Im not the greatest fan of subscription services so dont really want to go ESO plus

If it helps the things I love the most about the game are TREASURE CHESTS, WORLD EVENTS & SOLO CONTENT

So I was trying to reconstruct a mother's sorrow fire staff but then I find out that my mother's sorrow inferno staff has been replaced by something called khralesh anguish staff, and even my pauldrons are replaced by hlaalu's pauldrons in the sticker book. Anyone have any clue regarding what happened?

Is blooddrinker a viable DK set with the bleed abilities that DK have? stam dps?

• Who QA updates, patches, game design? What the hell is this? Having PTS and dropping such game breaking updates is hilarious
• Everyone is just winging it and focusing on housing.
• Game combat mechanics and sets are done by the wham wham gang that hates combat...
• All combat, theme and combat design is just for role play, there is nothing that sticks on the board for actual gameplay combat.
• Is there someone that theory craft what will happen if this and that? Like who thought putting 16 people in a small room will be a good Idea for arena pvp?
• who thought that arena style BG should work just fine between such a gap of game's knowledge? No newbie returns in pvp if the game is such unforgiving. This is what keep the game away for so many players.
• WTH is going on with healing? Do you even know how much healing is fked up these days. Everyone is a pocket healer such a stupid game design. With little more effort and the game becomes piece of cake for every small group. Nuking bosses overhealing everything. Don't get me started on the pvp side.
• nerf healing over time, this is most important, make it major and minor buffs that stack twice or something
• ball groups, they are everywhere in every game, fine. The fact that there is no known counter, just kept many players away and we ended up in a empty Cyro, now in a empty BGs soon..

I've looked at the medal list for Capture the Relic mode at the uesp. These medals are (in short):

• Capture a Relic

• Kill a Relic carrier

• Help a teammate kill a Relic carrier

• Deal x damage to Relic carriers

• Score an x damage hit to a Relic carrier

• Do x healing on a Relic carrier

• Score a x healing hit on a Relic carrier

Can you spot any problem here? Yep. They all assume that someone is carrying the relic. But what does the typical game look like (at least what I have seen at 8v8)?

One team manages to capture 1 relic, and then both teams fight at one of the teams' bases until the time expires, while no one can pick up the relic. So this medal system just doesn't work because no one carries the relic. Maybe it worked in 4v4v4, but in 8v8, it doesn't.

Proposed changes: Consider both teams' bases at capture points and give medals like from domination for healing and damaging while attacking/defending the capture point.

Most people are reluctant to approach the candy-giving Molag

Anyone know if this still procs in the newest iteration of BGs?

Hello i was just wondering if this game is any good to get into after so much time has passed by i remember starting a character but quickly loosing interest because of the fact it was an mmorpg do i have to play with others in order to advance ? Is it worth it to start new in 2024?

Was looking at the next coming crown store items and seen preparation for systres isles. Haven’t heard anything about it before. Has any one seen or heard anything about it?

I have 2 questions regarding the game,
currently I'm playing FFXIV and the system there for filing out dungeons is so great (Duty Finder)

I'm more of a solo player so i dont have friends to fill in spots in dungeons but I love doing normal difficulty dungeons there with randoms.

is there some kind of system in ESO similar to that? lets say I want to do a specific group dungeon of my choosing and it fills out with random players? if so, usually how long it takes to fill in those roles? lets say in prime time.

also if there is some system does it include the raids?

second question how long is the Main story overall with all the DLCs? I see very different answers to that question.
some say 150 hours others say more than 400.

Goodmorning everyone! Lets discuss sustain and sustain sets. I’m oldschool, i like my Lich for mag sustain, even tho its got a 40 sec cooldown, the 3200 mag recovery is amazing.

I’ve recently crafted a full set if wretched vitality and i do enjoy the sustain but i also notice that my resources are just not being refilled as good.

What is your # goal for a recovery number?

I have a hard time with wretched because i’ve been using lich on my magsorc since release.

I feel like I subbed to eso plus well over a month ago

Hello, i started playing ESO a lot, i have one char. Mag dps DK, and crafting alt, i thought of starting new character, to just level the horse and do writs, and later play it normally like a main, o thought about doing mag sorc, but i read that he uses daggers, and i use them with DK, and i want bow or staff, so i thought about warden, but i dont know anything about him, then tank necro came in mind, and that sounds perfect, but i read that tank necro has really small dps, and also, can i solo with necro? because i play mainly solo, sometimes in group.

Hello everyone, pretty much the title, I used to play a lot of ESO back in the day, but I had a low end PC (PVP and Cyrodill was a torture), but I've made a lot of PVE content, got a crafter in smith maxed out and loved doing Dungeons. At the time I didn't had the money to pay for ESO plus too, so the game was getting hard to enjoy in many aspects.

I would like to know if is still worth it comming back to it?

I wish there was roosting/resting as part of its animation or at least when you place it in a home. It seems so uncomfortable for the owl to keep flapping and flapping. I say this as someone who grew up around owls.

That said, I’m quite happy to have an owl pet. Hands down my favourite bird species.

Just got kicked by group before the last boss in FG Vet, because tank got annoyed I killed mobs before he could pull them. He said to the group "let's do HM but kick the guy pulling mobs before I get to them". What?

Also saying "get close to one another" repeatedly.

It takes so long to type to anyone on PS that I couldn't even call the fucker a noob before I was voted to be kicked. Thought I'd rant on reddit instead, as you do. Bloody noobs in a 10yr old game.

I'm mostly a filthy casual but I also want to be able to play solo PvE. I have been hearing about how bad necromancer is so I'd like to ask if it's got any better with the update or if it just doesn't really matter when I'm not aiming for the end game? I'm thinking about stamina necro but I welcome opinions on magicka necromancer too.

Undead are found in 5 different regions, and also a great place to gain XP at a fairly good rate. With that being said, is there a scenario where one Magicka Sorcerer can run into the middle of them, press one AoE attack, and kill the entire group (or in most cases, multiple groups together)?

We have:

1. Champion Tree
2. Skills (buff when gear is worn)
3. Skills (standard buffs)
4. Armour/Jewlery/Weapon Traits
5. Armour/Jewlery/Weapon Enchanments
6. Armour/Jewlery/Weapon themselves

With all that being optimized for AoE undead clearing, is it possible to one shot them?

If so, what do you think should be included in this?

For Championsh tree, I think this is the minimum:

1. Biting Aura (only while slotted)
2. Fighting Finesse (only while slotted)
3. Master-at-Arms (only while slotted)
4. Piercing
5. Precision
6. War Mage
7. Wrathful Strikes (only while slotted)
