I’m 5’4 and 95 lbs, 22-23 inch waist and I cannot for the life of me find cargo pants for my job as an emt that fit. Currently wearing pants that are absolutely huge with a belt to work but I’d love to find some that actually fit. Any recommendations?
Hi everyone. I'm looking for athletic shorts with a built-in liner (2 in 1 I think they're called). The catch is I want the liner to be long and the waist to be small.
The long liner part seems to be the really hard one to find. I want the inside part to be closer to 9". Most women's shorts that have liners, they're really short like 4" and basically just there to prevent someone seeing your underwear I guess? But I'd like a bit more protection.
I didn't think I was that tiny, my waist is 26" and my hips 33" but every pair of shorts I've tried either has the liner too short, or the waist/inside layer too loose, or both. Or there's just no inside layer at all.
Also, ideally they would be black and have no pockets or zippers, but I might be pushing it there.
I'm tired of ordering stuff on Amazon and returning it. Does anyone here have suggestions?
this may be a long shot especially considering what season we're in, but does anyone have recs for a strapless swimsuit for a 5'6 XXS gal? I'm 105 lbs, bra size 28/30B, 24 waist, and 35 hips. I've tried everything and they all hang off me or don't even make it all the way up to my chest (for one pieces) and I do not trust a baggy strapless suit to stay up. Would even consider a strapless bra if it has enough coverage to pass for a swimsuit top.
The reason is I'm getting married in a strapless gown (heavily plugging gunne sax for petite vintage wedding dress seekers!!!!) but planning a few beach days beforehand and I don't want a weird tan.
Budget is low! doesn't need to last a lifetime or be made by the finest materials.
Thank you!!!
I was just wondering what the difference between the flairs are.
Does petite mean short + narrower/smaller frame while short just means short? Or is it just a personal preference thing?
A while back someone was asking about clothing/accessories that are particularly hard to find for xxs folks. I mentioned running belts for carrying phones and was surprised to find a good amount in agreement with that.
Anyway, I recently purchased "BONE Run Tie" running arm band in a larger size and tried using it on my thighs and my waist. I was pleasantly surprised to find that that worked really well as way to carry my phone without it sliding and bouncing around.
I feel quite smart and pleased about this...and was also wondering if anyone else has come up with and cool work around to make things hard to find in our sizes work for us. If you have, please share!
Hi! I’ve been working on a petite brand to counteract the problem we have. Will update y’all when it’s up (probably by mid November!) While speaking with my designer, we came to the conclusion that because this size isn’t very common/available, we will need specific measurements. I dug through previous posts to look for a range of different waist-hip measurements, but I need help to create the adequate pattern styles for the pants.
Specifically: Leg Measurements
If anyone would like to chip in and help me, shoot me a DM!
(I know XXS isn’t exclusive to short women. I am also starting a tall line; but in the current moment I am working on the petite size chart. Any help will be very much appreciated!)
Edit: I’m also looking for naval to crotch measurements if possible! Thank you 🙏
Edit2: thank you all so much! My manufacturer now has a better idea of the sizing. I’ll post an update with the brand once it’s up.
Is there any store online that sells bracelets that are actually cute? Not adjustable ones either. Just plain bracelets. I dont wanna shop child size theyre all ugly
Hi! I was wondering if anyone had jean recommendations. Here’s some brands + sizes I have tried and find too big, to see if that helps narrow things down :)
The funny thing is, on a tape measured my waist comes in at ~25 inches, I figure it must be vanity sizing as I fit most of these brands a few years ago. Most of these “fit” just very poorly, they are gonna fall off per say, but definitely give me that “drop croch” look lol.
Not really clothes related but i desperately searching for over the knee or ankle boots heeled preferably that are not leaving a huge gap on my tiny skinny chicken legs. Sadly most of the recommendations i had in the past are too expensive!! It would be a + if the shops are located in EU or ship here.
I recently got engaged and we’re trying to plan for engagement photos but dresses never fit me right… What stores can I go try on cute white engagement dresses?
For reference I’m 4’11 and 95 pounds.

I am 5 foot 5ish. My waist is about 24-22 inches (depending on where I am in my cycle I guess).
I am DESPERATELY looking for form fitting long sleeve tops with sleeves long enough for this winter.
I am sick of people telling me to shop in the kids section because my arms are way too long for the long sleeves to fit me and keep warm in the winter.
I have gotten a few suggestions from people online but the stores don’t ship to America. I’m feeling so hopeless :( i really need help.
I just joined this sub, I finally found my people! I have a wedding to go to in November and I have come to find that it takes me FOREVER to find a modest (personal preference) dress that fits. I found one I liked on the Ralph Lauren website and ordered the smallest size hoping it would fit. It did! I have never been successful with online dresses before. So just letting everyone know that Ralph Lauren sizing is good! 5'2 and 105 lb
I wear a US 4 in Women’s shoes and I recently found out that Converse UK carries UK 2.5 which is a 4.5; it’s sold out on the US website. Has anyone used a forward shipper or proxy website to purchase from a different country ? I’ve seen people on here talk about buying through a website for clothes from asian countries or if anyone can point me to the right direction pls!!
I know it's the opposite of what people usually ask in here, but I'm a XXS fashion ""influencer"" and was recently talking about how hard it is to find clothes that fit and vanity sizing; but some people truly believe I'm lying or exaggerating.
So I was curious to know which stores you avoid because they don't have sizes that are small enough? On top of my head I can say Primark, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Mark & Spencer, Ba&sh, Reiss. I think also Mango, River Island, Intimissimi
Being XXS can be frustrating! Feel free to vent here. Venting is only allowed in the weekly Monday posts. All other vent posts will be removed. As always, please remember to be kind and courteous. Any disrespectful comments will be removed.
I’ve been wanting to buy a new cardigan or 2 from the kids section. Anyone recommend the best place to buy???
Hi gang. Has anyone here tried CB? I found a thread from last year but figured I’d check in this year.
After reading fellow XXS say it runs too small - I’m afraid I’ve made a huge mistake ordering an XS. I found an insane deal on Nordstrom and it was only $57 (returnable)
5’7, 119, 32-23.5-33 according to the size chart online I should fit? My ribcage is 28in - which is the only thing giving me hope it may fit.
Does anybody have a XS CB dress onhand you could measure the ribcage under-bust? (It looks like that’s where the zipper gets stuck for most folks online reviewing this brand.)
Looking for wetsuits of any style (full, shortie, jacket, etc). So far I haven’t found one that actually fits my skinny arms and legs. Is custom the best option?
I’m 5’4” and 100lb. Wrists are about 5.5” around.
This is just for sharing of information, I recently shopped Oh Polly and was quite surprise how amazing the fit and quality of the clothes were. Also, everything was lined.
I'm 30.5-25-32 and I shopped the uk size 4 dresses and tops and it fit perfectly.
