Best shop/stand near Hollywood, FL?

Hi all, I'm in Hollywood and I'm tired of the overpriced TNT store. Someone here once mentioned a few shops within a 45-minute drive but I can't find that conversation. Thanks in advance!

Some pre-holiday celebration to scratch the itch!

Enjoy, sorry about the small glitch. YouTube decided to detect like 10 seconds of copyright and removed it, but it still works.

Racking for the weekend.

We are having a club shoot at my place this weekend and I am getting things fused up. All you northwest pyros should consider joining the NPA. This weekend I will be shooting off 78 3” shells and 36 4” 1.3 shells, 5-6 1.4 shell kits, and a bunch of large cakes. Some other guys are shooting up to 8” 1.3 shells. It should be a good time. I am also going to do destructive testing on the new racks I built. I will shoot shells upside down until the rack can’t be fixed. Will start with a standard 4” and then work up to a KAG shell if it makes it that long. This is a 48 shot rack that is made up of 6 of my eight shot racks. I put extra long side beams on so two people can move it around easily.

Best Fireworks Displays Outside London?

Hi everyone!

This will be my first New Year’s Eve in the UK, and I’m super excited to experience a great fireworks display. While London’s celebration is iconic, I’d love to explore other places hosting amazing fireworks to ring in 2024-2025.

Do you know of any fantastic displays or hidden gems outside of London? I’d love to hear your recommendations and tips. Thanks in advance! 🎆

Is it possible to get Sony Vinayaga fireworks to Europe?

Recently found out about Sony Vinayaga fireworks (skyshots and cakes), an Indian brand, and they look magical. Does anyone know if there is a way to get these to Europe? I haven't found a website that sells them and ships them to Europe online so far. Any information welcome.

1.4pro help

I’m looking to buy 1.4pro next year, in addition to shopping local like always, but am seeing conflicting info online about training needed for 1.4pro.

On the pgi website it says, “…it does not qualify anyone to purchase 1.4 pro use products” but then it says “vendors accept training to purchase pro products.”

On American wholesale website it lists the training but it is WAY too far away as I’m in Nebraska and it is in Arkansas.

I would like to finally be able to go to the pgi training next year since it is less than 3.5hr away but if I wouldn’t be able to buy 1.4pro after the training it could be a waste. Really just looking to buy from rkm(night owl) and American wholesale(main ones I know about) I am not interested in doing the online training as I hear that is a complete sham.

If you could give me any other useful info about pgi or training for 1.4 please do.

Need help deciding fireworks for my proposal

Hi! I'm going to propose to my girlfriend in a few weeks time. I am thinking of something like the picture. However, I've tried searching online to no avail regarding the fireworks used. I tried typing something along the lines of "ground sparklers" or something like that but the closest I've come is the cake fountains, but I find they're too small. I'd appreciate any input, any alternatives, or any ideas that could help me out. Thanks! I'm located in Ontario, Canada for reference.

Cobra shipping delays

Got this email from Cobra today:

"Due to higher-than-expected demand and the busy holiday season, some orders may not ship by our original estimated date of December 20th. While we’re working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible, some shipments may extend into January."

They say you can fill out a Priority Request Form, but I have my doubts it will do much of anything.

Which one would you choose? PyroMax Cakes

I am trying to decide which of these two cakes to carry. They are the same price, size, and weight. Which one do you think is better, Color Explosion or Party Time? Thanks

Shed update. Some 4th leftovers and one new 400lb order for NYE.

This NYE show will be probably half the size of my 4th show. Mostly 1.4pro product this time around with some new fun stuff from wizard that I’m excited to test out. Also had a Cato in my 4th show in one of my Pyroboom unspaced racks and have 11 tubes to build a spaced rack with and one souvenir for my first Cato.

Diameter size of 5 Inch Pyro Packed Shells for Pyroboom Rack

Hi All. I was wondering if anyone knows the diameter of the shells for the "5 Inch Pyro Packed Shells" and whether or not they'll fit the rack I'm seeing for sale on Pyroboom for your standard consumer mortars of 1.75". I see everyone building their own, however I finally placed my first order over Black Friday and had it shipped to my family for the 4th. So looking for a pre-made rack to ship their as well as I'm planning to fly. Thanks for your help!

Does anyone want to test my new firework website for me?

I am creating a new website for my fireworks business and I was wondering if anyone would like to check it out and give me their feedback on how easy it is to use or what changes they would make? I won’t list the site here because I don’t want this to seem like advertising. We have regular retail, wholesale, and 1.4 pro products, so there is a lot going on on the backend and I would like to make sure it works before we go live. If you do want to help please send me a message. As a thank you I will sell you whatever you want at the price of our best wholesale pricing tier ($50K spend level). Thank you in advance.

Has anyone use timing fuse to fuse a mortar rack?

It probably prevents fuse jumping and reduce the amount of tape needed and it looks like you can thread it through the timing fuse and tie it with a knot.
