• We have a written constitution.

• We prefer an owner with experience, a competitive spirit, and thick skin, though we will gladly take money from someone who loves baseball, is committed to learning about fantasy baseball, but does not know what they are doing.

Rookie draft order will be based on MAXPF for teams who finished 5-12 and teams placing 1-4 will use their placement for rookie draft order.

Payouts are 650-350-100 and 100 for Most PF before playoffs.

You will need to pay 2 years up front (2025 and 2026, $200).

All of this is pretty basic, now here comes the interesting part. We are going to do a vet draft only and a rookie draft March 1st. During the vet draft the first kicked off the board gets 1.01 in rookie draft, 2nd kicker gets 1.02 and so forth. We will have 4 rounds in rookie draft, so 48 kickers are available to grab.

We will be doing a slow draft ASAP through a third party draft site (likely Clicky Draft)

Payments will be through league safe majority vote, paying 1 year in advance each year (pay 2025 & 2026 at the start, pay 2027 in 2026, pay 2028 in 2027 etc)

Payout structure:

We will have a 12 round linear draft prior to each season based off the previous seasons regular season Points For (PF)

NO TANKING (losing on purpose to get a better draft pick) if someone is suspected of tanking the league will take a vote and if found guilty that manger will have their first round pick replaced with the last pick in the draft, repeat offenders will be removed from the league and will forfeit their paid in advance following year league due of $40

Managers will be responsible for finding a replacement manger to take over their team if they wish to leave the league, otherwise they will forfeit their league due for the following year to help find an orphan manger.

Rule/ settings changes will be voted on each offseason by the league

Commissioners vote is worth 1.5 to determine any tie breakers

All settings are default except the ones listed below:

Playoffs start week 22 instead of 23, the championship will take place during the second to last week of the season instead of the last week

Maximum player acquisitions per week is 3 instead of 6, to help prevent streaming players

There will be some changes from previous format, and I've updated the league doc to reflect the new settings:

Changes from previous format:

• Rookie draft shortened to 5 rounds instead of 6
• 2nd starting TE spot converted to 4th FLEX
• TE reception bonus has been increased (.5->1), to 2 total points per reception
• Collecting an additional year in advance ($300 due up front) to further disincentivize people leaving/quitting the league.

If you're interested in taking over an orphan (discounted as we collect a year in advance) please let me know, as I have several available from people abandoning my leagues.

Hello, I run three Dynasty Leagues, slightly different from most other leagues I have played in. These leagues only allow prospects to be drafted, and teams are formed as these players graduate into the major leagues. We need a few owners for the upcoming season. One began in 2013, and two similar ones started last season.

The central theme is that only prospects may be drafted, but your team will not accumulate points until they graduate to the Major Leagues.

·         They operate on Fantrax.

·         They have low entry fees – one is  $35, and two are $ 25 using Fantrax Treasurer.

·         There will be two drafts per year (Pre-season or spring training) and (an FYPD draft after the signing period ends)

·         No in-season pick-ups

·         The first league plays 4-weekly, and the two newest leagues play nine weekly head-to-head match-ups per week

·         One 16-team league and two 14-team leagues

·         60-player roster with only 35 players are kept that are over the minor-league levels (130AB/50AB)

·         This league will not be very time intensive outside of the preparation for the draft Point system is based on Fangraphs Ottoneu system

For those who like prospecting, this could be a perfect league without taking a lot of your time away from your other leagues. The drop period for the 2025 season has started, and the draft will begin later this month.
