I miss this game so much. I never finished it when I was a kid. I don't have any consoles. Is there a mobile port, or otherwise if I have to buy a console and buy Skyrim what would be the cheapest way to go?

Have to check when I get back to Windhelm but...noticed last time I was at the docks that the Clan Shattershield offices weren't locked for me. At least I think so, like I said, have to double-check when I get back to Windhelm after this radiant quest I'm on. If that's the case, then my thought is that by giving Torbjorn Shattershield an Amulet of Arkay for his "Rate Gifts" quest where he wants to give said amulet to his wife Tova in mourning for the death of their surviving daughter Nilsine. That alone is messed up, as is the whole Dark Brotherhood side quest that caused it, given I'm the one who killed Nilsine, but it's that much more messed up if this means I can now waltz into the Clan Shattershield offices with no legal repercussions for the "Rise in the East" quest--I befriended the father of one of my assassination targets, which will have the ripple effect of his wife unaliving herself, and now I'm going to screw him over financially (setting aside his company's employment of pirates to unfairly eliminate business competition). Just wow.

I’m having some problems with rooms(living room and child’s bedroom in proudspire manor) in player homes not appearing after I buy them and I know the command to fix that but I’m not sure how to get the reference Id for them I’m on pc btw

At the end of a Skyrim play though where you’ve done all the quests where is the Dragonborn most influential in terms of a certain hold or town

I got the bow and now I’m trying to confront Harkon With Auriel’s bow but when I get inside the Castle and to the door of Volkihar Cathedral it says it’s locked and needs a key. I have looked all over the place can’t find anything and can’t find anything online.

Note: I have tried no clipping with plate and platter but still nothing!

I was decided to look around Balgruufs quarters in Dragonsreach. There's a lot of food and a few coin purses laying around. None of it has the steal option showing when you hover over it. Does this mean these items are free to take?

So I arrived in Windhelm and I see this gorgeous girl serving me a cup, and after a nice evening of chatting about dreams and cities and places around Skyrim, I decided to invite her on a quest with me [*cough* console commands *cough*]. We arrived at the College of Winterhold and played around with some spells and even visitied Sarthal and set some Draugr on fire. She turned out to be very good with both one and two handed weapons. I decided to investigate some rumors about a boy named Aventus doing some dark magic stuff back in Windhelm and as I arrived at the stables... Susanna was gone. She was nowhere to be found in my surroundings [*clears throat* No fast travelling]. Confused, I followed my steps back and forth... I think about going back to Windhelm or maybe Winterhold; I even checked the stream, docks and the farms. I thought: maybe she went after a chicken to steal some eggs for a surprise morning breakfast. But then, something icy falls down my spine, so I go into the city. I ask people in the Candlehearth Hall but no-one has seen her since she left with me. Even this asshole named Rolff Stone-Fist who spits at my boots as I ask about her ignores me. And there she was... the shiny armor I forged for her... gone. The waraxe I personally sharpened for her... gone. The light in her eyes... I took some purple mountain flower from my bag, her favorite, and I cover her eyes, unable to look down at her body. Whoever did this will suffer a dozen deaths under my newly learned dead thrall spell.

I don’t usually make posts on this account but I have a painful hyperfixation on Cicero/The Dark Brotherhood and I’m stuck 😭 I joined, and I am in the brotherhood. But I can’t remember if I ever helped Cicero outside the farm so I’m worried I messed up. I’ve done one contract so far and I feel like I’m not making any progress? Nobody has any new contracts, and I don’t see any Brotherhood quest line in my quests list. Did I mess something up?

I updated the game after awhile and all of my creations apparently aren't bought and I can't download them at all.

i want to do a no kill run, barring bounty targets/quests that require me to kill someone, trying to play as anti kill as possible. any tips, pointers, guides? etc etc etc. thanks in advance!

I’ve played Skyrim many times and have done so with many other characters but I personally always loved to play as a wood elf and basically become a silent assassin. What about you guys?

Did the mod tab get removed I just came back to the game and I can't find where to use them anymore

I'm working on optimizing a warrior/spellsword build -- breton race for magic resistance, improved dragonscale armor + light armor perks to hit armor cap w/o encumbrance, that kind of thing.

The issue I see coming is related to weapon enchantments. I've read that the number of charges for enchantments is tied to the associated magic school, and that cost reduction perks in that school can increase the max number of charges. Is this true? Does tht mean I should invest in skills like for the Destruction cost reduction perks to maximize the number of charges on my enchanted weapons? I don't want to be in a situation where I need to spend time and perks on skills that I won't end up using.

I think the only options are archery, destruction, and shouts. Maybe I'm missing something though. Basically I hate being forced to either use archery or destruction in a build where my character wouldn't do that.

I started playing the special edition on game pass and enjoyed it. I want to play with the DLCs and was going to get the anniversary edition but I don’t want to have to start over. Does anyone know if the data would transfer or if I would have to restart with a new campaign?

I was doing the Dawnguard quest where I needed to head to Dragonbridge to find the Moth Priest. I fast traveled to Katla's Farm and head towards Solitude Sawmill. There I sound a dead Haafingar Guard. There were Reveler standing nearby who may have seen what happened but I have no idea what killed this guard. When I later returned to this area There was this mudcrab that killed the Revelers. I highly doubt one Midfrab can kill a hold guard and I believe this hold guard is meant to be the one who greets you at Solitude's entrance and tell you about the execution which I did not happen to ke this playthrough? I assume he is finally going to respawn his body but can can anyone tell me how this Haafingar Guard died? Did he just spawn in 50 feet off the ground and fell to his death or something or did this hold guard really lose to a mudcrab?

Have 800+ hours in oblivion been enjoying Skyrim so far!!

There must of been some update somewhere from Bethesda Skyrim since the Anniversary packet via the Switch; but the Quests to obtain the Manor has not only appeared to be playable again, but I noticed there’s tons of fog out there now too.

Hey, I just updated Windows 11 today so I'm not sure if it's that..but i'm running skyrim on pc without mods. I check the launcher boxes to run borderless windowed and it runs windowed with a border. It used to automatically go fullscreen but since the update I'm not sure what's wrong. Borderless windowed or fullscreen will work fine for me.

Any help?

Edit: if any more details are needed I use an nvidia card. Someone mentioned changing ini files but I don’t know how to do that also if I’m not running mods idk if that is relevant.

I wanted to create a new vampire lord! So I'm curious what would be the best build from race to equipment to weaponry ect. what do you guys think?

For instance, I’ll start with probably the easiest one:

The reaction to a Nord dragonborn helping the Stormcloaks win would be that they see this as an absolute moral victory and maybe even a sign of Talos’ favour, considering they won with the help of a powerful Nordic warrior using the Thu’um, just like the heroes of old and Talos himself.

The pro-Imperial side would still feel defeated of course, but the fact that the Stormcloaks won with such a moral victory would probably make some of them shrug their shoulders and say “ehh I guess they have a point.”

Now what about the other races, and other sides? How would a Khajiit Imperial victory look, or a Nord Imperial victory, or, dare I say it, an Altmer Stormcloak victory?
