Pocket hole joinery legs to skirts, and skirts to tabletop.
Using my floor as a workbench, I pocket holed this. Yes the screws are exposed, and hidden, not plugged.
Glad I quickly learned that I need bandaids on hand when working with chisels
After quite a break from this..I'm going to finish building my shitty windowed Cupola.
I don’t care if my stands look nice.
What was even funnier is that there's another 2x4 on the other side exactly like this one
I had a bunch of odd pieces and scraps and wanted to save the cabinet below. Behold ye mortals! Frankenstorage!!!
I’m 5’10” and can reach the bottom of the door. Is there a logical reason someone would hang this so high up?
Hey All,
I'm an instructor at a community makerspace called "Shop Class New Bern." We're gearing up for our 4th ever Belt Sander Drag Race, on September 22nd, 2024. The event features races of belt sanders down a 40' straight track, and includes a Stock and Modified Division, as well as a Best Decorated award. Entry fee is $5, and all money raised goes to the local school for their art program.
We'll have a beer tent, food truck, and local musician playing, and it's always a lot of fun.
If you want to enter or check it out, check our website at https://www.shopclass-nb.com/belt-sander-drag-races for all the details, and please feel free to ask any questions.
