I signed up for birchbox late in October and was able to customize (although my choices weren’t great). I want to customize for november but my page says customization is closed. Anyone know when does it open?

I’m not the most excited about everything in my box, but I’m happy with the value. If they hadn’t chosen that Il Makiage palette and LYS Lipstick in that terrible-for-me shade I’d be REALLY happy.

Not sure if this is normal, but I got a FGF text offer for a free product and free shipping. Just a heads up for anyone to check your texts for the offer in case you get it too. I did test it and it does work, it removed my shipping costs and didn’t even require me to enter a credit card info.

Anyone accidentally re subscribe in the past or have success with refund?

While browsing allure today, I accidentally clicked the "re-activate" button for a prior subscription. Upon clicking this, I did not see any terms of subscription or agreements to charges, no confirmation page to confirm my payment method or shipping information. I then saw my credit card that was previously on file had been charged $27.00 for the monthly subscription. I immediately cancelled my subscription. I am still charged for the November box and the order status is unfulfilled on my account, and I did not receive any emails that this order was placed. I didn’t even get to choose the brow pencil color or get to use the discount code. I called customer service to cancel this order for a refund, they said this order is processed and cannot be refunded as all sales are final. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this? Thanks so much!

At the end of September I made a TikTok about the fact that Space NK had violated their own terms and conditions by charging my credit card $420 for an advent calendar and not shipping it within the advertised timeframe (which was “no payment will be taken until the order is dispatched”). In fact, more than one month passed between them charging my card and shipping the order (and another week passed before it arrived).

Today I discovered that someone had submitted a copyright strike against my video on TikTok in order to have the audio removed. There was no music or other background noise in the video - it was just me sitting at a table talking about the process of ordering, paying and not receiving my products. As per international copyright law, I hold the legal copyright to the media I create.

There would be no reason for anyone to submit a false copyright claim against my video unless they were trying to hide the evidence of their disastrous advent calendar roll-out, which leads me to believe it was either Space NK or someone associated with the brand who illegally filed a class copyright claim. This is absolutely the icing on the cake in a six-week ordeal that wasted infinite time and effort, and I will be sure that Space NK is held accountable for this. I make thousands of dollars every year asserting the copyright to the content on my blog, and it will be easy as pie to go after Space NK for filing a false copyright claim against my own voice.

I bought Ipsy boxycharm + icon box last Friday and meant to cancel it because I changed my mind but forgot until I was charged today for the icon box as well. So I just cancelled it on the website today (10-31)

Thus far advent calendars like LookFantastic, ASOS, the UK version of the Sephora advent calendar which is way better then the US version, Glossybox, ect have decided to not ship to the US this year, anyone have any idea whats going on? They will still allow us to buy stuff from their websites and ship to the US but we don't get access to their advent calendars this year, I don't understand if they have a US version of their website why not have a US advent calendar we can buy?
