Is it normal to not see any leads when running a lead gen campaign for the first time? I’m trying to gather leads through the in-platform forms then directing users to a landing page to download the free asset I’m promoting after they finish the form but I haven’t gotten any leads yet? My budget is over $1,000 and I’ve been testing different form fills but still nothing after a few weeks.
I am very close to completing my build of a tool meant to summarize, analyze and provide contextual analysis for client reporting, that will provide the media team member the ability to tweak and approve before automatically showing on a client dashboard.
My internal estimates are this would save about 50% of media team members reporting time, specifically those traders and search social and programmatic needing to provide analysis for the account team.
I could use some help and double checking my percentages of time saving
FYI - looking at this tool from my multi-channel media agency perspective
Which Al tools have really helped boost your productivity? How do you use them, and what do you like about them over other tools that you may have tried for the same taks?
Hey fellow marketers! As someone working in digital marketing, I keep seeing a trend that bothers me: even in 2024, many teams in both small and large companies, are still using manual reporting for tracking KPIs and campaign performance. Excel is their BFF. Especially in digital marketing, it seems like a huge time sink, especially when automated dashboards could streamline this process.
For those who haven’t made the switch to automated dashboards (like Looker Studio, for example), what’s holding you back? Is it due to budget, lack of knowledge, or maybe the dashboards you’ve tried were too rigid and didn’t meet your specific needs for flexibility and scalability?
I’d love to hear what would make an automated dashboard feel like a must-have in your toolkit.
Thanks in advance for sharing any thoughts!

To those working in the E-commerce (E-commerce Specialist) industry, how do you make a portfolio? Mind sharing yours for an idea?

Google recently launched a revamped shopping experience, fully powered by AI, that changes how we shop online. The new system uses cutting-edge AI to offer hyper-personalized product searches, filter-based options, and visuals that help shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for. It combines product reviews, recommendations, and more detailed listings, making the search more interactive and tailored to user preferences.
Have you tried it yet? What do you think this means for the future of e-commerce and online ads?
I have worked for a SaaS startup for about 4 months, we tested different methods during our pre-launch, such as building up the discord community and Reddit promotion. But we received few feedback from our users, so should we do paid ads this time to attract more users first?
I’m developing Promptly, a tool for integrating text-based ads in AI-powered apps. Imagine a text-based NFL ad showing up naturally during a chat about football. Since it’s so relevant to the conversation, this could mean higher engagement. Would this type of advertising fit your strategy?
Hi, I am developing an app (initially only web, if things go well also mobile) that connects people going to festivals.
The common opinion is, as soon as it’s deployed, to start promoting it on Reddit in niche subreddits (in my case r/festivals, r/Oktoberfest, etc.) and Facebook event groups, and in the meantime to work on SEO to improve Google rankings.
But what next? I can’t post everyday the same post on subreddits or groups. If I don’t get the first users with these methods, do you suggest to abandon the project or to push even harder with social media marketing?

Hey everyone!
I just started using Wui.ai for my video content, and it's been a total game changer 🙌! It pulls the best highlights from my longer videos and turns them into quick, engaging clips. Seriously, it saves me so much time on editing.
Has anyone else tried it? I’ve noticed my engagement has shot up since I started posting these shorter clips. I’d love to hear your experiences! What kind of content are you creating? Any tips for maximizing those highlights?

This post will help you write hooks that get you more views and leads.
What is a “hook”?
In copywriting: the first sentence of your post is called a 'hook'.
The 'hook' is the first line of a social post.
The 'hook' is the headline of a blog post.
The 'hook' is the attention grabber.
Your hook has one purpose:
Get the reader to read the next line.
If you don't get them to click “see more” and read the next line:
It doesn't matter how valuable your post is
It doesn't matter how interesting your post is
It doesn't matter how life-altering your post is
Nobody will see it.
Good hook = more reading time.
More reading time = more views on Linkedin.
A good hook does this:
Communicates a huge benefit
Communicates a huge problem
Communicates a huge information gap
Here are 2 easy hook templates you can use right now:
Example:
How to write hooks that grab attention in 4 simple steps
Example:
90% of content online sucks - here’s why
Pro copywriting tip:
Write your hook AFTER you write your content.
Write your hook after you ask this question:
What's the most impactful benefit the reader gets out of this post?
Follow this advice and you'll get 10x more views on your posts.

