All my recent files and favorites in Adobe Bridge were missing. After digging around I realized that adobe cc renamed the CC Sync folder into some gibberish with the company name, user email and some Alphanumerics (attached).

Has anybody faced this before? All my files are still OK but I want to know why this happened.

I keep hearing that CC subscribers have access to a sound effects library, but I don't seem to find it among my offerings in the CC app. Does anyone have any knowledge about whether this is true?

Please please help me.

Yesterday i needed some space on my computer so i decided to uninstall illustrator. Now, being in a hurry i uninstalled it using windows native uninstaller. however, when that didnt work i remembered it was better to uninstall it via CC, so i went there and uninstalled Illustrator. After doing so, i did some other things, shut down my pc and went to bed.

today i woke up, and CC has decided that whenever i do anything on my pc, opening a new tab in the browser, alt tabbing, opening a new program, entering or exiting fullscreen, it will open itself, even if fully closed, and ask me the question if i want to keep the preferences when uninstalling illustrator. I have clicked cancel, i have clicked delete and i have clicked keep, nothing does anything. I have uninstalled everything, used CC cleaner to get rid of everything and reinstalled it. Same issue is still there. I have tried using REVO in combination with the above, problem is still there. I have manually hunted every possible adobe and CC file there was on my pc, and its still doing it. I have reinstalled and uninstalled Illustrator, still there. At this point, i litterally cant have CC on my pc cause i cant work if this software opens itself every time. And to be clear, it doesnt just open in the background, no it opens full in your face over top of anything else you are doing, and lags out my laptop when it does. i have found a few forum posts with a similar issue, tried those solutions, that also didnt work. Please help me, cause i honestly dont know what else i could try.

My card is working just fine so idk why they decided to send me this?

I have bought the adobe creative cloud photo bundle but the installer of cc not opening after i resetted my pc. ive tried everything u cud think of. please any recomendations other than using the cleaner tool and running it as an administrator

This may be a little on me, but I don’t know how to fix this. I’m a photography student and I’m paying a plan with Photoshop and Lightroom. But I need access to other apps, and as I’m little on money, I decided to pirate the ones I needed.

I did this with one and had no problem, but afterwards, I had to block hosts, and chose an automatic host blocker and activated it. I thought it would only affect that pirated app, but it affected everything, from photoshop to creative cloud. I tried to change this because I wanted some apps to have access to CC, which started to lag without connection and not loading. After trying to fix this I decided to just uninstall everything and start from the beginning. Long story short it didn’t work and I’ve tried thousands of methods to try to fix, from uninstalling the app, to trying to allow it to communicate though Windows Defender Firewall.

Could someone please give me any tips?

My system is unable to run the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro smoothly, and I need the 2020 version to continue my work efficiently.
There is no Adobe Premiere Pro from 2020 or later, except for the version after 2023.

I know most Adobe products is geared towards professionals, but I'm as amateur photographer would like to see plans for amateurs. Is there a way for people like us, to get a non commercial or edu account from Adobe?

Today on and off, I've gotten an alert saying this. I haven't signed in to any other devices other than what I'm normally signed into. How do I stop this?

Extra info: earlier, I was charging my iPhone off the MacBook (as I do frequently) when I go that alert. When I disconnected the iPhone, then I could open an app. I hooked the iPhone back up and I could still open the apps as usual. But now it's happened again hours later, and I don't have the iPhone hooked up.

In my Adobe account, it says I'm signed into "Apple Mail, Mac OS X 10.15.7" and my MacBook. Why the Apple Mail?

I don't understand what is going on at all. What do I need to do to stop getting this alert? Thanks for any help.

Further info: My iMac is on 10.13, iPhones is 18.1.1, MacBook is 15.1.1...so I have zero idea what this Apple Mail is.

Every time I import a .PSD with video layers to After Effects, it's frozen in After Effects. Any suggestions for the import process?

- search tool has always been awful, but with the addition of AI, its unusable.

- sort feature is basically broken

- the UI is wonky as shit and has not been updated in 5+ years. Never hit 'back' in the broswer, usually just wipes out all progress!

