Is it possible to delete an app that does not appear on the main home screen? The app in question is Tablo.

One of my Roku devices has an issue where an app is installed but it does not appear on the main home screen. It appears as expected, on the main home screen, for every other Roku I have except for one device. The app is most definitely installed because if I search for it, I see the prompt to open the app. I'm hoping if I could delete the app and reinstall it, it would resolve the issue...but I see no way to delete apps except on the home screen?

I've tried other common trouble shooting steps to resolve this issue. (restarting the device, moving other apps around on the home screen, installing/uninstalling other apps, running a system update...nothing seems to work)

I got a fire tv Hisense Q6 and the streambar, tv had no issues but the streambar won’t do anything and the tv hdmi input won’t detect an orange light keeps blinking after multiple resets and Ethernet and wifi connections tries, nothing. I run out of ideas and hope

Has anyone ever seen the Roku wireless speakers on sale? I’ve been watching prices for about a year and I’ve not seen them for below $149 for a pair (except reconditioned ones on Amazon). For full surround sound experience, two pairs plus a subwoofer for $129 or the pro subwoofer for $179. So $427 to $477 for a complete system. Is the subwoofer pro worth the additional $50?

When I try to access the YouTube app, it says there's no internet, but all the other apps work just fine. When I go to the networks, it will say that the connection is good, but all of a sudden it has a pop-up saying that there is need to connect to the internet. I've tried un-installing and re-installing YouTube, turning off and on the TV, even downloading the seperate YouTubeTV app, but nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on here? Can't find an option to download Dish app onto Roku anywhere. Also can't fit an input HDMI into Express 4K+. It seems like there's no way to make it work...

No change in settings. There has been and is HDMI between the Ultra and a Denon AVR-X3700H, and between the AVR and the TV. The Ultra's voice remote has been and is configured to control the TV via CEC, which I re-set-up after the problem started a few days ago. In sum, there have been no changes I'm aware of. Pressing the power button on the remote causes the Ultra's front panel light to blink, so it's receiving the command. The other buttons on the remote function normally.

I'm stumped. Ideas?

Before the sounds were awesome and made me happy now that all stink.

Can I use the Roku remote programmed for the Frame TV using HDMI-CEC/Anynet+ to turn on the TV and receiver and control volume? TV speakers would be set to off...

Help we brought a new tv it’s a Roku, the old tv was a fire tv. I’m trying to download all my app that I had on the fire tv to the new Roku. How do I do that? Do I need to cancel the apps on the fire tv before I can login on Roku? I downloaded one app but it doesn’t have a login option. I thought it would be that easy but it’s not.

My onn. Roku TV has, for the last day or so, been stuck in two different modes:

- First, it was endlessly stuck in a loop of booting up, landing on the gray [onn. • Roku TV] loading screen for thirty seconds or so, then going black, rebooting, and landing back on the same screen.

- Then, at some point (I think I unplugged it for some time and replugged it) it booted up to the same screen, but kicked me to the purple Recovery Mode screen, where it asks for a language, then to connect to the Internet, then to select "Update Now" after a successful connection, at which point it presumably downloads the update, restarts, and goes back to the first title screen before repeating the process.

I've tried resetting with the button on the back, but it does the same thing—it shows the title screen for thirty seconds or so, then goes to Recovery Mode.

I feel as though I've tried everything else that users in similar threads have suggested, and yet nothing is working. Please help!

Anyone having issues contacting Roku Support via there chat option? I’ve joined several times today because my trash TCL | Roku TV is stuck in a boot loop and I’ve literally tried everything- every time I open the chat it states they are busier than usual- this I can understand! But I’ve joined 4 times each time it says 28 minutes I waited 1 HOUR EACH TIME NO “AGENT” SHOWS IN THE CHAT

I'm watching a live TV show on Google TV, or a live stream on YouTube. But I'm not watching it live; I'm watching it on a time delayed basis. For example, I'm watching a football game that is in progress. Say it is recording on minute 48. But I'm watching it at minute 5. (I do this so I can skip the ads.) My wife asks me if a can switch to headphones, so she doesn't have to hear the football audio. I open the Roku app on my iPhone or iPad and connect to the Roku device I'm using (Stick or Roku TV). The program jumps from the 5 minute mark that I was watching to live at minute 48. I have to be careful to not look at the score & backup to the original position I was last watching.

I called Roku support; the person I talked to never understood the problem. Can anyone help? Does this happen to you?

I recently got the Roku Express 3960 ((which is compatible with AirPlay)) and have been trying for days to get it to work. I live in a dorm room but both my IPhone and Roku are connected to the same internet and have good connection. Both are entirely updated and in close proximity.

I attempted to set up the Roku Express via HomeKit, and it loads for a long time, says to make sure the devices are close and that the Roku is connected to my router with an Ethernet cable, then says it cannot find my Roku. First, there’s no plug on the Roku box itself where I could connect and Ethernet cable, second, WHAT DO YOU MEAN. Settings for airplay on both my phone and the Roku have been checked!

For context I also have the Roku app and have connected the app to my Roku… meaning I can use my phone as a remote for the Roku, but when I attempt to airplay, my Roku doesn’t even show up as a device to pair to. I’ve probably messed with a lot of people trying to connect to every single available Roku ((even though mine is named)) and still with no luck. I really don’t know what more I can do. I’ve restarted my phone, the roku, unplugged the power cord for the Roku and everything.

If anyone can help, PLEASE give me advice 😭

And then says “Roku tv may be in eco mode” but it’s not. Then takes 30 seconds to reconnect. This happens about every 10-15 minutes. Any suggestions?

The Fios one remote will turn the TV on and off and control the volume and change inputs on the TV, but I cant use the scroll buttons to use the streaming channels. The TV remote can't change channels on the cable box if I change to that input. Any suggestions for a universal remote to control both devices?

What is the recommend amount of pixel resolution for pictures for streaming pictures for roku tv.

I have 2 rokus in the same room and the IR remotes mess with both at the same time. The research i have done says if I upgrade to the voice remote it is connected to the roku via wifi. So I can get 2 of them. Will it work or is there a cheaper alternative? Tia.

Our TCL Roku TV is getting really sluggish. Picture quality is fine, but I'm hoping to get a few more years out of it with a simple upgrade.

I have Roku wireless Speakers connected to the TV currently. If I use a Roku Ultra with CEC, will:

1. The speakers work?
2. The Ultra remote work to control everything?

Trying to make it as easy to use as possible for the family.

I'm casting from my pc to my Roku tv. It's worked fine before but now all of a sudden the sound is crunchy and it replays sound bites like when you highlight over something in a game menu, it plays a small sound, but my tv will keep looping it.

I just received a new Roku Ultra. Everything it plays is in the horrible 60p. I tried content on my Firestick and it was in 24 frames, then the same content on Roku Ultra was 60p. I have the option "Auto-adjust displya refresh rate" set to ON, but is still does everything in 60p, even though now it is causing black screens as content starts, which I understand would take place with changing frames/second but in this case in keeps showing 60p.

My mom has a Roku 3 (4200x) I want to replace, it seems to be pretty slow. She basically just watches Netflix and Hulu on occasion. Is the most basic one fine? I don’t need the latest and greatest but also don’t want anything too dated. Thanks

New Roku owner here. How do you add shows to the "continue watching" list? I currently see 2 shows I've watched recently in this list, however several more of my other shows I've also watched recently are not in this list. Like anything on Max.

I’ve brought a 65 inch 4k tv , and for some reason the roku cable picking up 480i quality but some channels getting 1080i , I’m trying to see if there’s a way if I can set all my channels to 1080i .
