What are your traditional carols?

I'm a boy from a town near to the core of the Andalusian Christmas, Sherry(Jerez), land of the zambombás, the traditional carols groups.

In the zambombás, which are public and free to be in, traditional flamenco carols are played since mid-late November into the 28th of December.

The way that this carols are sang and danced is pretty much a very typical flamenco thing, but, sometimes, with more Christmas-y instruments added like tambourines, bells, and zambombas(that's why they're named like that)

The zambombás are composed by a circle of people that sing and play the instruments and inside that circle the people who dance(in jerez danceable carols are a thing) , and in the center, If the group is big enoughthere is a candelá (fireplace).

I think zambombás is one of my favourite Christmas traditions and even more knowing they're from my land.

The First Nowell/The First Noel. Which spelling do you prefer for the Christmas carol?

The Christmas carol's name is traditionally spelt "The First Nowell". However, more recently it has been commonly spelt "The First Noel", mirroring the spelling of the French word Noël, meaning Christmas. Personally, I'm a fan of the traditional spelling, The First Nowell, but I'd like to hear other people's opinions on the matter.

Where do you store your flip tree?

We're looking at getting a BH tree this year. The flip trees seem faster to set up, but it looks like maybe they collapse down less than the non-flip ones. I'd love to hear from those with flip trees where you store them the rest of the year? Thank you!

My wife got a rudolf kids book.

She’s wondering what’s supposed to be wrong with this doll. Can anyone explain?

Christmas ornaments with no glitter?

Any recommendation?

I’ve always hated glitter as a kid and can’t find any cute ornaments that come in a set that don’t have glitter.

Also what brand of Christmas ornaments do you tend to buy ?
