First time doing DWS, Sa Punta, Ibiza. Summer time, 7b

Hard route to scout and read, got through most of the heel hook traverse and couldn’t make the next move. Glad I tried it, safe to say I’m not a 7b climber yet but still had a blast!

Finding my feet

I am new to climbing and at two months in I had my first outdoor trad climbing experience in a kloof in the Magaliesberg (South Africa). This video shows the start of the first pitch (3 pitches). I followed a very experienced climber on this beautiful route. I am still gaining confidence to climb outside but I feel highly motivated to do so. Currently my enthusiasm exceeds my abilities but I am training at the climbing gym to change that. I would love to connect with other adaptive climbers.