- The filters do work for some variables like color, or size, but then others are completely useless and make results worse.

Whats so weird is for video, animation and vector, I actually get solid assets. But I have a client that I produce printed catalogs for, and the photography results are trash. They don't have a big enough budget for me to art direct custom photo shoots. What alternatives are you all using for still photos?

On my mac I'm missing my Adobe creative cloud files. In the past I do remember there was a folder for cloud files in the side bar, like google drive, one drive, etc. By now, there is non for Adobe creative cloud. I have already activated all option within Adobe creative cloud app. But without any success.

I am trying to get my apps to open in Mac. None of them will open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have endured Adobe's virtual 'assistant' - who after half a day of trying, still thinks that I'm asking why illustrator (only) wont open.

I have removed apps from the cache and preferences and restarted, reauthenticated.

Is anyone else stuck in adobe CC with mac? I can't get any app to open.

Hey all, recently got adobe license and have tried to install creative cloud app, after many attempts i keep getting error code 206. Looked into loads of solutions and found nothing. However, I've made a second profile on my pc and it loads/downloads and logs in completely fine free of errors. Which basically narrows it down to a windows/pc profile issue or something. Just wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with this or has any clue how to fix. Only because it is a huge pain for me to move assets and footage to the second profile.

I started using Creative Cloud App on my computer. I have a lot of images grouped into multiple folders that I want to create library from. I wanted to create one library and then move all the folders into this library. Unfortunately I get error message that 'File type is not supported'. I started creating groups in libraries and then moving all the files from folders to separate groups but it takes ages.

Does anyone know about any neat trick I could do to make it simpler and quicker? Thanks in advance.

Installing CC current version on new ish mac, my older mac ( with standalone illustrator and photoshop ) is now acting really weird while using illustrator. Seems like it is trying to access CC. The older computer was never using CC! I have no clue how to fix this! Any ideas? Is there a setting i can change?

I am using a Microsoft Surface ProX laptop and when I view the Creative Cloud App, only mobile apps are available. Is this because of the processor? The Device runs windows 11.

My boyfriend and I are photography and videography hobbyists. He mostly uses Photoshop and Lightroom while I mostly use Premiere Pro and After Effects. I'm thinking that we could just share one account since we use different apps anyway so the one-at-a-time-use policy of Adobe won't really affect us.

However, he is in Japan and I am in Manila. I love their suite and am honestly just thinking of ways to save on money. So do you think Adobe will allow this?

Is there a way to move ALL Creative Cloud apps, including Creative Cloud itself, to another drive? I want it in D: drive, not C: drive. How?

Anytime I open Creative cloud my internet connection goes from working just fine to instantly going offline. Started happening when I tried downloading photoshop, Lightroom worked just fine. Now I’m not sure it’s doing this. I have the photography monkey subscription

Like I said in the title, I found much cheaper in Amazon, should I buy it? I used to buy adobe from third party but it always have a problem and I'm not complaining bc it was super cheap so I decided to go with a full year its one I found it on Amazon with a good price

Has anyone else had this issue since approx. the last 1-2 weeks? These prompts keep coming up every few minutes and it doesn't seem to matter if I click 'run' or 'cancel'. There are no pending Adobe CC updates nor any outstanding Windows 11 updates.

I have been trying to download creative cloud on my Windows PC through the website, but whenever I do, it only gives me the .dmg file for macOS. I cannot run this as I am on Windows. I tried extracting it using a dmg extractor to see if I could run it form there, but no luck. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Resolved, I found a file that worked from another commenter on r/Adobe

I see far more work going into ads and marketing materials/emails than I do see going into fixing things, improving things, or offering genuinely useful new features.

Their stock tanked the other day, and I believe this is one of the primary reasons.

As someone who's used Adobe products for over 30 years, the constant barrage of "look how cool you can be!" streams feel more like an f-u than anything useful.

Anyone else have things they've wanted to see fixed, improved, or added for years?

Is there any way to makea photo collage in Lightroom CC? I know the classic version allows for this but havnen't found any option like it in CC.
