Has anyone been to one of their recent DJ sets? I'm looking to go to the one in Albany NY but im only interested if they're gonna be playing some of their music
I recall an old music video by phantogram but can no longer find it. Did it even exist? The thing is, it used the exact images and media also found in a different music video randomly popping up now by Boards of Canada "Everything You Do Is A Balloon"
I'm trying to know which phantogram song originally had those images in the music video
Hi I have two tickets for the show on Thursday Jan 16, 2025 at the House of Blues Anaheim… The GA tickets cost me $121 total, I’m willing to take pretty much anything for them because ticketmaster says they’re unable to put up for resale
Any word on openers for the upcoming tour?
New KEXP performance
Hits SO different this week, specifically lyric-wise. Thoughts?
Looking for GA tickets. Please reach out if you’re seeing this months later haha (but before the show)
I didn’t live it at first, but now I do. I think my favorite cut is Ashes Rise. I hope they play that in Austin
I feel pretty privileged since only like 40 other people know about this actually real profile.
The people need to know.
Everything I’ve found on YouTube is garbage. They put on such a great set live! Just wanna relive it a little.
Ashes, great song, even better with that Type-O nod! It's like the perfect blending of two of my favorite bands. Thanks for keeping the memory alive. I couldn't believe my ears when that interpolation hit! Now I want a full-on Phantogram "Love You To Death" cover! Anyway, amazing song and amazing new albumn guys! See you in SLC!
But I feel that Memory of a Day could give Eyelid Movies a run for its money. (Nothing is gonna top Eyelid Movies) I am a huge Phantogram fan and have been here since the beginning, so I go way back. This Album is so fire. Great Job Sarah and Josh I know you guys put a lot of work into this. It is awesome. I can’t wait to see you guys play it on the upcoming tour.
So we've had some time with the new album. What songs have you all been coming back to? Whats grown on you? I'm just curious what other people are coming back to.
For me, Jealousy, Feedback Invisible, and Come Alive have me in a choke hold, but I've really been enjoying the entire album.
Loving the new album and went back to visit old favourites. Is Bill Murray no longer available or was it never on Spotify to begin with? Granted, I must've found the song when i using last.fm and torrenting to find music (RIP ipod nano 6th gen touchscreen)
It's all seats, all the way to the stage . . . why . . . ugh.
One of the bullet points for this VIP option (along with gift and lanyard) is "Create a MEMORABLE experience with PHANTOGRAM in a fun and intimate setting".
Does anyone know if this means a meet and greet or pre-show?
I remember reading there were no samples on this record and largely believe that, but does anyone else hear "Once in Lifetime" by the Talking Heads starting at 1:56 of Feedback Invisible?
Or do I just have Talking Heads on the mind after seeing Stop Making Sense last week? (Great film by the way, highly recommend!)
Like most of you, I was amped to find out that they were releasing a new album along with a new tour. The album is still growing on me so I’m not going to critique it. I love all that is Phantogram and have seen them play at every Vancouver, BC gig to date. During Eyelid Movies tour, I saw them at Venue Nightclub (150 person capacity), saw Sara & Josh mingling and decided to chat. They were super approachable, kind, funny, and in short, just rad. I told Josh that J Dilla would love his beat making. He gave me a bear hug for the comment. It’s such a bonus when artists you love turn out to be great people.
Anyhow, with the new tour already underway, I checked Setlist.fm to so what they’ve been playing. They’ve been playing a set, setlist in that most gigs have the same songs.. nothing shocking. What was surprising and a bit sad was the average length of their shows. Clocking in at a 45 min average per show with a frail 11 song setlist, I couldn’t understand why so little? I’ve seen them here in Vancouver many times and they always averaged an hour (at smaller venues) to 1hr 30min at larger ones. It’s not like they have a limited discography (5 albums & a great EP) or a lack of crowd pleasers. They could easily play a 2 hr gig with new material along with their crowd favourites which is what’s odd. They are headlining and playing for less than an hour. Am I the only one who finds this a bit odd and/or disappointing? Please let me know what you think.
Hey all! I was just wondering if anyone heard the song "Only In My Dreams" by Debbie Gibson in the chorus of "It Wasn't Meant to Be"?
I cannot unhear it and wonder if anyone hears or knows the same!

This song instantly pulled me in. So far my favorite track of the new album. I love how it expresses feeling free in your own loneliness.
