Hi. I am looking for a tablet with pen and desktop experience (like dex). I want it certainly for work (designer and programmer). I was thinking about samsung tab s9 fe or lenovo tab p11 pro. s9 fe looks good but has only 6gbs of ram and i dont know is that enough for multitasking. If you know alternatives, I am open to new suggestions. Thanks and sorry for my english :)
Hi is there a good tablet with 256gb and 90 to 120hz for 300$ and below
I've spent about two hours comparing the screens and speakers of these tablets, and i thought i might as well throw my findings out there, because reviewers often don't say much more than "this tablet has a very nice screen", so here we go:
Xiaomi:
Screen: seems to get the brightest, and has slightly better highlights than the Samsung, BUT has noticeably worse black levels, especially noticeable in sdr
Speakers: deeper and punchier than the others (by a slight margin), i think there is a slight dip / hollowness in the mids though. The most impressive thing here, is that it builds a wall of sound in front of you, instead of it definitely feeling like it comes from the tablet, and the imaging is halfway decent too, atleast for a mobile device that is. It also gets a good 20-30% more loud (without it being a distorted mess) than the others, loud enough, that i need to turn it down if it's directly in front of me.
Samsung:
Screen: Good black levels, and the colors seemed more accurate, than on the xiamo (also red was more red than orangy compared to xiaomi, i think). The brightness and hdr highlights aren't quite as good as in the xiaomi.
Speakers: decent, less bass than xiamo, but from my listening more linear. Maybe produces a little more resonances.
Lenovo:
I got this one mainly to see, if the others could justify their price, i know, that it isn't a fair comparison.
Screen: black levels about on the level of the Samsung, but way worse brightness and highlights, it also struggles with contrast if a lot of small dark and bright things are in the same spot
Speakers: slightly louder than Samsung, but also more hollow
Conclusion: I'm a sound nerd, so the xiaomi will be staying with me, i think i can live with the elevated blacks.
Please keep in mind, that this was a very surface level evaluation, and I'm not a professional at these things, especially take my screen evaluation with a grain of salt, and maybe look for some measurements.
hello! im looking to picking up a gaming tablet, what's considered the best, the best budget , and your personal fave. thank you!!!!
I just heard about this thing and the specs almost look too good to be true considering the price. Wondering if anyone has any experience with it? $170 on Amazon seems almost worth it just to try it out.
Hey guys, I'm after cheap tablets which will only be used for displaying excel, maybe some security cameras, nothing serious
Any ideas of what I can get? Even thinking of ordering a few off alibaba if they have them
I am in the market for an 8" tablet and would like something that is fun to use and good value for money. For me that rules out the cheap low end stuff, and also the more expensive Samsung or Lenovo stuff. I was about to purchase the Alldocube iPlay mini pro NFE (hence forth to be called just ADC), but then I saw that Headwolf just released the fPad 5 which is very similar with maybe a few upgrades.
They have the same processor (Helio G99), RAM (8+8), base storage is the same, screens are the same size and resolution.
Differences:
Speakers ADC = single, Headwolf = stereo (though based on reviews they both sound bad).
Software: ADC = Android 13, Headwolf = Android 14
Other: Headwolf advertises face unlock. Not sure about ADC.
Price: ADC $132, Headwolf = $150.
ADC seems pretty universally liked for what it is, but I don't see much about Headwolf and don't know anything about them.
Any recommendations one way or the other?
Saw some posts on Lincplus, but would love the community's latest viewpoint.
Use case.. browsing, youtube, super casual games, digital board games (that are not FPS heavy).
Let's use the Fire HD 10 2023 (64gb with 3gb ram) as a baseline.. currently for $104... can something beat that on price and value?
Greetings everyone!
I currently need a tablet for a few specific things, and my friend has redirected me to ask on Reddit because I don't really know much about tablets at all.
What I am looking for is a tablet with a decent-sized screen, and that is able to run an app like Concepts decently with a Stylus. I don't need an extra keyboard, but an affordable Stylus should be good. My laptop unfortunately freaks out at using Concepts, and that's why I thought I'd go with a tablet.
I also need it for some other things, but I don't think those should be the biggest problem.
My price range is 180-300€. I live in Europe so not everything is possible. I saw the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 2024 recommended somewhere, but I could only get that from sketchy merchants, and I would rather not do that.
