Instead I received 2 packs of refill razors I cant use since I dont have a handle. But I guess reading the reviews, had I received this it would have been a handle only without any blades. Oh ipsy.

Not everyone gets the same stuff in their bags, but heads up if you get a CliqueStick Eyeshadow Pencil. My Glam Bag just arrived yesterday, and I tried to put it on this morning. Several things happened:

1. The eyeshadow was rock hard and pulled at my eyelid without putting any colour down.
2. The tip of the eyeshadow then fully broke off.
3. I tried to twist the bottom to raise more out, and the bottom brown end cap popped off. It wasn't even secured on and it's just open to the other end of the product.
4. Turns out there isn't actually a twist mechanism, those grips at the end are a solid part of the tube. There's no way to raise more out.

I also wondered about their advertising copy - the box said it was "AI-formulated". That's probably just using trendy buzzwords - either that or they let ChatGPT design the eyeshadow recipe and packaging requirements.

It's currently sitting at 1246 one-star reviews out of 1464 on Ipsy.

Can we get refunds on this one?

The title basically. I have a credit/coupon code for the shop because of the last order that they misdelivered. I know they sometimes ship candles broken, but I’ve been able to salvage one from a broken container before and melt in in my candle warmer, plus they usually refund if it arrives damaged. Anyway, I’ve pretty much skipped my subscription most of this year and am almost solely interested in fragrance as I’m overstocked on other items. I basically want to smell edible wherever I go and want my house to smell good and be cozy, too. Wondering if anyone has tried these.

I know, I know Ipsy’s shipping is terrible and there have been multiple posts about it. It’s a well known problem. But I think most of us just need to vent. My September box has been sitting in Compton, CA for like 10 days. It JUST updated that my box is now in L.A…which is like 20-30 miles away from Compton. So it took 9-10 days to move 20-30 miles. Plus L.A. is still far from me so it will be several more days before I get it, which makes it near the end of the month again while also missing the apparent “window” for reviews so I will miss collecting points for my stuff AGAIN. It’s just frustrating that we keep paying more and more for Ipsy while the quality and choice of products keeps getting worse, not to mention people frequently have missing or broken items, empty or half full items, or waiting several weeks to actually get their stuff. Ok, rant over. 😝

Love everything, except they sent me Purlisse tinted moisturizer in Fair when my profile is medium so I ended up buying the medium in add ins and complaining and they gave me a coupon for $5 to use by Oct 1. I paid $12 to get the right shade so that’s annoying but I didn’t wanna push it and maybe I can make my $7 back on eBay or buy a tan shade and mix it idk Lol. I love bothe perfumes, the waterline eyeliner and Illmakiage blushes are really nice. The Bobby brown lip and cheek formula is quite soft and nice but barely shows up in me and gives me concealer lips so I’d stay away if your medium warm like I am, but on light or fair it would be nice. The Buxom didn’t plump but I liked the shade the Dominque brow pencil is awesome, love the square design, although the cool dark brown shade wasn’t has cool or dark as I thought but it fills in nicely. Haven’t tried the Laruce brushes yet.

This is my August Icon box, that arrived the other day (?)… Notice how it’s 6 items! (5.5 if u count whatever that little lip balm is)…

Oh and also! The living proof spray doesn’t spray🫶🏻😝Which was the item I was most excited about!

What do I do now?? ugh this is so annoying I was really looking forward to this and had such high hopes. Feeling bummed.

I’ve been an Ipsy subscriber for a bit now, and have liked relatively half the bags. The October designs in general aren’t my favorite, but I’m glad they went with the one they did. Personally, I believe that the reason that Ipsy decided against the Ouija board glam bag is because it would alienate a portion of their customer base. Due to the anti-Western religion implications of the Ouija board, I’m sure some religious people would either unsubscribe for the month or cancel forever purely based on the design for the bag. I understand the complaints about October in general, but it can definitely be hard to balance out Halloween aesthetics and the overall preferences of the customer base to keep as many subscribers as possible. What do you think?

Wasn’t overly thrilled with the bag design I think Ipsy could have went a lot cuter I wished they would have went with one of the purple ones 😭and I didn’t see enough products in the spoilers I would actually use so I don’t really find it worth it especially with not really liking the bag design. The bag is okay but it’s not enough for me to really want to sub just for the bag

Title - received my GB today and my add-on Mango Skin perfume from vilhelm parfumerie is totally empty. Support says it's out of stock and I got a $3.77 refund.

Did anyone receive this and have it actually work? Can you let me know how it smells? I was really looking forward to this 😓 I got Poets of Berlin from the same parfumerie and I absolutely looooove it!!!

I debated on purchasing this all day yesterday and decided if I still wanted it the next day I would purchase.

I got the whole bundle for $30 instead of $35 due to having a $5 off coupon in my email.

I’m a big sucker for bundles with bags. Especially the bigger bags and I always feel like I get a better value with a bag being included.

I had a cart ready yesterday and when I went to check out it’s $20 more total. I wish they would change the prices so frequently. It’s annoying.

My boxy arrived and everything is intact lol. I actually think everything was pretty good after trying it all out!

I have 2 different emails. One email has a “come back and get 1800 points” offer. The other email has a “come back and get 2 free mystery gifts” offer. The emails had boxycharm in them, but when I logged in and switched to glam bag “free gift” stayed under the checkout listing.

Anyone have any idea what the 2 free mystery gifts are? I’m curious if they’re worth more than 1800 points. Thank you!

I received this $160 eye cream from Ipsy Boxycharm and was surprised that it was filled so low that the cream won’t even pump out.

I sometimes wonder about the “real value” of the items in this subscription, because this is not the first time I have received an under filled item. I have been a subscriber for a few years.

Does anyone else think they intentionally under fill these items for Ipsy customers since we are getting these items at a “discount”? Just curious about that, but check your bottle :)