Hey everyone!
I wanted to share a recent win I had with my email marketing strategy that might resonate with some of you.
As a digital marketer working for a small tech startup, I often found myself overwhelmed with the sheer volume of potential leads. I knew I needed to refine my approach, but where to start? After some trial and error, I decided to focus on quality over quantity.
I put together a stack of tools that really made a difference:
I crafted a series of personalized emails aimed at around 200 potential clients, each tailored to their unique needs. My main goal was to encourage them to schedule a consultation with me after reading my email.
One email I sent out caught the attention of a startup struggling with their marketing strategy. I shared a brief success story about how I helped a similar company boost their online presence. After a few back-and-forth emails, we set up a meeting and it turned into a new client!
In total, I closed five new clients through this campaign, which felt like a huge win. This experience taught me the importance of clarity in my call-to-action. If you’re in digital marketing, remember: be specific about what you want your readers to do after they read your email. It can really pay off!
What’s a digital marketing trick or tactic that worked way better than you expected this year? I hear so much about "best practices," but I’m curious about the lesser-known strategies that actually brought in results.
Whether it was a unique social media approach, a twist on email campaigns, or even a fresh way to use SEO—I'd love to hear what worked for you!
I am in a startup team now and we want to build up our social media on X and TikTok. But it's super difficult from 0 to 1. I would like to look for advice on this. Is it the paid ads important for promoting our social media?
I’m managing a few e-commerce sites, and lately, I’ve noticed higher-than-usual bounce rates on key product pages. It’s frustrating because I’ve optimized for speed, added customer reviews, and tested different layouts, but still seeing a drop-off. Has anyone cracked the code on engaging visitors better or keeping them around longer?
I’m managing campaigns on several social channels and want to make sure I’m tracking ROI accurately. What tools or techniques do you find most effective for managing multi-platform analytics?
To what extent, i can automate this process. Or is it even possible to automate this using proxies and dummy accounts. And if possible how can i do this ?
I'd also mention, if you have such an account, feel free to hmu with ur page and rates.
Whats the most efficient way I can approach this besides for scrolling and slowly making a list and DMing them?

Hey there,
I want to ask a quick question about the state of software used in digital marketing. So you also think that currently, there is a lack of unified, affordable solution for digital marketing for small businesses?
I know there is Hubspot, but I also know it can quickly get pricey when you have a few users. Did you feel the same?
The reason I'm asking that is that I'm currently building a tool (not disclosing name or link to avoid self-promotion), and knowing what are your needs and feeling about software for digital marketing would help me a lot :)
Thanks
Hi!
I (32m IT/AI/product-skills) am starting my business in Belgium and everything will depend on the marketing. I worked with some freelancers on Upwork and I see that there is traction for my business idea, but the ad quality is rather low and the targetting I set up myself is non-existant. I'd like to have someone fully invested to take it to the next level.
Any ideas where to find these ambitious profiles (In Belgium or UK)? I feel most marketeers prefer freelance life over startup life.
This process is getting exhausting, and LinkedIn doesn’t seem like the best way to go anymore. I reach out to people or get interviewed and there is just so much competition everywhere.
Is there any other approach to job hunting for marketing jobs? Does anyone know of any recruiters???
Title. Curious, would these be valuable skills to have?
Hello, I am currently a student who wants to dip their toes into digital marketing. I was wondering if anyone here has any insight into part time positions or how to break into digital marketing when you are limited on time? Thank you!
Hey everyone,
Growing our domain authority has helped our business rank better, but finding legit backlink opportunities is tough. One thing that worked for us is “101 domain exchanges,” where I simply reach out to similar sites and ask about exchanging links.
Since it’s worked so well, I created a service around it! You can check out RankChase —just add your website, and we’ll find you 101 relevant backlink exchange opportunities.
Would something like this be helpful for you? What other strategies have worked for you?
Hey everyone!
Over the last 2 years I went through a transformation, I lost over 76lbs going from 248lbs to 172lbs through my diet alone. Along the way I picked up running. I had many people, family and friends ask me how I did it and I tell them. During that time I opened a patreon and decided to use reddit as a platform to share my journey with the goal of helping others attain the same success.
It's going well. I've been posting in a variety of subreddits and have been getting great reaults. A few individuals notice I cross post in different subs and are not to happy about it, doesn't bother be but I know that something needs to change.
I have a few issues, and here is where im at:
I get the most engagement from transformation photos, but I’m running low on fresh pics.
Some of my posts are being flagged or removed, and people are noticing my cross-posting.
I need to keep engagement high to drive traffic to my Patreon, and I’m open to pivoting my approach to avoid burnout and keep my posts valuable and varied.
Would love advice or insights on:
How to add variety without losing the visual impact that my transformation pics bring.
Tips for indirect marketing or soft promotion that works well on Reddit.
Any tricks for finding content ideas that provoke discussion and drive curiosity without being repetitive.
Thanks for any advice in advance, I'd really appreciate some guidance on keeping this marketing plan effective.
