As well as the iPlayer documentary and the written piece already shared, Lauren's had various BBC radio features today (which are available to stream worldwide, without the geographical restrictions that iPlayer imposes). A quick list:
Finally, she'll be on Radio 2 with Jeremy Vine on Wednesday
I have been a follower of Chvrches my whole life. I went to a gig when they couldn’t even fill a venue back in 2013.
I am loving Lauren’s new adventure and I’m very happy for her but the thoughts of not having another album for another two years is really annoying me.
Usually we get an album every 3 years on average and it’s already going to be 3 years since Screen Violence this August.
Do you think they have something already cooked up for when Lauren returns or you think they’re starting from scratch once she’s finished.
In others words.. LETS GO LAUREN CHOPPITY CHOP. I need my fix!
I am just curious to see if there are any Scottish fans on here. It is like asking Canadian Tegan and Sara fans their opinions on them to name a good comparison. I myself am an American, but I am curious.
I’ll never forget when it came out, dropped as soon as I got out of a mentally abusive long term relationship. I was in school at the time, and I’ll never forget: I was doing a bunch of homework, plugged my headphones into my laptop in the school library, and just steamed the entire thing on YouTube as I worked, and my god, I was taken into pure euphoria and relatability.
