Republic, Separatist, Rebel and Imperial fleets fight for the fate of the galaxy in Star Wars™: Armada, the two-player miniatures game of epic Star Wars space battles!
Massive Star Destroyers fly to battle against corvettes and frigates. Banks of turbolasers unleash torrential volleys of fire against squadrons of starfighters. Engineering teams race to route additional power to failing shields. Laser blasts and explosions flare across the battlefield. Even a single ship can change the tide of battle.
In Star Wars: Armada, you assume the role of fleet admiral, serving with either the Republic Navy, Separatist Navy, Imperial Navy, or Rebel Alliance. It’s your job to issue the tactical commands that will decide the course of battle and, perhaps, the fate of the galaxy.

Hi all, can people recommend some good card binders? I have a Vaultx one for Legion but looking for one for Armada that can store, ship card cards, standard upgrade size and the old mini ones. Many thanks:)
Might be a silly Question:
When iam First Player, Hyperspace Rings/Scout allows me to deploy the First two squadrons basically anywhere, even inside the middle of the enemys deployment zone, since there are no enemy ships in distance 1-5.
Correct?
If correct, is the enemy allowed to deploy(or Maybe forced to because of this d*** move)directly on my Scout squadrons, thus moving them aside, allowing me to again place them again in Base contact?
Couldnt find anything against this deployment in the rule book.
Thanks!
I recently discovered SW Armada while purchasing some clearance items at my local gaming store. I was lucky enough to find a lot online and get a few ships. I don't think anyone in my area plays it but I was looking to create two 200 pt starter lists to learn the game and play on a 3x3 mat. I really like the idea of playing 200 point battles Rebellion in the Rim campaign but I can never seem to find a copy anywhere.
Would the following list be balanced? The ships themselves seem similar enough and the point value is close.
Faction: Imperial
Arquitens Light Cruiser (54)
• Enhanced Armament (10)
= 64 Points
Arquitens Light Cruiser (54)
• Enhanced Armament (10)
= 64 Points
Raider I (44)
• Ordnance Experts (4)
= 48 Points
Squadrons:
• 2 x TIE Advanced Squadron (24)
= 24 Points
Total Points: 200
Faction: Rebel
MC30c Torpedo Frigate (63)
• Ordnance Experts (4)
= 67 Points
MC30c Torpedo Frigate (63)
• Ordnance Experts (4)
= 67 Points
CR90 Corvette B (39)
= 39 Points
Squadrons:
• 2 x X-wing Squadron (26)
= 26 Points
Total Points: 199
If the list isn't balanced, could I make a more even list with what I have so far? If I were to expand to 400 points in the future, what would be some ships I should try to get?
Here are all the ships I currently have in my collection:
Imperial-
1x Imperial Class
1x Interdictor Class
2x Victory Class
1x Gladiator Class
2x Arquiten Light Cruiser
1x Quasar Carrier
1x Raider Corvette
8x Tie Fighters
2x Tie Advanced
2x Tie Bombers
2x Tie Interceptors
Rebels:
2x MC 80
1x MC 75
4x MC 30
2x Assault Frigate
2x Nebulon B
3x CR-90
1x Rebel Transport
8x X-Wings
2x A-Wings
2x B-Wings
2x E-Wings
2x Y-Wings
Thanks!
Is it possible to learn this power? Not from Armada Wiki (quality too low) . If someone knows good source for high quality card scans please let me know. I have many ships and bought upgrade card collection but unfortunately lost some of the cards or have them in insufficient quanity and you can't buy the upgrade card collecton anymore...
I'd like to own both ships , is there somewhere I could buy the models or the stl? The Executor is out of stock everywhere and it goes for quite a bit on Ebay and I know that they've never made the Leviathan officially.
I recently obtained a 3rd Gladiator SD, and it's significantly darker than the 2 I bought in the early days of the game.
Has anyone else seen this on Armada models? For the record, it's definitely an official FFG/AMG model, and it definitely hasn't been repainted.
Weird.
Anyone hear anything out of AMG? News. Rumors. Anything?
So i just recently purchased the admirals starter from gamersguildaz and a few other things, i was hoping to have 2 lists empire and rebel for both me and my cousin to learn to play this game (i understand thats what the starter box list is for but it would be so much cooler to have more ships out). Heres a list of what i have
Empire 3x victory class sd 1x chimaera 1x raider 1x arquiten 1x squadron 1 2x squadron 2 1x rogues
Rebels 2x MC80 1x assault frigate 2x CR90 2x MC30 2x nebulon b 1x GR75 1x Hammerhead (2 minis)
Also included are the squadrons from the core set and the upgrade card pack
Hey guys, some of us were talking about going down to Pax Unplugged after I had seen it listed as a Grand Tournament site for Armada. I did some digging but couldn't find any more info on the tournament. Does anyone have any more details of what day it is currently set to run on, etc?
Thanks!
Colour Forge - Imperial Blue with Uni - Posca Yellow.
I have some of My Painted 3D Prints up in my Ebay shop. Aswell as some more of the expansions i dont need. Will ad squadrons and more ships later next week.
here is one of my CR90s for example.
Hi all. Thanks in advance!
I wanted to gather your thoughts around the list below. The idea is fly close and throw dice out of the front arcs (obviously heh). I thought about gunnery teams but salvo will likely throw more dice over the course of the game. Reserve hangers give me 2 more interceptors for 3 points : )
Question on Vader and LTT. I can reroll with Vader first, then use LTT correct?
Faction: Imperial
Commander: Darth Vader
Assault: Most Wanted
Defense: Planetary Ion Cannon
Navigation: Solar Corona
Imperial II (120)
• Admiral Titus (2)
• Local Fire Control (4)
• Reserve Hangar Deck (3)
• Electronic Countermeasures (7)
• Linked Turbolaser Towers (7)
= 143 Points
Imperial II (120)
• Darth Vader (36)
• Reserve Hangar Deck (3)
• Electronic Countermeasures (7)
• Linked Turbolaser Towers (7)
= 173 Points
Arquitens Light Cruiser (54)
• Captain Needa (2)
= 56 Points
Squadrons:
• 2 x TIE Interceptor Squadron (22)
= 22 Points
Total Points: 394
I have an empire leaning set of Armada (original box), plus a few fighter expansions, a few 3D printed models (MC80? Star Destroyer) and 3D printed card holders... but no group and no more time to play. Pic here for general idea. Looking for best offers.
