My Ticwatch pro 3 GPS has been playing up for a while, so I did a factory reset the other day and now I can't find any internet browsers, I used to have Samsung internet browser but it's not coming up in the play store. Is there anything I can do to get it back, or are there any others that I can use?
Newly purchased a Pro 5 Enduro, paired with a Pixel 8 Pro. Updated to newest Wear. Everything is pretty good but then I finally tried the feature I most wanted... using the phone app from the watch.
It was so garbled it's unintelligible. I rebooted both devices with no luck. Phone was right next to me. Using BT headset to phone works fine, calls from phone work fine as well, so it's nothing on the phone side. Can't find anything else describing this, and all other functions work well.
Wondering if you guys jave luck with the feature or if it's known to be weak? (EDIT: I mean the watch's onboard audio)
Piggyback question: any way to rename the hostname of the watch as it presents itself in Bluetooth connections?
EDIT: SOLVED: Had to celar the cache partition. Steps to do that:
Is Ticwatch 5 compatibel with Iphone after the update??
I have had the tic watch pro 3 gps for a while now and recently the second screen with the digital clock doesn't display any digits, it just lights up when I try to look at it. Does Anyone have the same issue and have any solutions I have tried to reset and restart it a couple of times with no luck, kinda considering upgrading to the tic watch pro 5 Enduro since it's on sale since my 3 is kinda old.
I've recently purchased a Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro watch, which runs on Wear OS 4.0. When I go to sleep, I need to turn on the night mode so that the watch does not vibrate when my phone is receiving a new notification.
I would like the night mode to turn on/off automatically using a schedule, like it is on my phone (night mode/DND are not synced across the phone and the watch and need to be switched on or off separately). In my watch settings, I found an option upon Settings - Apps and Notifications - Notifications - Do not disturb - Schedule, and set the Auto On at 21:45 and Auto Off at 07:00. But it seems to have no effect, as night mode is not turned on/ automatically at the set time. What may the issue be? I would be grateful for any help.
I an allergic to basically all metals. I have heard that some/all Ticwatch models have a fully plastic back. I am wondering which models fall into this category?
I am also wondering if any have a plastic bezel around the watchface. Because my skin is ridiculous, I would probably react to that too 🥴
Just to make it quick, has it returned?
I noticed over Thanksgiving (hope everyone is stuffed!) that my TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra hadn't synced time or sent notifications for a while (4 days now). Having a chance to check out today, I noticed that both the phone and watch show that Bluetooth is connected. I've tried resetting this anyway, but this aspect seems fine. But the bad part is that I noticed that Mobvoi Health does not show a connection and fails on retries. I've tried to re-add it as a device, but no go.
The other odd thing is that the watch is suddenly draining the battery in significantly less than a day. I'd been currently lasting 3-4 days, so something is eating it up (unless the fast discharge is due to connection attempts). I've not installed anything new in months, so I don't anticipate anything there.
Do I really have to reset the watch? It's a tremendous pain to reinstall everything and reconfigure all the apps.
The strangest behaviour just happened: battery jumped from ~35% to 0.
The watch buzzed and went into essential mode with the blinking battery indicator.
When hooked to the charger and booted up the Energy Monitor app showed me this graph.
Has this happened to anybody? ._.
So my watch is only couple months old so well within the warranty period and i bought the watch from other retailers and not from Mobvoi directly, so there should be not that big of issues with potential return and replacement.
But the actual issue was that randomly two days ago i was just normally waking the watch from essential mode and thought nothing of it, then after 10 minutes I remembered that I need to put my pin to it, but it was still showing me the WearOS boot animation. I held down the power and restarted with same result, then i tried to held down the power+crown and got to recovery mode. There i selected restart with no change, still stuck on WearOS. Then i selected power off and after few minutes i tried again and this time it booted up and worked just fine.
This until I got in bed and put it back in essential mode, and yesterday i had same problems getting it working, but ultimately it booted up. I used it for few hours while I was out and as I got home, i decided to go to the mobvoi app and reset it.
After doing the initial setup and setting it up with my watchfaces and stuff including Google wallet and Google fit. It worked just fine and i then put it back to essential mode for the night and just now restarted it and this time it booted back up and welcomed me back from essential mode just like normal.
So was it just some random issue or is there potentially something wrong with the hw and these issues come back in few days?
I had done system reset after WearOS 4.0 and again after noticing random issues with watchfaces, but after being in contact with some watchface makers they say it's an issue with Mobvoi and Mobvoi says that the issue is with the watchface maker tool from Google not working well with WearOS 4.0.
But anyway so i just wanted to point out that i had done reset previously after WearOS 4.0 update, but that it has been few months since I did that.
So was it just some glitch or something more serious?
I'm planning to purchase the TicWatch Pro 3 and Pro 5. I have a few questions about them.
I've searched thoroughly but couldn't find an answer to my question, so I'm asking here on Reddit. 😔
Here's my question.
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a smartwatch and Mobvoi's seem great.
Basically, I have a Youtube Music subscription and i would like to run with music, but also need the GPS to track the workout and I would need the watch to be submergible in saltwater.
I know its a bit to ask, but the COROS option fails because it does not have Youtube Music integration, so I would have to download songs and podcasts to listen.
Is that any good Mobvoi option for me?
