Hey guys, rip this down if its against anything in here, but a few of my mates have a pretty small podcast and they're going through and previewing every team for this year. They did the Blues with Terry from BlueAbroad who im sure most of you know, and i thought this would be a great place to post it.
Spotted a Carlton supporter in the front row of the wrestling in Indianapolis this arvo. Where’s the least likely place you’ve encountered a Carlton guernsey?
Hey all! I have recently fallen in love with Aussie rules football. After spending a while learning about the sport and its history, I’ve fallen head over heels for the Blues. It’s inexplicable, but it’s love at first sight. I would love to hear from you all regarding where to start as a new fan, and resources to learn more
EDIT: typo
Given this only includes player accomplishments from 2000 and beyond I reckon McKay and Silvagni are probably not worthy of their spots for only 2 or 3 years of service
Who's your favourite non blues player? Current and all time. Mine's Jeremy Cameron and Ben Cousins
Kennedy's gone, some new players are starting to make their mark. Might be time for a change. Could even do a competition where users get to submit one and the most upvoted wins.
How is this guy number 2 in the world?
No weapons, constantly fumbles at crucial moments in games, overly defensive when he should be pushing his opponent.
I can see why he keeps falling over at the final hurdle, he just doesn’t have the killer instinct to bring home the bacon.
So this one’s been on the Blues media pages. Picking elements from each player to build the perfect player:
Right foot: Elijah Hollands
Left foot: Nic Newman
Clean hands: Patrick Cripps
Footy IQ: Sam Docherty
Voice: Jacob Weitering
Speed: Adam Saad
Strength: Jacob Weitering

Congrats everyone, we’ve killed 10 days of the off season and are closer to preseason games kicking off
I'd like to see this community cutting all links to Musk and distance ourselves from his politics.
We end with the total hater box.
Plowman comfortably wins yesterday
Jonesy lands himself in the naughty but good corner
Sometimes I really wish we were just less, well, slippery. This latest stuff with our prez, the obvious lying, his background with PWC all the way through to the Elliot years. I love the boys so much but always feel like it’s such a shady group of cats running the show. It’s hard to love the whole club and want to be involved beyond just supporting the boys in the field.
SPS takes out the right side of the divided row fairly comfortably
Hey Baggers’
Bit of an odd one here.
Was wondering if anyone had any recollection or knowledge on the old grand stand seatings, specifically how the seat letters were marked in the benches.
I have a vague memory of them being indented / etched in a sense (my old Letter was Q and my old man’s was P) but I could be wrong, as I was quite young when going to the games before the ground was phased out.
I can find some pics on google that show some numbers being painted onto the benches, but it looks like A) a different area to our old seating, and B) they are numbered whereas our seats were letters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, but understand it could be a doozy
Go Blues.
Found this at a secondhand store, intrigued as to whether people consider this legit or not? Couldn’t find anything when I searched the image online but it is considered an offical AFL item.. anyone know where this is from?
Who do we think will be rotated around to make up for the gap that now presents itself within our backline?
Going to be interesting to see who flourishes with the defensive opportunity!
Gibbs romps it in for an easy win yesterday
Next up the square in the middle. Keeping votes open until Sunday night for this one because it’s gonna have a few options and might be quite debated
