My when the kids are sleeping setup

Featuring my kids dinner table as we don’t have space for a desk lol. When they go to sleep it turns into my desk 😂.

Very budget!

My laptop run game/DND station.

Lenovo Legion 7i Pro Gen 9: RTX 4090 16GB 2TB 32GB Ram

Monitors: 2x ASUS ZenScreen 15.6” 1080P Portable Monitor Lenovo Legion R27fc-30 27 inch Monitor

Mouse: Aerox 5 Wireless

Keyboard: Apex Pro Mini Wireless

Need to finish my basement but figured I would get my station set up in the meantime. I am also planning on getting a monitor arm for the three screens and get cable management under control.

Setup help

This seems like the place to ask. This is my current setup. I have two monitors that I recently mounted on monitor arms, removing the freestanding shelf that they were previously sat on from my desk. The monitors are currently hooked up to a desktop tower that is going out of commission (at least as a work unit). I work a lot on the MacBook already, and the other laptop is to replace the tower.

As you might be able to guess, I’m a VR developer, so various other devices within arms reach.

My question is, how do I migrate myself to using the laptops over the tower unit? Should I hook each laptop to a single monitor? Should I go for the 90degree rotate on the monitors for coding view? Should I get a KVM to be able to switch between machines and keep just working of the duel screens? Is there a way to keep the tower in the mix as a home/gaming rig?

Hi I need help/suggestions

So I recently finished my gaming setup and at first I was liking how it came out but as time went on I been really distant and not been wanting to get on it because how it looks if you were in my shoes what would be some things you would change to make it to you’re liking maybe some tips about cable management, wireless keyboard/mouse recommendations and most importantly the wall outlet situation.
