My dad is an ex drilling superintendent, 10 years as a Derrick man and driller 20 years as a company man and superintendent, 5 years coal mine laborer when he was younger. He’s 57. He’s been driving a truck for 5 years and wants to find a job in safety or management construction of some sort. What would be the best most available options to him to get his ass out of a truck? (he’s hated it the whole time)

Sad unfortunate situation where a migrant worker from Mexico died due to working in high heat without being given federal worker protections. DeSantis rules......
Since starting my new job as a server in a restaurant, I’ve been treated very unfairly. The manager likes the girls that work there more so often times I catch them talking about me and getting silent when I walk by. Right after this happens I suddenly start losing tables at my section and he gives them to the girls. Also at times when he put too many servers on for a shift he will look to me to be a busser rather than server. I have addressed him about this issue and I will be addressing him about the unfair issue of him giving up my tables to the girls for no reason. Another thing I noticed is he has them take the reservations to their sections before they come in . Is this something I can report after addressing it with him?
