hey everyone! I’m already subscribed to fubo, but I’m hoping to score a better deal for the next year. Does anyone know if fubo offers discounts for existing subscribers during black friday or cyber monday, or are the deals mostly targeted at new customers? If you’ve managed to get a good deal as an existing member, any tips or advice would be super helpful!

So i cancelled the subscription after getting charged like 9 days ago and i wanted to watch something on fubo today and it says my subscription expired?? even though i was charged 9 days ago.. can anyone help?!

Does anybody know what the extra 13 channels are if you select the Quarterly plan?
Also, does somebody have comparison grid of each plan?
FUBO's website just lists all the channels in bubbles and switching between each plan make it very difficult to see what is in each plan.

Has anyone noticed this on the Fubo app for iPhone? For example I live in Columbus, Ohio, but if I’m disconnected from my WiFi sometimes it thinks I’m in the Cleveland market. Any ideas?

Could be a good time to move back to Fubo from YTTV, get my local sports fix (MSG & YES) and still get TNT/TBS.

Tired of everytime I want to watch a game I get freezing, lagging, recordings not working. And a customer service that just seems to tell me to go suck a lemon.

There should be competition allowed. Fubo seem to have no interest in customer feedback or improving the service, and why should they when they’re getting my money either way.

Sports fans are going to watch something laggy and broken, if the alternative is nothing at all.

Just a warning, if your DVR takes up too much space in Fubo’s cloud, Fubo will stop recording your shows despite being promised unlimited DVR space.

I have contacted Fubo support several times and they won’t tell me why my shows are no longer recording, and they have to manually add my shows back into my DVR that weren’t recorded as scheduled.

Here’s the kicker: Fubo will also DELETE your other recordings to make space for the shows you want added back. They don’t tell you that they will do this.

This is false advertising and a scam.

TLDR: Fubo doesn’t actually allow you to have unlimited DVR space despite advertising it.

You typically think a free trial is an opportunity to try out a service before you commit to a big purchase. A company that has confidence in its product offers free trials to showcase its services, and if they meet the expectations of the consumer, a paying customer is gained.

Fubo has a different business model. They advertise a free trial, then once they have your credit card number, they never let you go. The terrible service reviews you can find all over the internet almost don’t even matter. They don’t need or value long term customers as long as they can fool enough people into signing up for a trial term. They have nothing but contempt for their marks.

For context, I created an account today to watch a game that was supposed to be on Fubo. The game wasn’t actually on there, so I cancelled my free trial immediately but then I accidentally hit “reactivate subscription” and they charged me $111.00. I immediately cancelled my subscription and they gave me a “refund” button option. After I clicked it it said “Success! Your refund should process within 10 days.” Will I actually be refunded or did I just get screwed over?

Any suggestions on how to watch Fubo live sports when outside the U.S.? I am happy to pay extra to do this legitimately but it doesn't look like they allow it at all?

I've noticed that NBA TV is no longer on the guide. What happened?!

Starting yesterday, something odd has changed with the way I can fast forward during live TV. I watch Fubo on a home theater PC (HTPC), so basically you see your desktop on the TV. I use Chrome and Firefox as browsers to watch Fubo. Before yesterday, I could pause or go back to some part of the live TV that had already played, and the playback started instantly. I could then jump forward using the 15 second skip again, instantly.

Starting yesterday, now if I use the 15 second skip, it takes just about the entire 15 seconds to do the skip, jumping about 3 seconds at a time with no audio. Has anyone else seen this?

So far, I've cleared cache, disabled extensions, rebooted, and tried my home desktop PC. All have the same behavior using multiple browsers. Now, this doesn't happen on fully recorded shows. The 15 second skip is instant on those still. It also strangely, doesn't happen at all on mobile. Did Fubo change something to maybe discourage skipping forward in live TV i.e. making skipping commercials that much harder? It seems odd that it would only affect web based browser watching.

TL:DR browser based live TV watching 15 second skip is no longer an instant skip, but takes almost the full 15 seconds to skip.

Does anyone know when the 9 month limit on DVR Recordings take effect? I have thinks saved I would like to keep that I recorded several years ago.. but I can't remember when the 9 month timer was set. Thanks

I've had a perfect experience with Fubo until the last few weeks. When watching via browser (Chrome), the program will randomly go back and repeat the last 3-4 seconds. This is live TV.

For instance, watching Golf Channel: See a putt, hear the commentary, then the putt and commentary repeats. Really weird

Issue occurred on Chrome on PC and Mac, from two totally different locations. Anybody else experiencing this?

I was just about to pull the trigger on cutting the cord, but now I'm not seeing the option to just purchase fanduel sports by itself. Back a few weeks back when the standalone options were announced, I seen the option on the fubo site. However now I don't. I need fanduel sports so I can watch the Thunder play. Did that option get pulled or am I just missing something?

FuboTV has had it’s up-and-down lately. It’s been showing momentum on customer service definitely in programming and other options. It will be a future leader in life TBN sports.

I'm based in NY and considering the move from cable to Fubo.

I mostly have cable to be able to watch Rangers, Islanders, and Devils games without the threat of blackout on ESPN + because of MSG.

I am just curious if Fubo carries all NHL games (including out of town games) and if so, which is the lowest tier that carries them.

First off, fix your platform! My shows stop to buffer every few seconds while I have ample download speeds and every other app streams fine, except paramount+ (shocker) so you're charging me $90 a month for something broken

Secondly, stop with the ads! They're excessive and I'm not going to buy any of that junk. I mute the tv and do something else anyway. You want me to spend $90 a month, but in a 45 minute show, I have 5 commercial breaks, each with at least 10 ads... wtf?!

People cut cable for this exact reason. You dips are definitely on the chopping block at my house... right after my free trial.

So I bought an LG C3 and have been using the apps on the actual TV, instead of a Roku stick like all my others.

Despite the millions of buttons and always clicking the wrong one on my LG remote, I am stumped on going back and forth between channels. If I hold down the back button, it bumps me all the way back to the main screen.

Am i missing something, or does the LG remote just not vibe with Fubo’s app

I want to watch NXT but the CW is no longer shown.

Thinking switching to FUBO bc they have RSNs. Would like cut the cable cord. My question is: do the NFL & MLB channels cost extra or are they included in 1 of the packages.

Is there a way to change the drop down menu when scrolling thru channels to always suggest my Favorites channel list instead of Recommended? It seems to always revert back to Recommended channels after you set it. I stream using Roku.