Thanks in advance for everyone wanting to help me make a decision :)
Hello guys i just bought s9 fe tablet, any apps recommendation that i can maximise my android experience thank you.
Pls suggest me a good tablet that comes with a sylus that I can use for Medschool for atleast 4 years.
I am really struggling here. I've bought 2 tablets that I was told could make and recieve phone calls. However both, I have come to find, only work with a smartphone. I need a tablet (Or tablet sized screen) for work that can make calls and texts by itself. Is there such a device anymore?
Is there any other Android tablet that's not Tab A bottom tier? (I know of Lenovo legion tablet but nobody sells them)
Users of the Xiaomi Pad 6 pro or max 14, how is the tablet holding up? Are there any major issues that still have not been fixed or new issues than have surfaced? I'm considering buying the 6 max over the lenovo xiaoxin pad. If you use the stylus, how's the experience so far?
While looking around the web for a keyboard for my Xiaoxin 12.7 Pro tab, I came across this keyboard on the Lenovo site but there is no option to purchase at the moment. Ended up finding the same one on PC Nation. I really like the design and style of this one. It's also backlit apparently! Seems a bit pricey but I'm tempted to pull the trigger on it or perhaps wait until it's available on Lenovo's site. Have you all seen this or purchased it?
Hello, just wondering what should be the best tab in general. In terms of playing, for notes(with pen) and multi tasking? Thank you in advance
I'm working mainly using web tools in the browser, editing docs and WordPress websites.
I want to buy a budget tablet which I can use foe image editing, video editing, probably edit my WordPress websites on it, docs editing and I think that's it pretty much. Maybe gaming, but maybe.
I like the Xiaomi Pad 6. But I'm not sure for that old Qualcomm Snapdragon. Will it be powerful enough? And does it support the use of pen?
Im also thinking of the Xiaomi pad 6s pro. I see it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 8 Plus 1. Sounds nice. But Is it compatible with a pen?
And third - I'm thinking also about Samsung s9 fe. I have the S23 Ultra, so that's why I'm thinking of Samsung. Comes with a Pen, but that Exynos...
Has anyone purchased this tablet? Is it a good buy. Looking for something for browsing and reading.
I would like to know which of the two would suit my needs better, as they fit my budget. I would use the device mainly for reading books and comics. Specs wise, which one is better, which one would feel faster, which one would have better battery life? I also don't care much about android or security updates.
Hi Anyone have any idea how to get ZUI 15 update for my Xiaoxin tab pro TB-J607F? I flashed with Chinese Rom, and went through all OTA updates up to ZUI 14. I tried with VPN, but still update for ZUI 15 not shows.
some games won't reflect the actual currency of my country and if the currency is default to dollars i won't be able to makes in-app purchases for that game. is there a setting for this tablet that can fix it? i got the chinese rom.
Anybody here on a xiaoxin pad pro the China ROM using the precision pen with it? How's the experience? Any issues with the pen that seems to be faced by other users like loss of response or whatever after some time? Looking to buy the tablet with the pen as I plan to use it for note taking and am interested in the bigger display.
As the title suggest, what is the best tablet that resembles the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 & S Pen (2015) today? This unit has been refreshed in 2019 with a much slimmer aspect ratio but I still love the 2015 design.
So I just bought this tablet off of AliExpress, it was the Lenovo Legion y700 2023. It came installed with a bunch of Chinese apps including a Chinese app store and tiktok. I tried to download the Google play store but it won't let me sign into my Google account it says "there was a problem communicating with google servers" whenever I attempt to use Google play. So I can't install anything from it.
Is there any solution for this problem? Plz help
Thinking of the Xiaoxin pad pro. For use in the United States, what do I need to know to make it work. I think the Lenovo AliExpress store says it's the chinese and English edition. Should I just avoid and but US Lenovo P12 or a Samsung?
Right now as I am searching on Aliexpress from Australia, Lenovo legion y700 ranges from $30" Aud to $700 Aud... which seller should I go with?
Hi everyone, I have mi pad 5 and it's great but a little big for traveling and holding while laying down. I'm looking for a small tab and couldn't find good one maybe a9 is the most close one. Apple is out of my choices because I hate ads and their OS that take my freedom. Lenovo y700 is the best but not available in my place. I really think of buying a9 will it be worse than mi pad 5? My usage just steaming and web browsing
has anyone tried using this one, how was it?? Kindly share your exp...
