Back in Nashville post Tour 2024
My friend is in a Nerd rockabilly band and I’d love to introduce you to them. I think it’s great but even if you hate it give them a hate listen!!!
I used to be deep into the scene. But things change, life gets in the way, etc. I have recently rekindled my love for the Rockabilly lifestyle and noticed it's nowhere near as strong as it used to be. I'd like to hear others' take on when and where the Rockabilly scene had its ups and downs.
Any advice for next years VLV? I’ve wanted to go for years this year I’m making the plans to go right now. I want to make sure I’m on top of what I need to do. Hotel? Tickets? Clothes and more. I’ve always edged towards the lifestyle on weekends now I want to go all in. It’s time
I haven't finalized the wedding party yet, but while I'm on Pinterest & Google looking for my own dress, I'm blanking on what I'd like for my bridesmaids and flower girl. I obviously don't want them to be expensive, so I'm not sure on where to start.
I wrote a jingle and wanted to share. I didn’t know where it fits, but I figured I’d share it here.
If there’s a better place for this please redirect me! I’m a first time mom of a young toddler, I always thought I’d be a cute rockabilly mom but am struggling to find a good balance. Dresses and kitten heels aren’t really practical at the park, I don’t have as much time/freedom for hair and makeup as I used to, a lot of the stuff I used to like to wear doesn’t fit and I feel like the trends have changed since before my pregnancy I haven’t found a great pair of skinny jeans to cuff for my changed body.
Ladies (and moms in particular) what are you wearing that’s casual / functional and where do you find it? I’m around a US 10/12 L/XL, just too small for plus size and just too big for most “straight/regular” sizes to be a guaranteed fit 🥵
What's the best string height for weedwhackers strings playing mainly psychobilly and rockabilly?
I was thinking that a rockabilly rendition of an Italian tarantella could really work well.
Anyone done that?
hey anyone know any about the rockabilly/pinup culture in korea?
