Looking for song recommendations, 1950’s deep cuts. I like Fontella Bass, I like Etta James, Dean Martin, Vaughn Monroe, Ink Spots type sounds.
Thanks!
Hi! My Grandma loves music from the 40s and 50s. Her usual radio station stopped playing music from this era, and she likes to listen to music while driving. I’d like to buy her a cd set for the car. Emphasis on CD. Does anyone have any recommendations?
If Fallout 4 had a prom night vibes.. Always looking to broaden my oldies playlist.. any gems w this sound I am more than happy to always press play !
I've always loved the oldies sound particularly more moody songs, but I'm terrible at looking for songs especially in this genre/era. I know there's probably thousands of songs from this era to fit this criteria so I figured I would go to this subreddit to find some of the best. One other thing if, I prefer them to be in english or spanish. I'm trying to assemble a playlist for my and my GF who also speaks spanish.
Any recommendations are appreciated :)
