Heads up: if you live in AL, AR, CA, NC & TX, your state primaries are 3/5. If you live in MS, your state primary is 3/12. If you live in IL & OH your state primary is 3/19. Please plan to vote in the Dem primary in your state. To help you pick the best candidate, check out Blue Voter Guide which provides your ballot with all Dem candidates running down to county levels AND the PROGRESSIVE organizations endorsing them.
Please consider attending this meeting. Useful information likely will be provided to help get out the vote, and we need every voter out there in the primaries and in the 11/5 General Election. This is Sun 1/28 5 pm est. Again, some of the strategies should be useful to get out the vote. Website to sign up is: https://mobilize.us/s/qsZS44

The Political Rev would like to endorse any and all Progressive candidates running in the state of Mississippi. Do you know of any?
Anyway, please reply with any suggestionss for candidates to endorse, if you know of any out there. Note: we're not sure if Progressives are running in MS, but we'd like to make sure people know about them via The Political Rev, if there are.
Thanks!

I'm here with a list of candidates to raise attention on their races. I'm only here to help. If this is wrong in anyway to post, I apologize. So, don't only support Bernie Sanders. It'll help if we elect people like him to the two chambers of Congress. I've managed to gather a group of progressives we can help get into Congress. I'll also be adding open seats in case there is interest in the progressive movement to get a candidate to run for that race. Let's support these other progressives for House & Senate as well if you can:

Currently, we have house parties scheduled in 45 states. We're missing the following locations:
If you are willing to step up and host in Mississippi, but don't have a location to do so, let me know.
If you know someone who would be willing to step up and host, let me know.
If you know someone who would be willing to lend their venue for this event, let me know.
Let's get every location covered so the entire country can come together in support of Bernie 2020.
I've taken a look around and really haven't found anything aside from this subreddit in terms of a meetup or community-organized effort in Central Mississippi (or Mississippi in general) to get together, learn, discuss, act, organize, participate, etc. I have some ideas but want to be sure I'm not overlooking any existing groups.
If you're interested in hearing about it if I were to start up a meetup, please feel free to PM me.
If you know about existing orgs that share this purpose, please pass their info along. I'd hate to duplicate effort.
Thanks in advance!
Anybody? I'm interested in finding a list of true progressives who want to run in the Hattiesburg area.
Please assign your own county flair!