Thanks in advance!
Just wondering
Hi. I receive all notifications on my phone but for some reason I'm not receiving calls on my watch. (missed call notification after is shown). I have tried all possible scenarios short of resetting the watch to factory settings. Any help or ideas? Sonce my hearing is not great o rely on the vibration of the watch to notify me of calls and am awaiting important calls soon. S23 ultra
I’ve seen stuff saying you can download stuff like YouTube, and Spotify on the ticwatch variants but what about one like this? And what apps can I download?
I ordered the TicWatch Atlas (Silver) and just waiting for it to ship. It looks so sexy. I bought two different quality leather bands for it too. I think the light brown cork color leather goes best with the silver version. If I change my mind, I can always get a metallic silver band for it.
Folks should know, the Black Friday sales started at the Mobvoi website, the folks who make the TicWatches and you can get the TicWatch Atlas on sale. And theyre still taking preorders. They promise to ship them at the end of this month. So if you're thinking of getting an Atlas, this is your chance.
If you're still thinking about it, let me explain this to you. If you want a Wear OS smartwatch, pay attention, Ill cut down your research time by 99%.
If you want to spend close to $700 on a smartwatch, get the Galaxy Watch Ultra. It's nice. It just is. A bit like having a toaster oven on your wrist, but that's the top Wear OS watch right now. I think its on a Black Friday Sale for over $550. It's the king right now. Besides the $800-$1400 Garmin watches which are not Wear OS, which means you are limited in watch face choices and 3rd party apps. Garmins just look pretty.
But if you want a quality Wear OS smartwatch under the $400 price range, the two contenders are the Galaxy Watch 7 and the TicWatch Atlas. Those are your choices. And they're both really nice watches. They both have 2gb of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Galaxy Watch 7 has the slightly better screen, with better resolution and brightness, and a nice sleek design for pretty boys (and girls). But keep in mind the Galaxy Watch 7 has a big fat black circle around the watch face that is a part of its supposedly bigger screen. Yuck. To me that's a turn off. The TicWatch Atlas still has a nice bright screen, and it has the better processor and the better battery. And that black circle is much thinner.
In summary, the Atlas won, in my opinion after looking hard into these 2024 watches. If you want a TicWatch Atlas (Black or Silver), feel free to use my referral code from the Mobvoi website.

[I made spaces in the address so the bots dont remove my post]
It will give you 5% off your purchase (and give me store credit), on top of the Black Friday Sale. And Mobvoi gives you another 5% discount for using their website for the first time. And they don't charge shipping, claiming shipping is included in price. That's like 4 discounts all in one!
Go get yourself a watch. You deserve it. Oh and if you're degoogling, this watch still works with a phone using the Graphene OS. Just get it!
I think I just turned into a Mobvoi fanboy.
My watch first said to wear it three days, now it's saying to sync a baseline with mobvoi health. For the life of me I can't find this option in the app, does anyone know where it is?
Hi, I recently bought a Oneplus Ace 3 Pro with ColorOS, When I tried to configure my Ticwatch Pro 3 watch I got this error, is there anything I could do to fix it?
TicWatch Atlas Silver is still taking preorders at their website, and they're promising to ship all orders by the end of this month. What are the chances of it releasing with Wear OS5?
There has been no mention, and the brand new TicWatch Atlas is still on Wear OS4, I know. But what are the chances?
Sleep tracking in Mobvoi Health is displaying "No Data". However Google Fit is showing my sleep data and is showing that it got the Data from Mobvoi Health. Any ideas on how to get Mobvoi Health to display the sleep data? Ticwatch Pro 5 and Google Pixel 6 pro with all updates. Thankd
Hi,
I have taken my mobvoi ticwatch ultra 3 gps from under the dust. Now I've updated to latest software. What app do you use now on your phone to sync data? Mobvoi health or wear os?
Ever since I got the TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro, I've been having issues with contactless payments. Whenever I try to pay, it asks for my PIN/pattern, which I input, but most of the time, the payment doesn't go through. On rare occasions, it works on the second attempt.
What bothers me the most is that it keeps asking for the PIN/pattern every time I try to pay, even though the watch is securely on my wrist and functioning normally. This never happened with my Pro 5, even on WearOS 4.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.
Hey everyone,
I've been dealing with a strange issue on both my TicWatch Pro 5 and Pro 5 Enduro. Some watchfaces start flickering or “shaking” when I enable Always on Display (AOD) mode (those from MikeOB, which I really like). It’s a bit odd because it doesn’t happen with all watchfaces—those from RZWatchfaces, for example, seem totally fine.
This happens on both of my TicWatches, and I’m curious if anyone else has come across this issue. Is it something related to the AOD mode settings, the watchfaces themselves, or maybe just a software glitch? If you’ve had similar experiences or found a fix, I’d love to hear about it!
Thanks in advance!
My mom recently gave me her old TicWatch, and I love it. My only problem is that, while I have it set to always on, if my watch is idle for like 15 seconds the brightness lowers and it takes small info like seconds on the clock.
All I want is to keep the DIMMER one. It gives me all the info I need, and it constantly switching between one watch face and a lesser version of that watch face is really annoying.
Edit: TicWatch E btw

Ticwatch 3pro and galaxy S23U, is this a bug?
