Have you taken this class? Apparently it requires a lab if in person. I am planning to take it online and it does not show that lab is a requirement. Is that correct? Any information about this class will be greatly appreciated.

So I have to fill in the CCE form which seems simple enough however I have not sent my AP and dual enrollment scores/transcripts/whatever, meaning they don't show up in the Official Credit's tab of the CCE form. The same can be said for my AICE scores however I just paid for them today which will be sent in like 2 weeks or something Idk. That being said, can't I literally just self-report all of my scores without having to pay to send all these scores to the school? Like if I can self-report my AICE scores and course credits doesn't that mean I wasted $17? I'd rather not waste any more if I can self-report everything else.

Has anyone taken Bao Qin Li online for MAC 2313 Multivariable Calc? I noticed in his syllabus that we are not able use your own calculator or have a formula sheet on the exams. Seems a little weird not being able to use your own calculator. Are the professors at FIU usually like this? Has anyone else taken him or been in a similar class with the same exam procedures? Has anyone used the Honorlock Calculator?

i recently re-enrolled into FIU for computer science and i’m wondering if they have any courses that use software that can only be operated on a windows PC? when i was doing my accounting degree, there was a class known as”accounting information systems,” which, as you can imagine, was very tech/software heavy, but one of the softwares required for the course could only be used on a windows PC. i just don’t want to be blindsided for when/if the time comes that i need to get a new cheap laptop or something because i currently use a macbook. any information is appreciated :)

Hey guys took dual enrollment American government in 2012 pos 2042 but the current FIU UCC requires POS 2041 which seems to be the same class. My advisor sent a request to see if It would satisfy the requirement and she emailed me back saying it doesnt according to the student transfer office. Has this happened to anyone else and do I have to take the class again? Or is there someone i can contact

When I entered the financial aid section, this appeared, it says -1500 for SAI but my total aid is in zero??!! is this wrong, or have they just not added the aid yet, idk what it means??

I have slowly been signing up for summer classes since April. While I am now taking 12 credits for this summer, when I first signed up, it was only for a 3 credit class, and I was immediatly given an amount of financial student aid. As I was nearing Summer A, I have been signing up for more classes, and yet not once has my financial aid been revised. I know today is the last day of financial aid revision, so has anyone had their financial aid revises already? Or is anyone else going through something similar?

I have a question regarding my art portfolio submission due February 1st. Much of my work involves recreating pieces by famous artists such as Van Gogh. I'm uncertain if this is allowed for submission since it’s not entirely original. I put great work into it nonetheless but I was just curious if anyone knows if it’s allowed or not. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
