What a joke of a publication.

In 2028 (if there is an election)Beshear as president and Gallego as VP. Since Trump will have power to replace all election officials with loyalists (if project 2025 becomes law) we need a landslide that would make Reagan blush. Beshear is a democrat who won TWICE in Kentucky (a state that Trump won by roughly 30 points in 20+24). He can get more moderates (and even some anti-Vance but pro-Trump republicans). Gallego somehow won in Arizona when trump won by 6 points (granted he was running against a knock off disney villain) he could really help in swing states. Dems could then put far left people (sanders, AOC,etc to appease the base who will already be willing to vote for anyone over Trump)this ticket could get 400+ electoral votes. Gas prices are expected to skyrocket in MI and WC (highest in us bc tariffs) and Texas will have a recession along with job shortages because of mass deportations of legal citizens.I mean Dems could win TX,AZ,IA,GA,NC,PA,WI,MI,NV,KS,KT(mark my words with Trump being Trump and Beshear on the ticket KT could go blue or at least be competitive), and FL. Sadly I don’t think Dems will be nominating a woman or person of color any time soon. America chose between a demented old man quoting Hitler, promising to ruin the economy, saying magnets don’t work underwater, calling Hannibal Lector a proud patriotic American, and thinks you can become a black person OR a black woman who is. More than qualified to run for office, has a plan for incredible economic growth and is not a dictator. Let’s face it America is way too prejudice to elect anyone that is not a straight white wealthy Christian Man. There is way too much at stake to risk that again. I feel awful saying this because America needs more diversity and less prejudice but we are not there yet. We need can’t be risk our entire lives and futures on Americans learning racism is bad in 4 years. Because of this Beshear and Gallego are the best options we have. I think it is really important for Dems to rally around someone asap so reps can waist their time attacking and Dems could grow to strongly support and admire. Who do you guys think should run and who do you think will be our nominee?
