The Guyver itself is a symbiotic techno-organic (or biomechanical) device that enhances the capabilities of its host. The manga was originally serialized in Tokuma Shoten's Shōnen Captain magazine beginning in 1985. When Shōnen Captain was discontinued in 1997, the manga was picked up by Kadokawa Shoten who subsequently re-released all of the previous graphic novels originally published by Tokuma. The manga is currently serialized in Kadokawa's monthly Shōnen Ace magazine. It has been licensed by Viz Media, Star Comics and Chuang Yi Publishing.

I've watched alot of recent anime from comedy to horror and I haven't seen a single joke, gag, or reference to guyver.
I DO like that she was ported over from the OVA but she's so wasted as a character. It's obvious that she's supposed a sort of dark counter to Aptom -- both being bootleg guyvers with a grudge against the MC, who eventually turn against their employer for their own agendas. They didn't bring her out until after Aptom got done with his character development though. She should've been introduced much earlier, and been his mirror/rival. At this point it's hard to imagine what sort of character interactions they'd have beyond him trying to save her from destroying herself
anyways also they're in love. thank you. *drops mike and falls off stage and explodes*
What if a guyver unit with the anti venom symbiote from the marvel universe ntegrated into it was created? what kind of different things do you think it could be capable of than other guyver units?

Started reading a literpg that has the same vibes as guyver, kind of impressed me how much it started reminding me of guyver. https://www.amazon.com/Arise-Alpha-Dark-LitRPG-Adventure-ebook/dp/B09T74TV2T
So are we going to just wait? if we can push for a new anime it might motivate the author.
We could target other unfinished Manga and create a stigma about not finishing Manga guilt tripping other authors.
Directly create a petition or crowd fund it or an adaptation.
AI could massively help author finish pages faster while still keeping it their work. Maybe by converting the authors sketches into finished pages and training it using art specifically drawn by that author.
Why aren't we trying anything?
A brand new Guyver fan film who's trailer just released, check it out!
Any hope for the Mangas continuation?
Snapped this while posing and messing with it last night, and had a little fun with the shading
I'm sad.
Embrace your villainous monstrous side, and pick a Zoanoid type to be and cause havok!
Personally, I would choose to be Neo ZX-Tole.
I have given up hope that Takaya Yoshiki may continue the series someday.
but I hope to find any author/work with a similar art style to the guyver series.
Was just searching for something new in Guyver on Youtube. A possible short fanfilm it seems, So that's pretty cool! Hopefully this will live up to expectations.
