My playthrough has been going well, I decided to go kill blood starved beast and got it done and then I got ludwigs blade and opened shortcut and first tried vicar Amelia, is there a big difficulty spike coming? Also I find it difficult to know where to go next I always feel like I'm going to miss something if I end up accidentally progressing, also are chalice glyphs considered cheating?
Bluepoint imo has done an amazing job with Demon souls so I’d love to play a bloodborne remake made by them. But do you guys think a remaster is just as fine or you’d actually prefer a sequel?
So I just opened the game and I don't know if I'm tripping but I swear the game doesn't feel like 30fps anymore. Is it just me?
I’m trying to max my burial blade and i just need a few more blood stone chunks and a blood rock, certain glyphs that have them?
I do not know if it has been discussed before but I was randomly visiting the echoes chalice where the invisible enemy dies and you get echoes while having the Corruption Rune equiped. As soon as the invisible enemy died I got a Blood Dreg that drops from hunter enemies. So could that enemy be a npc hunter?
There’s certain items I just never use, like blow elixir. What random items like that do the Hunters out there like using?
I don’t know if anyone has talked about this before, but up at the top, it says a “Computer Game”. Someone care to explain? (Seeing as next year is the 10 year anniversary)
Filler.
If you're on this subreddit, it was fun clearing the chalice dungeon with you. I'm surprised I managed to get into your game twice and that we cleared it with no one dying 😭😭 It's the simple things like this in co-op that I enjoy with this game.
no parrying and just the transformed bloodletter. what an amazing fight, took me about 5 tries to beat
Once I got to Amelia I didn’t hear her prayer. Did I do something wrong or is it a new game + exclusive. I really like her prayer and wanted to experience it
If you let German kill you, you wake up and the sky is blue and normal and things seem okay. So are the events of the game not real and it actually is just a nightmare? I don't understand that ending
I just went ahead and killed Gherman and the moon presence not knowing it would through me straight into a new game. I abused the cum chalice and am BL 176 and eveythimgus easy but I’m still curious what is recommended
Can they?
The Upfux - Nightmare
Was listening the other day and was like damn this is very bloodborne sounding…Mentions umbilical cords, beats, blood echos, the great ones, etc!! Confirmed by the band via a dm I sent them. Maybe not everyone’s cup of tea musically but if you like heavy punk it straddles a nice line of a few genres.
Ps I have no affiliation or even live in the same country I just thought it was cool!
not in terms of building a character statswise but more specifically at the character creation menu itself and I have really been wanting to do a character themed run based off of Vincent Valentine for final fantasy 7 And out of all the character themed runs I thought about doing in this game Vincent just fits perfectly with the bloodborne universe however as mentioned before I suck at making characters in this game every time I have try to recreate Vincent I failed miserably And there have been times where I have just tried to say screw it and work with what I have made but I just was not able to as I never really saw it as "Vincent" just a cheap imitation
Another reason why I wanted to do this is because I wanted to introduce my sister to bloodborne and she has taken interest in it recently so now every time she visits me I boot up the game and we play for a bit So far we have gotten up to the blood starved beast but not much further than that
I figured the best way to enhance her experiences by making character based off of one of her all-time favorite characters period That being Vincent
So to the master artisans of the bloodborne character creator I am asking you for your help could you please either point me out to someone who has made Vincent in the game and is uploaded it online somewhere or the much bigger ask recreate him in the game And then send me the necessary information so I can make him in the game
Thank you in advance to whoever answers my desperate plea for help
just a question
BL4 Poorman's Cleaver vs Orphan of Kos.
DLC run has come to an end, thanks for all the DMs and kind messages. Hope you've enjoyed the series!
Hi everyone, after a long time I’ve completed my second run on BB, but I’ve used the three umbelical chords so I can’t get the platinum trophy because I missed one ending. I have on my pc an old backup save I did on my ps4 before selling it. I’ve tried to copy paste the folder to my usb stick and connect it to my ps5 but I can’t see any saves. Am I screwed? Pls help this old hunter not to start a third run at ng+3
Beautiful. I hope I made Eileen proud
I'm trying to farm top tier gems but I can't access any false FRC dungeons. I heard I have to finish the pthumeru ihyll chalice and it has different materials to activate fetid, rotted and cursed rites. My real question is: if I activate the 3 of them and start the chalice ritual, will I be able to access any false dungeon I want? And do I have to finish the original pthumeru ihyll chalice if that is the requirement or just starting the ritual is enough? How does it really work?
My first soulsborne game ever, thanks Jev for inspiring me to play it.Great game, hopefully they give us a sequel or maybe even a prequel going back the the first hunters. I made a list of all the bosses I beat and how many tries it took me for each. The bosses are in order that I faced them. Share your hardest bosses too! I was level 90 when I finished hed the game.
