I want to find what audios people are using now, which wont get me flagged so the reel can still be monetized.
I'm trying to automate posting instagram stories that are TikTok videos but all the auto schedulers I can find (like Meta Business Suite) only take your own images/videos. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've decided it's time to "fire" a client for the first time. The owner has a history of crossing boundaries and being overly demanding, especially considering the $350/month she pays me (she was an early client). For example, she insisted that all DMs be answered within 2 hours, and got angry when I reminded her that I don't work weekends. She can be quick to anger. She has also brought her "life coach" to our marketing meetings and the life coach proceeded to tell the owner (with me sitting RIGHT there) that she didn't see the value in a social media manager. She also recently fired the amazing marketing manager I reported to (mind you, after asking her to go full-time and drop her other clients) and replaced her with two corporate-seeming guys who have no social media experience, leaving me with little support.
I've been considering leaving for a while and originally planned to give notice mid-December to avoid leaving her during the holiday sale season. However, with the new marketing team starting and her scheduling a meeting this week to discuss 2025 social media strategy, it makes more sense to let her know now so a new social media manager can onboard alongside the team. Plus, I don't want to discuss a strategy I won't be around to implement. I've learned a lot from this experience, including the importance of raising my rates sooner and sticking to my boundaries!
How do I go about this? I don't want to anger her by telling her that she is the main reason I want to leave. Also, I know that some of this is on me for not maintaining my boundaries. Some people have suggested I send her an email telling her that I'm raising my rates to "market standard" in 2025, citing inflation, knowing well that she will not pay it. She already has given the impression that she does not see my value as is and after many marketing meetings, I know that she does not like to spend much. What would you do?
Hi everyone,
I’m a therapist based in London, currently working on marketing my practice and preparing to launch a 4-week anxiety management program.
This December, I’m running a 30 Days of Calm campaign on social media to help people manage holiday stress. Each day will feature tips, affirmations, and strategies for mental well-being.
The ultimate goal is to raise awareness for an AI-powered anxiety management tool and programme I’ve been developing, but my main focus is making the campaign impactful and reaching the right audience.
I’m new to running campaigns like this and would love advice on how to maximize reach and engagement. Specifically:
• What’s the best way to increase reach organically? Are there certain types of content that tend to perform better?
• Should I focus on boosting posts? If so, which platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is most effective?
• Is it worth using Facebook Business Manager for targeting? Or are there better tools for running ads?
• What are the most effective ways to use Reels, Stories, or other features to drive engagement?
• How do I keep the content engaging while making sure it reaches new people?
If you’ve ever run a campaign like this or have tips for creating impactful content, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks so much for your help!
I am about to start a new Instagram page for a business.
The idea is to publish organic content (1 static post, one carousel and one reel per week), aiming for follower growth while providing paid traffic to our business landing page/whatsapp.
I learned from my last job that promoting posts will basically kill the organic reach, this means the engagement and followers, so I am wondering how should I combine these 2 needs.
I cannot do followers campaigns on instagram like in Facebook, so I can eventually use only awareness or engagement to get followers, so was aiming for organic growth, but at the same time I need to start bringing traffic to the lading page or, if is available, to send a message to a whatsapp number of the business.
Do paid ads slow down organic reach?
And which objective would you choose for followers growth on instagram, before turning to traffic/message campaigns?
Thanks in advance
I (a 33 year old woman) have an acquaintance I know from high school that posted about a social media management job. I have experience managing social media accounts for churches and a theological grad school so I sent her a DM on the day before Thanksgiving inquiring about the position. She responded back a few hours later, was very friendly (used emojis, asked how I was doing, said she wanted to reconnect and shared more about the position) and asked if I could send her my portfolio. She also said she'd be off of LinkedIn for the rest of the week due to the holiday. I responded back that same evening and shared briefly about my experience (mentioning that all of my work has been with religious orgs but that I would have no issue managing content for a secular org) and asked her how she would like me to send her my portfolio. As of today, she has seen my message but hasn't responded. When should I follow up? Do you think the fact that I manage content for religious orgs was a turn off?
I've been making videos since a year on my new channel and from 3 years on youtube overall. I used to think people have a shorter attention span so I always created videos that are 3-6 min long. But I didn't get that much reach. I see nowadays documentary videos are trending. So should I consider making them longer like 8-11 minutes. Because I think youtube wants viewer to stay longer on the videos. What advice would you give me on increasing watch time and audience retention?
Hi folks,
I run a SaaS, and keeping up with social media engagement has been a real challenge. Manually tracking who likes, follows, or comments on posts, figuring out if they might become customers, and then converting them feels like a never-ending headache.
How are you handling this? Any tools or methods that make it easier to track, manage, and actually turn engagement into customers? I can’t shake the feeling I’m leaving money on the table. Would love to hear what’s been working for you particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter.
