So im looking at renting a basement suite, and the landlord is asking for a copy of my id through text, and screenshots/timesheets/statements of my banking information.

Is this allowed? I can’t find much about it online without calling, which I can’t access today because of a weekend but I need it today.

Are they allowed to ask for a copy of such? Or even if I do, do I block out certain info from my id? I’m also self employed and run off of cash so I don’t have entirely proof of income on my end unfortunately.

Was staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Gaetz Thursday night. I was woken up at 4:45am by the front desk because two wastes of skin were busting windows and breaking into cars. I need a medium/priest to come in my house as I have 1 or more spirits in my apartment. Its a Bernina 1130 from the 80's. Replacement parts are not longer made, so looking for either someone who specifically repairs machines like this, or someone who has the skills and knows they can do it. I have the repair manuals but it is way beyond my skillset. It's a very loved machine, so looking for the best.

I just got a new mouthpiece for my Bari sax. It's phenomenal and gorgeous. It's the Jody Jazz super jet 6. I've just made this new jump from the stock piece. I was hoping to buy 1 Reed of any kind from people so I can try out new reeds without wasting money on a whole box from the music store.

The Reed I am using now is not the right tool for this job. Currently the Rico 3 for big band sound.

Would anyone happen to have any kind of 2 or 2.5 strength I can buy to try ? Preferably manufactured for a jazz sound? I would like to purchase 1 of any kind I can get before I decide to commit and buy a full box.
