Missä päin Turussa luistelukenttiä, joissa on jää kunnossa ja pääsee autolla kätevästi parkkiin? Parkin kenttä vissiin ainakin, mutta aika suolainen hinta jos kertamaksu 8,40€

Tiedättekö jonkun paikan Turussa, jossa voi saada hyvää korjausta normaalihintaan? Mä en oo koskaan antanut mun pyörää korjattavaks Turussa.

Onko kenellekään tullut vastaan rauhallista baaria jos ei olisi kovaa taustamusiikkia ja hälinää? Meillä on kaveriporukka jossa on mukana kaksi henkilöä joilla on alentunut kuulo. Esimerkiksi Koulussa oli aivan liian kova hälinä ja he eivät pysyneet mukana keskustelussa.

Kirjoitin tänne viime vuoden puolella n. 25—40-vuotiaille tarkoitetusta Kokeellinen Sosiaalisuus -projektista. Järjestän tänään ensimmäisen tapaamisen pääkirjastolla. En tiedä onko kukaan tulossa, joten uskoisin että ainakin pari istumapaikkaa olisi pienehkössä tilassa vapaana. Olen paikalla klo 14.30—16.30 Turun pääkirjastolla, 2.kerroksen ryhmätyötilassa. So far I've found two places in the city of Turku. But both places are quite inconvenient as you have to book time and come within opening hours of the place. And they also have very old solarium beds, and it seems like they are not taking care of the beds either. The lamps are old) not changed for quite a while), and they don't give very good tan.

Hei, suunnittelen alkusyksylle ammatillista seminaaria, johon kuuluu yhdelle illalle illallinen ja aktiviteettia. Osallistujamäärä on noin 50 henkeä ympäri Suomen, ja monelle Turku voi olla kokonaan uusi vierailukohde.

Illallispaikkoja on mielessä useita, mutta aktiviteettiin kaipaisin ideoita.

Kun tapahtumia on aiemmin järjestetty muissa kaupungeissa, aktiviteetteina on ollut mm. lyhyt laivamatka jossa on esiintynyt koomikko, ja opastettu kierros museon näyttelyssä.

Tällä hetkellä olen itsekin ideoinut lähinnä opastettua kierrosta johonkin museoon, esim Aboa Vetus Ars Novaan. Mutta otan (luoviakin) ideoita vastaan!

Hi people! I'm a newcomer in Turku, arrived last week :D And I will be staying in this beautiful city until the end of March (i'm on a work-visit). I'm trying to figure out how to sport around here. I've researched some things into it, but I don't speak finnish, so any tips and suggestions are welcome!

• I've looked at the fitness24/7 option, but i'm not sure if i can cancel it immediately after I got it (it requires 2 months notice haha).
  • Also, it seems like females don't really workout in the mixed area? I read that females just usually use the female room. Is this true?
• the ELIXIA came up, but way too expensive for just a few months (100e/m).
• Sport wristband: apparently only works for the fitness centers far from the city? (30 min bus ride?) Is this correct? Can I use it as much as I want?

I also like group lessons, and other fun activities like bouldering and swimming :) So the wristband looked quite interesting, but the distance really sucks (I'm staying in the city center!).

Also, if anyone wants to become a sporting buddy, I'm very open to it! I'm a 30F, who likes bouldering, swimming, pole dancing and other random sports. Would also be interesting in trying out some winter sports, but I have very little to no experience :P

I've been working on this puzzle for a few months now (it was a birthday gift), but haven't been able to make much progress on my own and I'm losing steam. Hello. Im traveling alone from Denmark to Turku from Jan 23 to Jan 26. I'm there for a job interview and to scout out the town to potentially move there.

I have to figure out how to spend my time Friday evening and all of Saturday. I was thinking of maybe visiting the happy badger boardgame cafe and hope to join a table and maybe go for a hike Saturday.

Anyone have any recommendations of what to do? Maybe culturel must see, amazing hiking trails, amazing dining places, fun activities or nice bars.

Or maybe someone is willing to meet up and do whatever? Sports, boardgames, a few beers somewhere, hike or whatever else I'm open to most things.
