So for the paste 2 years I found this cool Christmas Tree watch face that's .99 cents that I use. Each year I am almost certain that I purchased it but it is not on my purchase history or in my managed apps. So my question is, do watch face developers push paid faces out there, take them down, and reupload the face for people to repurchase the next year?

I have a Pixel Watch 3. It's my first smartwatch ever. I don't care that much for fitness and wellbeing features, so I've chosen complications for unread emails count, battery, weather and WhatsApps, but I've noticed there's no complication for current WiFi. I think it could be a good shortcut for WiFi configuration too. Also for tasks, as I can place a complication for events, but I use mostly tasks instead of events. Do you know where can I make these suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I dont know much about wearables. Only that I just realised its a rather saturated market and I feel overwhelmed. I only want 3 things:

1. Track my running: Speed, distance, route, and some bio metrics like heartrate maybe? I heard it is possible to leave your phone at home, track your run with a wearable and then upload it to your RunnerUp app once your home again. I would like that very much.

2. Google Maps with a visual map (not just text directions and some arrows).

3. No Notifications at all.

Can anybody suggest a device for max 80€ that is capable of this?

I have a random Chinese watch that my mom got for free during a shopping spree. I really like the look of the watch, but the software feels buggy and awkward to use. Is there a way to remove the existing software and install Wear OS or any other watch-compatible software? I'd appreciate some guidance on how to do this!

Trying to get dexcom 1+ readings to display on a Samsung classic 4 running wear os 5 for my son. Dexcom instructions say it should work and just select the watchface. But I'm having trouble getting the watchface. All I can find is the g6 face on the store which dosnt work. Any help would be appreciated.

I got my Xiaomi Watch 2(not pro) today and I notice that the screen has a rather visible jelly effect when scrolling the menu.Can other owners confirm if this is "normal" screen behavior for this model? Thanks!

I am a new Wear OS user coming from Garmin, and I like to track my active minutes over the week and focus on steps for my daily goal, but I can't seem to find any configuration option or setting for the integrated Fitbit nor Google Fit active minute goals to display weekly targets - they seem to be fixed to daily only.

Does anyone know of any settings or even third-party complications that can display weekly goals instead?

I am using a Pixel Watch 3.

I just got a watch 2 by Xiaomi, but I want to change my distance settings to miles.

However, I cannot find the setting to change it nor in the Mi Health app.

My only solution is to use a watch face that someone made that converts km to miles.

Is it not supported on this device?

So recently I jumped ecosystems and got a Pixel 9 Pro Fold and a Pixel Watch 3 to go with it. Apple Music works perfectly on my Pixel Phone, but then I realized it doesn't work on the Pixel Watch. I saw that Spotify is a viable option and it has always peaked my interest. I tried a few services for transferring my playlists from Apple Music to Spotify, but none of them seem to transfer "everything". The main issue is transferring my playlists that have local files that I uploaded to Apple Music forever ago (aka files that don't exist in any music catalog for either service) that were sourced from like forums and music sharing services from days of old.

With all that being said, is there any likelihood of Apple Music actually making its way to Wear OS? Is the Spotify app on Wear OS even worth switching music services for?

Does Samsung Health App work on non Samsung watches? I tried downloading it on my watch but after asking for permissions, it closes instantly as soon as I try to open it.

I'm new to the whole wearos environment so I'm not very familiar with the platform.

Besides my initial question, are there any interesting apps, mods that I can check out? I'm quite okay with using ADB to sideload apps so I'd like to explore what else I can do with the platform in terms of health features, trackers, workouts and of course watch faces.

I have been able to install the pixel watch faces but I'm wondering if galaxy watch faces have been ported over to other wearOS devices.

what adhesive do they use to put the magnetic charging piece on the back of a Google fossil smartwatch

I work remote so my hands are above the pad typing while I'm on the walking pad. It won't register steps and distance only HR which I guess is ok for cal burned. My walking pad app will give a guess on cal but tell me steps and distance. What's the best way to track this workout with the combined info? Samsung watch 6 with Samsung health tracking app.

Still rocking the Fossil Gen 5 Carlyle, but the screen has pretty noticeable burn-in. I've tried searching for replacement parts like screens or battery but haven't found anything. Any resources out there this community knows about? Don't feel like moving on yet, but it may be time.

Is the Pixel Watch worth the extra?

For the past few days, I can no longer like songs on Spotify from my Galaxy Watch6. When I press the + icon, it vibrates but doesn't do anything. Pressing the icon on already liked songs, however, does give me the option to remove them from my favorites. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app, both on the watch and my phone (Galaxy S22+), to make sure it wasn't a caching issue. Restarted both devices as well. Still no go. Like I said, this only started happening a few days ago. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this?

With Appintheair having been shut down last month (RIP), I'm on the lookout for alternative travel apps.
There seem to be a bunch of phone apps that may fit the bill but my favourite part of the app was Wear OS support. They had a watchface and complication that used to update with flight status (boarding time, gate number, time to land, baggage carousel number etc).
None of the other apps I saw seem to have anything remotely similar (even in the paid versions) so I'm not hopeful. But I'm asking here on the off chance that someone in the community may have any recommendations.

I am trying to learn more about creating watch face for WearOS. I was wondering if it's possible to change the theme or the background by date. For example, have a gif of snow falling on a church if it's between December 23 thru December 25, things like that.

I've found my Skagen Falster 3 from 2020 in a drawer and I've been using it the past few days. It currently needs charging 3/4 times a day to stay alive.

I want to make Google fit as my default as it has better compatibility with almost all apps but samsung fit still stays the default. I tried connecting them both but Google fit receives all the data but tracks less. The steps were being received in the right amounts but the track was wayyy less than the actual amount. If there is any way, please tell. I tried using an app called health sync but I still need to see the results

Ever since I got the TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro, I've been having issues with contactless payments. Whenever I try to pay, it asks for my PIN/pattern, which I input, but most of the time, the payment doesn't go through. On rare occasions, it works on the second attempt.

What bothers me the most is that it keeps asking for the PIN/pattern every time I try to pay, even though the watch is securely on my wrist and functioning normally. This never happened with my Pro 5, even on WearOS 4.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi all, I have a TicWatch Pro 5 and am ready to install the new update (I waited to see what others thought first) My question is, is it best to do a factory reset first (I'm not worried about reinstalling my apps) then install the latest OS? I've been dealing with a strange issue on both my TicWatch Pro 5 and Pro 5 Enduro. Some watchfaces start flickering or “shaking” when I enable Always on Display (AOD) mode (those from MikeOB, which I really like). It’s a bit odd because it doesn’t happen with all watchfaces—those from RZWatchfaces, for example, seem totally fine.

This happens on both of my TicWatches, and I’m curious if anyone else has come across this issue. Is it something related to the AOD mode settings, the watchfaces themselves, or maybe just a software glitch? If you’ve had similar experiences or found a fix, I’d love to hear about it!
