rn LAG are the best team in the league
Real talk: we would have lost to them
their midfield is great & has pace which is critical in MLS
we don't have that
even if we "fix" our defense we still need pace in our midfield to get ball up to Messi/Suarez & track back when needed
Gomez was the only MFer that gave us close to that - and we're losing him
We need faster better MFers (at least one) just as much as we need to upgrade our defense in order to win MLS cup
If you included the playoffs, Ricki Puig would deserves MVP - he runs that team and is genetically built for MLS
We do need a CB (jk, unless ... 👀)
He was a goal machine but his age is definitely showing. He lacked a lot of quality in particular against Atlanta.
I cannot imagine Campana is going to be content with the same amount of minutes next season. He’s probably gone- which will be a shame.
Everywhere on this sub I see shit about Mascherano it’s all negative just wait until the season shit wait til the pre season and then if he fucks it up enough that’s fair but at the least give him a shot his track record might not be amazing but the U-20 team is a different team, they’re different games with different stakes, and the teams the U-20 team went against are different teams the herons will be going against nothing good will come from being so negative doesn’t mean you should get your hopes anywhere just be neutral and patient and wait and see that’s just my advice obviously I can’t tell anyone what to do
My husband wants to travel to Miami to watch a game next year. When will the match schedules be released for the fourth quarter of 2025? We're thinking of traveling in November.
9th seed guys, let’s not forget. Aviles, Chelo, Tata, whoever we’re putting this on, it can’t happen again this way.
I would really love to know what Apples viewership numbers were before and after our elimination. Maybe I’m a jerk (I know I am) but I feel with our exit most folks tuned out. Both supporters and casuals as well as the Messi / Suarez haters just ehh what else is on.
No attempt to build anything besides get people to pay top dollar and show up once to see their favorite superstars then likely never come back.