If you have any burning questions or are simply curious about growing your business or personal brand on social media organically, ask away!
Got a couple of email from them and thought it might be worth checking them out... has anybody used their services before? Are they any good or is it yet another scam page?
BTW, I'm not affiliated with them and am just looking for other opinions! Admins, if this post violates any rules, please delete :)
Dude like I post the same video and it gets 1M views on one and 1K on the other. Tf?
Can anyone tell me what the main difference is
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if there is any way to find the top Canadian TikTok influencers. like a list or something like that.
And if there is an app that can help to find them and reach out to them.
thanks
They came to me saying, “I want to go viral. Like… overnight viral.” No budget? No problem. No content plan? Even better. And my favorite: “I don’t care how, just make it happen.”
Challenge accepted… kind of.
I suggested something simple but effective:
But no. They wanted a dancing mascot holding a sparkler while reciting Shakespeare. (Okay, maybe not exactly that, but close.)
So, I did what any of us would do, I tried. A few clever memes, some trending hashtags, and one extremely awkward Reels idea later, the client emailed me:
“This isn’t viral. Where are the millions of views?”
I said, “We’re building engagement and trust, which leads to growth!” They replied, “Can’t we just buy the views?”
Fast forward to today: That same client now has 1,000 true fans and steady growth, after they finally embraced the process. But I still get emails every week asking, “When’s the viral part?”
P.S. For the record, Shakespeare never went viral either. 😉
Hey y'all!
After years of grinding through manual social prospecting, I built a suite of AI tools that automates the painful parts - deep audience research, finding high-intent leads, and building genuine relationships at scale. Been seeing some killer results, and thought this community might find it useful. Running a special Black Friday free trial if anyone wants to check it out. Just comment if interested! Tx . 🙌
I have recently started a fitness channel on tiktok, YouTube, and Instagram and I love helping people grow and start off with better advice than what I had but I haven't gotten a lot of views and its getting me a little down and I know its a part of it but I wanted some advice on how I could get more or how to grow my channel more. If you want to see it you could DM me or I could post them in the comments. Thank you
I 21F am looking to get into social media marketing as a full time career. I don’t like what I am currently doing and I’m looking for my long time passion and I think this is it. I have talked briefly about marketing with a friend of a friend that does it and it seems great. I genuinely think I would enjoy it and be good at it. I’m looking for some advice on where to start out. Any tips on mistakes to avoid. I have a computer and am working on getting a camera/ any other softwares I’ll need to make this happen. I’m very eager to start and looking forward to what I can learn. My current plan for starting out was create a business name, look for small businesses in my area I can start with either for free or a discounted price, create an LLC and business bank account and create my portfolio then go from there. Would love if people could let me know what they think or advice for a beginner. Also thought I’d add that I went to school for marketing but I never finished the classes or getting the degree because life happened and I honestly don’t want to go back…I heard there’s no required degree for this and most people have learned as they go? Thank you all!
Hello everyone!
I’m a video editor and motion designer from Peru, with experience creating visual content for food trucks, restaurants, and various businesses. I specialize in video editing, animated flyers, content scheduling, and supporting social media needs.
I've always had the desire to work with businesses and professionals in these sectors. I'm looking to collaborate with community managers, marketing professionals, or business owners who need a reliable and creative partner for their visual content creation. If you're looking for someone to handle the visual side of your projects, I’d love to discuss how we can work together. Just send me a private message, and I’ll be happy to share my portfolio.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thanks to the admin for allowing my post!
Hi, everyone. I work for an agency who usually does Google-related marketing for service business owners. We’re just starting to explore Facebook for our clients and I handle organic growth. Been posting to various FB groups now for weeks but not getting any results. We only attract cold outreach from other businesses or people looking for jobs. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to reach clients organically and build legitimate audience? Thanks in advance
I'm new to social media for building a following, but I noticed something, I don't live in a country where I want my posts to perform, and despite me using the appropriate language and all, still ALL social media are targetting my personal location as opposed to the general public.
Put simply, I create content in location A which speaks language A, but that content is for location and language B. Still all stats show 99% of my impressions from A.
How can I fix it? I read somewhere that I can't be using a VPN - is that true? What are my options?
lately, I’ve been hearing about this guy on Twitter and he claims he owns a Lamborghini and these fancy watches at 20 years old. does anyone know if this is another con artist on the Internet? or is this guy this good? Cheers
Marketing has become the biggest con after religion (notice I said religion, not God)
I put a challenge out there to any marketing company that actually has conviction in what they do.
Run my business marketing for 3 months. I'll pay the actual ads ppc cost.
You do the creative and the management for free.
