I live in the south suburb city of South Milwaukee. Does anyone recommend any massage therapists or chain? I really need to get neck and shoulder work asap. Thanks.
Anyone seen it? Thoughts? Fun?
Are there any groups of home schooling moms that do meet ups? I’ve been wanting to put my son in home schooling & the only reason I haven’t is due to me wanting him to socialize.
I am looking for good day trip cities within about two hours of Milwaukee. It doesn’t matter the size of the city. Typically I like exploring obscure monuments/landmarks, historical markers, museums, unique libraries, and historic architecture. Any suggestions?
I have a PBS channel running on the tv sometimes and I live in Milwaukee. I caught the end of the art segment and he does work for the Mitchell Domes. I love The Domes and want to know who makes the Dome's merch. Does he make these? In the episode he opens up what looks like a Domes "umbrella" that looks like a Domes' pattern. Beautifully. I think he and his girlfriend(?) do it. I'm not sure. He don't say his name in this part, I only saw the second half on my TV so I looked at the domes website and found the umbrella but nothing else. Thank you
Hey I know this is going to sound absolutely insane to some, but I’m putting it out there anyway. I’ve gone deep down the UAP/NHI rabbit hole the last few years, and long story short it has put me in a place where I’m loving the idea of church again. I don’t plan on trying to talk about aliens at service, but I wouldn’t feel right embracing a community that still thinks we are alone in the universe, or that NHI represents something negative. I’m happy to embrace the role of being the weird one at church, but is there a group of church-goers in the area who ever approach this topic? To be clear I’m not claiming to know anything about NHI for certain, but I love the idea of having curiosity about it with other community members who also want to honor the great mysteries of the universe with a humble, grateful perspective. And refreshing it weekly :)
Another year, no Black 47 concert that was recorded especially for PBS at the Milw Irish Cultural Center.
Hey all!
So I just moved to Milwaukee for a professor job. I really like the city, but I moved here alone and it’s getting lonelier since the season turned. I’m remembering how much I appreciated my community of colleagues in grad school and I’m hoping I might be able to find something similar with other professors here. Is there any sort of social group, a bingo team or bar trivia group or what not, of other professors or researchers who would be open to inviting me to join them some time?
📅 When: Saturday, December 7th, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Hey y’all! Tryena step up our tea game and find some bulk, responsibly sourced loose leaf tea, but I haven’t found anyplace that sells it from the north shore down to bay view. Anyone able to steer us in the right direction?
Hey guys I just moved to Milwaukee is there any gyms with heavy bags around here? I like to do Muay Thai so I'd like the bags to be long bags.
I asked the two planet fitnesses around me and they said they don't have bags. I prefer commercial gyms because they have longer hours and are cheaper than dedicated martial arts gyms.
I'm looking into starting a mobile treadmill van for dogs, but am wondering if there's even a want or need for this type of thing in Milwaukee. Any advice or thoughts?
I’m having a holiday party with my closest friends (there are 6 of us total) on Saturday and don’t feel like cooking. What restaurants have family style options for take out? I’d prefer not to do pizza.
I am going to the girl in red concert on December 9 (Monday) that starts at 8 pm. Doors open at about 7 I assume?? If I want to be front stage what time should I arrive and wait in line? Any other tips and suggestions?
Three day visit to get a feel for the city and what it's like to live in a walkable area. What's missing? What should be replaced? Thanks for your insight!

Anyone know when (if?) Trader Nick’s is reopening? FB says closed for the summer and returning in fall but I’m getting less and less optimistic…
Does anyone have good recommendations on where to get my tires aligned? I don’t want to deal with people trying to upsell me or price gouging etc
Hello! I have cause for celebration coming up and want to spend it dumping way too much money into those claw machines with rubber ducks in them. I think Fat Daddy's had one years ago, not sure if it's still there. Anyone else know any other places (preferably on the south side) that has these?
Looking for a good overall mechanic for Subarus in Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, or Cudahy area. Thinks like routine maintenance, brakes, etc. Thanks so much
Hello everyone, I'm a student at UWM and for one of my courses we need college responses for my survey. If you wouldn't mind taking 5 min to respond we'd greatly appreciate that. Thanks again
hey all. need to get some work done on my car (more specifically: both of my front wheel barrings and left ball joint, front stabilizer links, and lower control arms with an alignment. i know.. it’s a lot).
i just need to know a place where i’m not going to get scammed or poor work done. i’m new to milwaukee and i’d like to keep my car in tact for a while..
thanks!!
My bestie boo is in her early 30s, works from home & just needs more opportunities to get out there & meet more new people. New friends, more chances for dating etc. (The apps are a post-apocalyptic, toxic slime fuelled dumpster fire)
Thanks in advance for any & all suggestions!
Edit: I promise she's tried Hinge for years, she'd really prefer something offline but I appreciate the thoughts guys 🙃
