Has anyone else been ordering from Toronto and has noticed their add-ons missing?

This keeps happening in the recent half a year. So my IPSY arrived today, it was a big IPSY shipping bag and inside was another smaller IPSY bag containing the monthly bag, but there was absolutely nothing else in the bigger bag. None of my add-ons were in my order. The outer shipping bag weight indicates that there were more items in it.

The bags are poorly sealed. Anyone can literally open it take out the stuff and reseal it.

I am legit pissed. This is the 4th time this year.

I’d like to get my sister a 3 month subscription to the BoxyCharm box for her birthday. But when I go to check out, the fine print at the bottom says gift boxes only ship to US addresses. But the billing address is allowing me to select Canada.

I’m a bit scared to enter my payment information before going to the check out page where I’m assuming we can enter our address, because I don’t want to be charged and then find out I can’t ship this to a Canadian address.

Are there any good ipsy style subscriptions that do skincare only? I don’t want the random makeup but I’d like a nice skincare box to try some different serums and such.

I feel like this sub throws a lot of shade at Ipsy, and I totally understand some of the frustration (I’m still waiting on a missing product from my Oct box…), but Ipsy’s also introduced me to some of my favorite products and given me a chance to try products without breaking the bank.

So, I’m curious what are your favorite products that Ipsy has introduced you to over the years? The products that you loved so much that you purchased later on?

Has anyone still gotten their original boxy after a replacement order is sent out? I still haven’t gotten my October boxy with add ons (and ya girl splurged so there were a lot of add on goodies) I contacted customer service and they said they were sending a replacement order but basically ALL of my add ons are out of stock so I’m really hoping I just get my original order soon 😩😩😩

Is the app down for everyone? I tried to login to purchase add-on and the app isn’t loading.

This product is about as functional as a gum ball toy. I used it 1x and it never turned back on. I stored it without the battery in because it has no on/off function key and uses a button battery which dies very fast. It's $15 and it worth 0.50 cents. Save your money for a more reputable product

I’ve been eyeing some of the holiday bundles they already have out and was wondering if there’s a chance they might be available on Black Friday, but for cheaper. And will there will be other deals on Black Friday and on Cyber Monday too?

Last Black Friday (and Cyber Monday) I didn’t even check Ipsy for deals because I was still new to Ipsy and not so skincare obsessed like I am now so I have no idea what they did last year.

I've been trying to check out the new points items and change my preferences since yesterday after choice. I had changed them to avoid the Il Makiage palettes and Origins ginzing. But every time I click on anything it says Kong Error Request Header or cookie too large. I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue.

I was trying to add add-ons for my icon order, and the time cutoff is 3pm pt so that would be 6pm est for me, but I'm not able to add any. Anyone know why?

I thought that when you got the icon box that it replaced your boxycharm for the month, for some reason I am getting the Ipsy bag, boxycharm box and icon box this month? Has this happened to anyone else or am I misinformed

so i have almost 2000 points but 600 of them expire on december 6th. do i take the chance now and spend 1800 on the goldfadden eye cream or just let 600 expire? the things that are 600 points im absolutely not interested to a point where id rather just see the points expire. need your guys’ advice!

Soooo, after a really long hiatus, I signed up for Ipsy again because the icon box choices were so amazing. However, it’s not letting me select my choices when I try to. Am I stuck with whatever they throw at me? Please tell me no. I need a win

I keep on getting emails saying there is something wrong with my billing but when I look at my bank statements the charges for IPSY have gone through. I hope I get my box because I’m definitely getting charged for it.

Just checked my November bag spoilers and there is a repeat of an item I received a few months ago. Has that ever happened to anyone else? How annoying!