If at the end you have increased my profits, I'll pay you double your usual and keep you on.
If you have not, we part ways both of us taking the loss.
Because as of now, you guys make big claims buy all the risk is on us. Typical con.
I'm starting a new role managing socials for a community college and I've never worked in higher education before - do you have any advice to share about marketing for this particular niche? Or about switching industries within social media? The goals will be community engagement, student enrollment/retention, and defining the brand.
I like my current job, but I was seeking better pay and new challenges, and I'm very excited about the opportunities of my new position. It's a 30% pay bump with incredible benefits! My previous role was in conservation/zoo non-profit marketing.
Additionally, this is a new role for the college, nobody has professionally managed their socials before so I will be in charge of growing the account from the ground up. It's an exciting opportunity, but one that I'm a bit nervous for...
With my current job, I came into an already-engaged fan base and significant audience size and was able to make consistent growth that I'm very proud of. In many ways I thought it was easy, though, considering all the cute animals, beautiful plants, and amazing landscapes that I could create highly engaging content with. Going viral was a possibility that happened a couple times. Higher education just seems like it will be a different game altogether, though obviously similar foundational principles. I guess I'm feeling a bit of new job anxieties and wondering if others have gone through similar transitions or have advice for my situation. TIA!
Does anyone need reviews for their clients Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc?
I recently started using ClipBoost, and it’s been a huge help for my Social Media Marketing workflow. If you’ve ever struggled with repurposing old content or worried about copyright issues, this tool can save a lot of time and money.
Here’s how it works:
One of the best parts is how it protects your content. ClipBoost ensures your videos are copyright-safe, so you don’t have to worry about strikes, demonetization, or bans. On top of that, it’s great for boosting engagement. Videos processed with ClipBoost often see higher views and can help grow followers consistently.
This tool has been especially useful for:
If you’re looking for an easy way to keep your content strategy consistent without constantly making new videos, ClipBoost might be worth checking out. It’s simple to use and has made a noticeable difference in my workflow.
I attached the link in the comments if you want to learn more about it.
Is someone reselling it ?
Thanks
I don't have more than $15-$25 bucks that I can spend per day at a max of $300-$400 total unless it becomes profitable.
It's for my photography business - lead/funnel magnet where I give away a free 5x7 print and the customer just pays $5.95 shipping (with some upsell options).

Need to get CPA to $6-$10 to become profitable.
Tried a few variations. One Adset with a single ad (of an actual Facebook post) got to $10 CPA but then there were no sales for 3 days so I turned it off. I assumed there was ad fatigue.
The CPM was at $15. I created a new campaign with a single Adset and 5 ads and CPM is at $45 now so I turned it off. 😅
Unlike FB/IG, LinkedIn hasnt clocked that some personal profiles on LinkedIn are actually brands too (e.g. created a 'creator profile'), and therefore I still cant pull that profile into analytics in platforms like Hootsuite - so when all my energy is going there (because thats where the most opportunity is), it looks like the metrics are failing as its sitting outside of reports, requiring manual intervention.
Anyone know of any platform that allows you to bring in personal LI pages to track, like you would a brand, to compare with company pages, FB/IG accounts etc?
TY
I need to get into Meta Business Suite for my new client to properly hook them up to my scheduling platform. I usually have no issue with this, but today I tried to accept the invitation and then this is what happens...
click the invite in my email
takes me to login page
I press login with Facebook
consistently takes me to blank page.
I've tried this 100 times from different browsers, different Facebook accounts, my phone, etc. and nothing is working! Please help! I have to get them connected to my scheduler by tomorrow morning.
I'm an 18 year old trying to make some money through social media marketing, since I've heard, that this field has a rather good ratio of invested time to money, while simultaneously going to college and pursuing my "career" in music.
Since I am currently enrolled in media studies, have decent knowledge in Premiere Pro, Photoshop as well as some photo- and videography skills, I thought that this would be a smart way to make some money.
I have a feeling that I understand the workings of Instagram and Twitter quite well through what I've observed and even did a course on Social Media Marketing by Meta.
My idea was to create content for small businesses in my area, hoping to be able to finance myself through that, since I've seen their content and am quite sure I could do it better. I even created some demo posts for some of them although none did reply as of just yet.
I think I just want for someone more experienced to tell me that I'm on a good path (at least I hope that I am :/)
Apologies if this isn't the right place to be asking this. But I own bar and have decided to host my first themed night dad rock vs girly pop tunes. I'm struggling with what to post on social media to promote the event on the days leading to the event itself to hopefully hype up the event. If anyone has any ideas what i could do please list them below. I would love to hear them and grateful for any responses to this post too. Thanks.
Different form of medias would be helpful too i.e. what could i post to an Instagram story/reel or a generic Facebook post etc.
