I’m from India and my prime membership has expired too.
Hi how to redeem prime voucher, no option is there in app.

I recently found out that Amazon has now reduced the number of devices that you can be logged into in india from 10 to 5. Fine I can live with that and we made all the necessary changes. Logged out of devices we don't use it much on and brought it down to 5. But you know what sucks, saying that 1. You can only watch it one two TVs and 2. Not allowing me to cast prime from my phone to my TV.
So annoyed right now. And the stupid message on the tv says visit primevideo.com/upgrade to be able to add more devices and you know what...there is no other plan where you can add more devices. You just got to pay for a whole new subscription if you wanna watch it on more devices.
Rant over!
Hello, all. I’m in desperate need of advice.
In early December I placed an Amazon Fresh order for $200 (using EBT) and it never arrived. I’ve ordered from Amazon Fresh twice a month for well over a year (as I’m physically disabled) and this has never happened before.
Anyways, I was approved the refund almost immediately and since then it’s been nothing but frustration between me and Amazon.
I have chatted and called so many times. I have been “escalated to the appropriate team” so many times. I have spoken with supervisors. I have been told that the refund was cancelled and reissued, and to wait a week so many times. I have been told to wait a month. I have been told that someone will reach out to me so many times. I have been told to call EBT and ask them to reverse the transaction on their end (which they flat-out said they couldn’t do).
What else can I do? I’m afraid they’re going to hit me with a “it’s been x many months so there’s nothing we can do now” any day now. I called a few days ago and one their agents already tried that, and I had to demand to speak with a supervisor who said she’d fixed it but…still no refund.
I’ve been told that the refund is stuck as “pending” and won’t budge from that status.
I’m at my wits end here. I feel like they’re purposefully trying to stall me to get me to give up, but I refuse to. I don’t have the luxury of forgetting about $200.
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Ordered a scale model that was going to arrive on the 7th. Then it says it’s going to arrive today. So I wait. Then it tells me that a problem occurred during shipping. You’re telling me that it came into the US from Britain, only to then be sent back to the seller? What am I supposed to do? Will I get a refund if it never comes?
Can I change the name that appears on my packages to just my initials, or something else I wanted to? How?
Can I share Amazon prime with my sister even though she lives in different address?
Also, does it means my sister can have access to my payment method?
Ordered a 3D printer Wednesday, supposed to be delivered yesterday.
Wasn’t delivered, kept updating as “still arriving today” until 11pm.
Called because it is for a gift, and they said they updated the delivery for today at noon. It doesn’t show.
I call back, and the person says the driver marked it as “missing” even though it was on the truck for delivery.
I ask to speak to a manager about what could be done and he said “I could cancel it for you, or do a replacement, or we can try to track the truck down and call them”
I said to call the truck, and to not cancel anything until we knew it was for sure lost.
He “transfers” me to logistics who promptly hang up on me. I call back again.
The robot before the human said it would be delivered today by 8:00pm and texted me a tracking link. The link said order cancelled shortly after my call with the service rep even though I said not to.
This rep said they could not undo the cancellation but my replacement would be here Wednesday.
I am livid. I told them to not cancel anything. I just want to see if they will still deliver it since it’s obviously in the city somewhere.
I originally posted this as a reply in another post.
“Customer support is ass, they’ve sent me to TRS Collections for a double charge on a Kindle for Christmas. I had my bank refund me the 2nd charge, that’s when they sent me to collections. Originally I bought Kindle accessories along with the Kindle and got charged like $320, the accessories got delivered, but the Kindle was delayed.. once the Kindle was sent out they charged me $218 for the Kindle. Now, I can’t even order anything until it’s resolved.
I’ve been in contact with TRS, but they’re idiots just looking for double $218 charge on my bank statements I just found out, so I have to contact them again that’s it’s different amounts due to the accessories. Fml”
I returned an item got the paperslip. Because the guy couldn't lnt do his job to put the item in their system I don't get my refund. It's been almost two months and they tell me are you sure you return the item. I'm like mf I do they gave me the receipt.
I have noticed delivery dates being off a lot more lately. I ordered 2 6 pack of tshirt, the date when I bought them was for the next day. I checked it multiple times right before I hit the button to finish paying. I will not actually receive the shirt until 2 weeks after. Amazon doesn’t think that’s an issue. I think they are purposely giving wrong delivery dates to get people to buy the product because most people won’t cancel and go order somewhere else. It’s fruit of the loom so I’m sure they have way more than enough product with Amazon to fulfill the order. It’s Amazon that can’t make the delivery date they gave me when I ordered it.
Even though it may not be the client themselves, do you think leaving negative reviews about delivery will then cause issues between the client and Amazon and cause a change? Talking to Amazon customer service fix’s nothing if you even get to talk to a real person.
Hello all, I ordered an adapter on Amazon and they sent me the wrong one. It was only about $5 but I can’t drive and to go through the hassle to return something so small makes no sense. Is there any possible way to choose a returnless refund or have them send the proper adapter?
I want to make sure I get my refund as it is over $500. At first, I didnt think I would be home for the delivery but now it is coming today.
Should I wait around for UPS and tell them not to drop it off or should I just let them drop it off and have amazon come back and pick it up?
Which way will I get my refund faster and ensure I even get one!? Amazon already knows they need to refund me for the item.
I was a bit skeptical but I just bought a high end gaming mouse that goes for $159 brand new. Decided to gamble on used-like new because it was only $90. Box was still sealed, plastic still on mouse. No damage on packaging or anything. If it didn't have the amazon sticker on it that said thanks for giving this product a second life, I would think it was brand new. It doesn't even look like the package was ever opened.
If you're reading this, there's definitely a lot of savings to be had by looking at "used" products sold and shipped by amazon. I'd still avoid 3rd party incase you have to return it.
I'm looking at item X and I decide I want it. It says "Order within 2 hours and it'll arrive tomorrow". So I'm like ok I have some time, I have some time to decide if I would rather get item Y or Z. An hour passes and I decide I want Z, so I go to put in an order with it and X. But now it's saying X won't get here for 3 days! When I go to X's product page, the timer is how it should be, an hour left, but the date changed on me. Here I thought I had some time, silly me. Why does Amazon bamboozle us like this?
I made an account that was later added to the household as a teen account (I'm currently 17). My parents have Prime which means I get the benefits including Prime Video. Whenever I order something it needs to be approved, would a movie rental also need to be approved? I'm going to use gift card credit to rent it if that makes a difference. Thank you!
(P.S. I'm not trying to watch anything bad, Oliver (1986) is rated G)
I bought an Apple Watch SE cellular and realised that my phones data plan doesn’t work with it, so I placed a return order. In my hurry to give it back, I forgot to add the charger in the box which I returned. What am I supposed to do now?
While and after canceling I’ve seen differently-worded messages and emails that muddy the waters. When canceling it told me that “after Feb 2” I will no longer have access to Prime. To me, “after” would mean when Feb 2 has ended. But an email I received today (Jan 31) says “Your Prime membership is expiring in 1 day.” Or maybe it’s related to the time of day I bought the one week of Prime that was offered?? Confusing.
