My aunt offered to buy me a year of creative cloud because she is a teacher and gets a teacher discount. I was curious how this would work or if this is doable?

I'm trying to sign in to download creative cloud from the website, and everytime I'm trying to get in it's saying it couldn't reach the website. I cracked Adobe software before and I'm suspecting that it blocking the sign in link to prevent it to get licence check. I can't find the solution how to disable it.

This all started when i decided to delete Media Encoder..
Creative Cloud annoyingly opens every time i
1.Close an app (Every App)
2. Exit Fullscreen
3. Open an App?!?!
its literally annoying that i have to close it every minute!!

Unable to update InDesign and Illustrator. RUM also errors out. Log says that my version is not supported. I've been running these apps fine for months and RUM always worked, but now it suddenly is not.

Host machine is an AWS Workspace (Windows 10 running on top of Server 2019).

My system is showing version 1809, which is not on the "Not supported" note in CC.

Anyone else running into this issue?

Hi all - wondering if anybody is missing FF Meta Pro from Adobe Fonts since approximately end of last week (around 21 Nov)?

I can see FF Meta and FF Meta Headline, but the Pro seems to have dropped. I can't find any info on this either on the Adobe side of things or via FontFont (the foundry that Meta belongs to).

Auf zwei MacbookPro habe ich das gleiche Problem:

Sobald ich in Bridge den Ordner DOWNLOADS auswähle, stürzt es ab.

Auf dem einen MBP löse ich dieses Problem, indem ich die gewünschten Dateien aus dem Downloads-Ordner in einen anderen Ordner verschiebe und sie dann dort auswähle zum Bearbeiten. Das geht problemlos.

Auf dem anderen MBP öffnet Bridge aber bereits beim Hochfahren den Downloads-Ordner, und deshalb stürzt es sofort ab. Ich habe keine Chance den Ordner, der beim Öffnen von Bridge per default geöffnet werden soll, zu ändern.

Wer kennt dieses Phänomen? Was kann ich tun?

I have the same problem on two MacbookPro:

As soon as I select the DOWNLOADS folder in Bridge, it crashes.

On one MBP, I solve this problem by moving the desired files from the Downloads folder to another folder and then selecting them there for editing. This works without any problems.

On the other MBP, however, Bridge opens the Downloads folder as soon as it boots up, which causes it to crash immediately. I have no chance to change the folder that should be opened by default when opening Bridge.

Who knows this phenomenon? What can I do?

I just found this deal and been using it for 2 months now and work fine. I don't really think I use it enough to justify it, but it's tempting. Does anyone know if this is a rare good deal that I shouldn't pass up?

In my ~10 years as a Creative Cloud subscriber I haven't done much with Adobe Fonts. I mostly do photo and some video work, and haven't needed much variety. But I'm working on a project where none of my current selection is working for me.

I searched a lot about this problem on this and other sites and everyone seemed to have a problem where they couldn't get any fonts to activate. That's not my problem. Some activate just fine. But others don't show an Activate option, only "Save to Library" and I can't figure out why I don't have an Activate option for those. Supposedly all are licensed the same, aren't they?

I've done everything in the fonts troubleshooting guide except uninstalling Creative Suite. As the issue pertains to the consistency of options shown on the fonts.adobe.com website it seems unlikely that restarting my computer or un/re-installing the software would change that, but I'm open to a logical explanation to convince me otherwise.

I got an internet shutdown this morning.

and...wel. I couldn't access the Adobe Servers for Photoshop Beta AI.
I thought it could be solved if I reinstall windows 11. but apparently it didn't work as Intended.

And apparently, the only way I can access it is by plugging myself in any another net connection but mine.

AND THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!

I recently cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription because they doubled the price as a result of adding all of that AI crap to everything. Funnily enough I discovered that at the very end of the cancellation process they offered me another 12 months worth of subscription for the old price. So maybe give that a go. The offer comes up after you complete the cancellation process.

I can't believe how badly these guys treat their loyal customer base. Not to mention that those AI add-ons are all designed to put real designers and graphic artists out of business.

Hi everybody, just installed creative cloud on a new computer and every time I try to install photoshop, illustrator or really any app I get this installation failed yellow message. I tried running the CC cleaning tool but as I said it's a first time installation, even tried giving CC exception on the firewall. Any clue? Thanks in advance

I’m currently paying too much for adobe when I’m not using it since being out of college I want to end my subscription and move my files to an external hard drive but I’m having the hardest time figuring out how to do that. I go to the adobe cloud services to try to download my files but it doesn’t show nearly all the files I know I have between the adobe apps and I can’t figure out how to download the ones that are there or even sync the other files I have in the adobe services I also can’t find the supposed adobe cloud folder that’s supposed to exist on my computer that I thought I had seen previously. Does anyone know how to get my files on a hard drive? Additionally what’s the format for saving these and would I be able to access them should I decide to reinstate my adobe account? Please help!

I went to try out my new presets and actions, and normally, I'll do all my basic stuff in LrC and then just right-click and edit in photoshop well it didn't give me that option today! So I freaked out and did some digging, and i have to update LrC to 14.0.1, and my system isn't compatible. I have a late 2015 imac, and it's running monterey 12.7.6 and apapparently, Apple is no longer supporting or making updates starting this month. 😭 i just bought this computer last year used but basically brand new and not i can't update and run any of the Adobe apps properly. What the hell am I going to do? I know i can obviously just go back to the last supported version of the apps, but that's only going to work for so long. My camera raw plug-in is too outdated already. I have 14.5, I think, and I need 16.5 or newer, but of course, I don't meet system requirements. As of right now financially can't buy a new computer. Has anyone switched to Ventura using an unsupported system? I'm just trying to work with whatever I have and am able to afford at the moment. Edit to add. i believe I'm currently running LrC 14 or the update before that one. Sorry I'm not by my computer at the moment.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am a member of a nonprofit organization and I am looking to create tickets for fundraising events. What is a good software to create my own tickets? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I use Adobe scan to capture all my receipts for accounting purposes. I scan the receipt, download it from creative cloud to send it to my accountant, and delete it from creative cloud and creative cloud trash.

When a new quarter starts I start scanning new new items using similar file names or in this case the same file name. Adobe Scan give me the error that the file name is already taken. Please choose a different name.

How can this be avoided?

Hey, ever since i fresh installed Windows 11 and reinstalled Acrobat I have severe stability issues with it. It's constantly getting stuck and ending up not responding while performing simple things like blackening or signing a document. Or even just opening a larger PDF causes issues.

Is anyone having similar issues with the current update? Are there some fixes I could try?

So I was curious cuz, I love to have photoshop and illustrator but I have after effect 2023 and premiere 2023 and I love to have the same versions and work with it.

So my question is do I still own the 2023 or older versions if I change my subscription plan to a subscription with all app or student subscription

I also tried to install the Creative Cloud App with the offline package (ACCCx6_4_0_361): same result.

So i say myself "here we go for a cleanup step", so i run all Adobe cleaners, including the one which run under cmd console.

Like I only wanted to use Ps, Ai, Ae & Id. So basically make a plan with only those, trying to see if I can make the plan as less expensive as possible with only the things I need.

Hi everybody, I got this mac with creative cloud on it where multiple people access with their own accounts. Problem is, if they save their works on the mac and not on cloud, they can open each other's files (and that's kinda obvious). My question is, is there any way to lock those files by account? Like if you try to open them without your account, you can't access them. Thanks in advance
