Something that always interested me during the mark waid run of the flash was how Wally’s identity was public. They’ve quoted how people like the joker literally have Wally’s address, I’m really curious how Wally’s life isn’t always in danger. How does he even rest at night, when a supervillain that hates the flash (many do) could just blow up his house at any moment? I know he’s very overpowered but if he’s caught off guard when not on hero duty or if someone tries to go for Linda while he’s away (when he was in Santa Marta, California for example) then that can be some serious danger. I’m just curious how Wally wasn’t in danger much more often, were villains just genuinely that afraid of him?

who are all the flash family (only speedsters) what are their orgins?

Could just be an artistic mistake, but I felt like one of the main differences between Wally and Barry’s suit besides the different belt, eyes on cowl, and Wally’s bigger emblem was the wings on Barry’s boots. I’ve gotten so used to Wally donning a more modern version of the suit without the wings on the boots that this panel is definitely throwing me off.

what comics does the show take after or is the show by itself??

I’m new to comics haven’t ever read one in my life but I want to get into flash comics but I have a few questions

1. Is each comics its own story line I know there’s different story’s in flash’s time so would it start then go with however volumes there is then start another story back at volume 1?
2. Where should I start or does it not really matter I don’t really want to start in some random place

3.where would I read them online or buy them in person Then another question that doesn’t have to do with comics I want to start collecting flash cards like Pokémon cards I know marvel has things like that sorta but I’m curious if there’s one for dc?

Usually I can tell pretty easily based on artstyle and what era it is, but how would you rate your Flash scanner skills?

Personally I think it’s very underrated, it’s a solid 2nd place behind Batman imo. I love the majority of Flash’s villains. Even the minor ones I don’t see talked about a lot

Given that Iris mentioned Lois Lane recently in issue #8 of Spurrier’s Flash, it’s gotten me to wonder if the two have ever interacted in the comics.

I haven’t seen many flash cosplays that blow me away like I’ve seen some other characters. Does anyone have a cosplay of the scarlet speedster that’s their favorite?

I know that the code they are meant to work by is pretty unique in modern comics and helps keep the Flash's stories a bit lighter than most, but I tend to prefer if they specifically have a no killing rule as it applies to perceived innocents (including the Flash's family), not to other criminals or even the Flash himself.

I know Ezra Miller is an awful person in real life but in my opinion his version of Flash is better than Grant Gustin's. I honestly find him more intelligent than Grant Gustin's and a better person. I've been lately finding Grant Gustin's Flash too dumb, too soft and too nice because he never does things I think he should've done or does things I think he shouldn't have done but sadly people always think I'm unreasonable and act too dramatic

As we all know, Flash’s suit is made of a material to avoid it from burning and falling apart for when he runs, but if someone was to get super speed right know and needed a Flash style suit including chinstrap, cowl, and emblem. What materials and items would someone need to recreate the suit?

I mean, it's alawys good having different stories and tones for the same group of characters, but I am really wsiting for Flash Family to get a win in Spurrier's run, and have regular Linda again

Considering she’s had several protrayals in both live action and in animated form, I wondered which one is most comic accurate. Keep in mind, if you dislike any of them, do not, for whatever reason whatsoever, begin bashing that version of Iris or her actress. Not that you’re not allowed to have an opinion, it’s just you can choose to not be toxic about something like that.

I’ve had this discussion with a lot of people but in your guys’ opinion who’s faster? Wally West or Bart Allen? In my personal opinion it’s Bart but I don’t have much to go off of so I’m not too sure.