Cleric beast: beat him first try, he was pretty simple I just stayed on his ass.
Father G: 27 deaths. The boss that gave me the most trouble in the game. I swear I quit for a couple of days cuz I couldn’t progress anymore.
Blood starved beast: 6 deaths. His poison is what kept killing me and every time I’d close up on him he’d keep running away. Other than that it was pretty simple.
Vicar Amelia: 2 deaths. She was pretty simple I just got too greedy at the end and she one shot me. Her heal also didn’t proc on my second try.
Witches of hemwick: first try. Really simple boss, shouldn’t even have been bosses tbh. It was more of a gimmick fight. Least fav boss.
Drakbeast Parl: first try. Pretty simple as well, just kept hitting it from the back and run away to escape his aoe.
Shadow of yharnam: 5 deaths. sorta tricky fight because you got one ranged guy and one close quarters guy and one mid range guy, but I found the best thing to do was focus on the ranged guy first.
ROM: first try. Pretty mid boss tbh, I didn’t even kill its kids I just hit and run it. Probably my least favorite boss tied with the witches.
Logarius: 10 deaths. Damn this dude was annoying af. Especially since didn’t know you had to hit his sword in the second phase to stop it. Other than that I’d wait till he does his strike down attack and get in a few hits from there.
One reborn: first try. Another boss that shouldn’t have been a boss imo. I don’t even understand what he is or does lore wise.
Amygdala: 3 deaths. Pretty fun fight, easy as well except when he rips his arms off and starts spamming his wide attack.
Celestial emissary: first try. Another weak boss. Nothing much to say.
Ebritas: two deaths. Pretty ok boss, as long as you stay behind her you should be good.
Micolash: one death. I like the idea of this boss and them having him do something different. They could executed it better tho. His second phase attack is annoying too cuz it has high one shot potential and you gotta repay the run again.
Ludwig: 9 deaths: very cool boss and I could see why he’s a fan favorite. I died most of the time to his first phase though. Other than that he was very cool. I still wish we had more exposition exploring more of Lawrence and Ludwig’s past and the beginning of the hunt in general.
Lawrence: first try: his wide attacks almost always got me and he took me 20 vails. He wasn’t easy but I was always lucky enough to live with a sliver of health. I could see why people don’t like him being a reskin tho.
Living failures: first try. Same as the emissary boss. Nothing crazy and pretty simple. Their galaxy attack thing is pretty cool tho.
Lady Maria: 10 deaths. My favorite boss in the game. Great music great move set and great visuals. Also great for the lore. Her weapon is my secondary too. Although, parrying her makes here a joke and I wish they made her immune to parry in her second phase. I didn’t wanna cheese it so I don’t parry her at all.
Orphan of kos: 17 deaths. God this dude was annoying. The constant yelling him being super aggressive which I liked a lot and just being pretty fast. Especially his second phase. My third favorite boss after Father G.
Mergos wet nurse: first try. Honestly, a pretty disappointing boss. It looked very cool and I was expecting to die a few times, but other than its nightmare attack, it was pretty simple.
Gherman: 6 deaths. Again parrying was op, so I decided to not do it. The fighting arena was great and I liked his moveset a lot. His scythe attacks were always what got me. Except that one time he sniped me. Very fun boss tho.
Moon presence: one death. Pretty simple boss. Expected it to be harder. He caught me off guard with the attack that takes you down to one hp. Other than that his moveset was simple and easy to counter.
All in all, most of this games bosses were great and for my first souls game, I enjoyed it. Also, the saw cleaver is my goat. Oh yeah chalice dungeons are too grindy so I didn’t do them.
Im getting parries but 2 issues.
It did not seem this bad early game. When I get the viseral its great, but it is harder to get them than it is the parry.
So buddy has been playing bloodborn on ps+ I join in, but I have dlc so he's like fuck it and got the whole game and dlc lol, another Hunter Joins the Hunt bois
Currently level 70 and fighting Laurence to get the rune for a full beast build. Lost story short he’s kicking my ass and after a long time fighting ludwig I really don’t want to go back into the tedium that is learning boss moves off by heart.
Any tips?
I recently purchased a physical copy of the GOTY edition of Bloodborne in order to play the DLC. Prior to that, I have been playing the digital PS+ version of Bloodborne. After doing some research, I've found several posts that say that you can transfer digital save data to a physical copy of Bloodborne by uploading your digital save data to PS cloud, then redownloading it. However, I do not have access to PS Cloud features because I am borrowing the PS4 I am currently using, and the original owner is the one who has PS+. Any help would be appreciated!

Playstation store have it on sale at the moment if you haven't got it already. I can't wait to try it
