What is the NarFFL?
The NarFFL is a four tiered fantasy football league with yearly promotion and relegation. It is comprised of the Premier League, the Major League, the Minor League, and the Farm League.
The Premier League
The Premier League consists of 144 teams broken up into 3 conferences (Bacon, Envelope & Narwhal). Each conference is further divided into four leagues of twelve teams each.
The Major League
The Major League consists of 288 teams broken up into conferences named after Hall of Fame NFL Coaches. Each conference is further divided into four leagues of twelve teams each.
The Minor League
The Minor League consists of 576 teams broken up into conferences named after Hall of Fame NFL Players. Each conference is further divided into four leagues of twelve teams each.
The Farm League
The Farm League consists of 576 teams broken up into conferences named after NFL Busts. Each conference is further divided into four leagues of twelve teams each. The Farm League differs from the other three tiers in that every year the non-promoted owners are all removed to allow new owners the following year.
The Prize
We will be competing against each another for a shot at the coveted Horn.

Returning teams: Login on Fleaflicker by August 1.
New hopefuls: NarFFL Lottery opens Friday, August 11, 2023 at 3pm EDT.

Is there a waiver time discrepancy, or am I just a moron?
Just a quick question. I'm based outside of the US, but the platform adjusts times accordingly. On Fleaflicker it stated waivers clear at Wednesday 18th 1pm my time (BST), however the waiver report generated 1hr 43mins prior to the stated time.
Usually I make my waiver choices well in advance, but this week I set some time apart to have a deep dive into who is available just before they cleared.
What am I missing to correct the times?

This list is a little more interesting than last year. Last year it was all TEs, and while you have a couple on the list still, suddenly it’s the quarterbacks who are all over the place. For the names on the list, this isn’t overly surprising, Burrow is coming back from a lost season due to injury, Purdy is or isn’t a product of the team he is on, Love had a great ending to the season after a slow start, and Stroud has a ton of weapons, but needs a massive season to meet expectations. It will certainly be an interesting year to see where these 4 land by end of the season.

Names that make sense here pretty easily. Rashee Rice slowly moved up as it was clear he’d start as the WR1 for KC. Jerome Ford gained steam as the current RB1 for the Browns. Brian Thomas and Josh Downs are young receivers who are gaining attention. This will be an interesting list to see where they sit at the end of the season.

Last year, the consensus top 5s were 1) Choosing RBs as their first pick and 2) More aligned with how many teams chose that draft strategy (Numbers in the 20s-30s instead of High teens). I think we’re starting to see a shift in draft strategy now that the NFL seems to be moving away from Bellcow’s. Hero RB still has a place, but compared to last year, seeing only 1 entry in premier that starts with RB is a pretty huge shift.

Position limits are still active
The website says position limits have been removed but we are still restricted to one K and two DST in the Ryan Leaf East. Made me look like a fool for taking two DST so early since I thought I could be sneaky and grab four of the top ones just for fun. And then my Aubrey/tucker fallback move for fun also failed.
