I am planning to apply for an MS in Human Resources Management at Marshall University. As an international student, I would like to know the likelihood of obtaining a fully funded scholarship, research assistantship (RA), or teaching assistantship (TA).

Additionally, I would appreciate your advice on whether applying to Marshall University is worthwhile. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

In Huntington this afternoon

Anyone know if I changed my direct deposit % into Huntington 2 days before pay will I still get direct deposit or a check. My employer uses adp. Typically I would have early pay by now. My account is also in the negatives right now bc a payment that had already got taken out went back in then out again.

Anyone else notice a lot of young men walking around the south side today with lanyards on? They don’t seem to be stopping anywhere or causing trouble, but also curious as to why these groups are casually strolling around the south side.

There are a ton of cops in full riot gear hanging out on the porch of one of the houses on frat row.

They had a sign board out front but I didn’t catch what it said.

Food is great. However, on our most recent takeout order, the manager decided to "fill in a 20% tip on our behalf" before shaming us into signing for the bill. Unsure whether it's their wait staff that receives tips, or the management.

This month at our Huntington Sound Series we're going to come together to eat food and make music as a community. It seems fitting I was reminded me that we've been bringing noise and sound-exploration to the space for a year now. Thank you to everyone that has seen a show or played for us. A couple of my neighbors worked at building his trust over the last year or so and he finally trusted them enough to ask to use their phone to call home. They spoke with his family, who’d been looking for him for a year and a half. He’s back home already working again they said. Score one for compassion.
