So I heard from this video by Dr. Gundry (it's super long) that prebiotcs can feed the good bacteria in your gut. But I heard from other sources, I can't remember, that garlic is an antibiotic and also kills bacteria. I must admit ingesting 2-4 cloves a day seems to be clearing up my Candida symptoms, which is essentially an itchy anus. Can someone clear this up?
