, because a huge problem I've had with Lilly in particular is that, as any melee NPC, she will strike an enemy once, get knocked back, has to bridge the gap, bonk the enemy again, rinse and repeat.
And this unfortunately means that melee-based companions aren't as useful as they could be, while melee-based enemies aren't as dangerous as they could be. It is kind of sad that the weapon speed for them literally doesn't matter, because of how they fight.
I also just do not understand why melee NPCs fight like this. It's kinda ridiculous.
I've only played metro 2033. Would be more fitting to do this in fallout 3 but oh well
As the title suggests I'm putting together a cosplay for a convention, and I need ideas on how to make the armor. I was thinking of using foam for it.
Asking because I don't want to walk into Caesar's camp and get attacked just for wearing the Riot gear.
I keep trying to drop the radioactive barrels to clear out Cottonwood Cove but then there are a bunch of Legionaries who just stand there and never die. The quest marker still acts like I completed the task but I wanted to loot the bodies. I know this is a documented glitch but is there a way to fix it besides just running in and mowing everyone down? I liked the idea of the camp being totally wiped out anonymously. Does this happen to anyone else?
The title pretty much says it all I did as best of a yes man ending as possible and the wasteland still turns to chaos. I upgraded and turned on the securitrons up at the fort so Yes Man has every advantage that House has yet it’s still chaos while the house ending is orderly. It’s not a question of man power or in this case machine power because all of the securitrons were activated. It’s not about opposition because the legion are gone, NCR is gone but I’m still friendly with them, I killed the brotherhood, got the khans to leave, allied with the boomers, killed the fiends, and helped the followers as much as I could. I feel like this should set up yes man for a similar ending as house because he has all the same resources and advantages. Let me know what you guys think.
I played some FNV on my gog copy but I want to keep all of my games on one platform so im thinking of repurchasing it on steam but I'm eyeing on getting the regular version instead of ultimate edition so will my save files from gog ultimate work with non ultimate steam copy?
I have 4gb mod and other patches and yet it still crashes
