You all can't now how happy the disco ball moment(s) in the In Waves tour made me. My favorite song in the Jamie xx discography is "Loud Places" and when they light the ball up it's magical. I friggin cried just now watching someone's grainy internet video of it. It's such a good moment.
And if you like disco ball moments, or just discovered you did as a result of going to In Waves tour, let me let you in on a little secret called Despacio.

i feel like jamie is the antidote for the fred again fever from the last couple years
late night thoughts. dunno how to explain it lol but man i'm so glad that jamie's music is back and kicking ass right now. fred again there's just too much cheese on it and he was just a bit too everywhere all the time.
been missing jamies vibe so much. just happy to see more people digging him.
Edit: for the record I do like me some Freddie in moderate dosage. When we’ve lost dancing came out I was hooked but then it all just became too much and too grating…

Shows and Tickets [Weekly Updated]
This pinned post is, as mentioned, about upcoming shows and tickets.
The very bottom of the community sidebar (on mobile "see more" or "about") shows a list of all upcoming shows with links to the official sites and gets updated regularly as new shows get announced. Please keep in mind that we mods are also busy with our private life and most likely forget or need some time to update the calendar regularly.
Also as I keep seeing a lot of posts about tickets, this post should work as some kind of “ticket marketplace” to ask and offer tickets in the comment section. Such about already passed gigs get removed to keep the comments sorted and to prevent some kind of confusion.
As further info: posts about tickets in general get removed, please use this marketplace.
