Osaako Tampereen paremmin tuntevat sanoa mistä päin löytää astetta parempaa suklaata? Olen isovanhemmille hankkimassa joululahjaa, ja syystä että syyt ei pelkkä Fazerin sininen oikein riitä tähän tarkoitukseen.

Hotelleilla ei ole parkkitilaa, mutta ei ole missään muuallakaan. Edes la-su- yöksi ei voi jättää parkkiin 4h alueelle ilman sakkoa. Mihin täällä on tarkoitus jättää bussi yöksi kun tilausajokuljettaja yöpyy samassa hotellissa?

Itse kehotan kyllä välttämään tätä kaupunkia, kun tilausajoreissuja suunnitellaan. Ainakaan itse en kuljettajaksi lähde.

I am a Masters student planning to move to Tampere from Vaasa in January 2025. I am looking for a cheap accommodation. I am also looking for a place with good transportation since I don't have a car. I am looking for jobs and hoping to settle down here. So, a place closed to commercial or industrial area would be helpful in this case. I am checking in Opiskelian Tampere, fb groups and in Vuokravi. But the rents seem quite high. Please recommend some areas both suitable for living and jobs.

On paradoksaalista, että joukkoliikenteen ja pyöräilyn kehittämistä vastustavat kaikista eniten ne ihmiset, joille autoilu on syystä tai toisesta ainoa mahdollinen tapa liikkua paikasta toiseen. Juuri ne ihmiset hyötyisivät eniten siitä, että mahdollisimman moni niistä muista henkilöautoissa istuvista taittaisi matkaa julkisilla tai polkupyörällä.

According to this article, a temporary, zero-profit assignment of a residential apartment would most likely be the only valid option, as subleasing is forbidden by TOAS.

From that article arises another problem, because it will be December already this Sunday: "To make use of temporary assignment, you need to look for a temporary resident and fill in a temporary assignment form with them. After that, simply sign the form with the temporary resident, add any necessary documents to it and deliver it to TOAS’s housing office one month before the temporary assignment begins."
