It had said they were sending a “free sample” and to focus our reviews on the actual item and not the sample, I claimed porcelain and I didn’t anticipate that they would send me one of all the light colors! I thought it would be a paper sample of like a bronzer or something. Very nice and just a heads up for anyone that claimed that hasn’t gotten theirs yet!

Has anyone had a similar exparience? I comtacted the support team, but I would like to hear if someone has any experience with their products likely having been stolen? What do you do in this situation should I still write a review despite not having the product? I don't want this to make me look bad in the eyes of influenster🥹 I was soo excited, bc it was an item I wanted very much and would have loved to do an indepth review on🥹😭

I’ve had this claim for around 3 months now, haven’t received the product & it expires in 7 days😭already sent an inquiry to customer support explaining the situation. I know sometimes they take long to arrive, but has this happened to anyone & what happens if the time expires & I haven’t reviewed it for not receiving the product? I don’t want to be affected😭I’m already in a dry spell after switching my Instagram to a public profile, have reviewed 2 previews claims after that Instagram change & still nothing, no new campaigns or surveys, NOTHING😭😭

Let’s say you 6 claim a packs of gum valued at $20 and a company sends you a lollipop valued $12. You love the lollipop and Influenster says you have to review the lollipop because they can’t replace the 6 packs of gum.

Is it normal to have never gotten anything on Influenster after having an account for 7 years? No surveys, no campaigns, no boxes, no samples.

I believe I first signed up in 2017. Granted, I forgot about it for years. I didn't really understand it. The past few months, I began becoming very active again and researching how to be successful with it. But I can't figure it out.

I am Tier 8 if that means anything. I have reviewed 20+ items that I already had. Mainly beauty and fragrance products. I complete the daily tasks. I add photos to my reviews. I have multiples demographics and preferences updated. Maybe I'm too "old" lol (?) I have my social media connected. I'm not a legit influencer so I don't have many followers if that factors in.

I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'd gladly accept any tips and tricks. When something becomes available, will I get an email or push notification? (I have them enabled.) I understand you have to be quick to grab stuff. I'd just love the opportunity to try!

At like 10 pm a hello kitty sandal claim popped up the other night and I went to go to claim some sandals and it said 2 left but it wouldn’t allow me to claim it still. Now it’s been stuck on that since then in my account and still doesn’t allow me to claim it and I don’t care I just want to claim now gone if i can claim it ! Anyone else have the same issue?

So I've been a member for close to two years or so and at first recieved usually one at a time and would get offered another once I finished one. Then it just kept increasing and I had up sometimes 6 or 7 open claims at once then it came to a screeching hault in September. I had been given advice to start declining offers that I didn't want instead of letting them until they were all claimed. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? In the last 2 weeks though I've been sent about 6 surveys (nothing has come of it)

I feel like maybe they just took "shadowbanned" me for lack of a better term. Has anyone ever has this happen and come back from it? Any advice? Thanks so muxh!

Do you know how many campaigns/claim now can we have active at the same time without at the same time without affecting our possibility to receive new campaings or claim nows??

TLDR: Have any of you received claims without being connected to Instagram? Is connecting to Instagram required in order to participate (even if you're participating in a vox/claim that does NOT include Instagram)?

I've had Influenster for years. I used to participate a lot, including the ones that had tasks where you had to post on social media. Flash-forward to now and I absolutely under no condition desire to switch over to a "Creator" Instagram account, which I understand is now required if you want to connect your Instagram account to Influenster. Despite this, I have been able to secure a total of six claims in the past week. None of these require Instagram tasks. Just completing a review on the Influenster app. I just wanted to make sure that I don't have to still connect to Instagram in order for these to actually ship. Not one of them has shipped yet.

I tried searching for this answer in the current sub posts, but I can't find an answer to this specifically.

What a great claim!!

Yesterday I got a Tangle Teezer claim but was too slow.

I saw it pop back up today with one available so I grabbed it.

This evening the claim disappeared from my dashboard, dashboard empty.

Then, it suddenly popped back up as a claim with one available, but I was too slow to grab it.

Any idea what happened here?

Today I got a coworker to sign up for the app. For some reason it won't accept her mailing address. Says it's doesn't exist. Has anyone else ever had this happen when creating their account.
