Jacqueline Hyde & the Moonfolk - Strange New World

Is there any chance anyone is able to track down the exact year of this release?

Jack Blanchard was definitely writing space-themed songs with Steve Fenner in the 60s, but I can't find any info on the exact year this was put out, or if Jacqueline Hyde is a pen name for Misty Morgan.

The Sun Set

Hi everyone,

I am hoping this is the right place for this. I am on a bit of a mission to find out more about a UK band in the 1960s called "The Sun Set". My grandparents were in this band and I have been made aware that they recorded a lot of stuff back in the sixties, but two songs were only ever released. My grandparents have always told me they'd love to her all the other songs but wouldn't even know where to start to find it. So, I thought I'd ask on reddit in the hopes someone else may know something.

The released songs are "You can ride my rainbow" and "Easy baby", which I have on vinyl.

I believe it was produced at Iver Recordings as it's "A Terry Kennedy Production" and I was hoping to contact someone that used to work there or has a relation to this company somehow in the hopes of finding some old archives... I don't know, really clutching at straws!

Recommend having a listen, was some great music and a shame that it didn't gain more popularity than it did.

The Davies

What if Rick Davies of Supertramp got together with Ray Davies and Dave Davies of the Kinks and they formed a group called the Davies?! With Daniel Davies filling in for Dave Davies once in a while? And they had a roadie named, Rory? It’s hard to remember and distinguish all these people at first.

Edit: They should just get it over with already. Change pronunciation.
