I want the episode number to be specific.

Always wondered why people shat on Skypiea so much, it was one of my favourite arcs and I knew it would have huge implications on the main story.

The recent chapter is a mass trigger making everyone go back and revisit Skypiea and I'm all for it. Hopefully, better minds than me can figure out how Skypiea and its lore fit into the whole story after the recent mural drop.

Magellan is very rarely talked about as anyone's favorite character but he will always be my favorite because I too would be able to conquer the world if I didn't have to shit every 45 minutes. Not really here to powerscale but if yall wanna fight about it I truly believe he wins any fair fight in canon with a bottle of pepto and a packet of zofran.

I don't think Oda will go with destiny bullshit. I genuely think luffy will travel back in time, why? Silhouettes on the mural is way too similar to these days characters, but there is Emeth and he died. Oda once said that one of the straw hats will die, my guess it will be usopp because his dream is to be "brave warrior of the sea" How would he die? Probably doing some brave thing against the imu. There would be no other choice but to get back in time, lose and get back to present to win by doing some sick move. (like in a movie where villian has box with powerfull pill that makes him a god but characters get back in time to get that pill out of the box, so villian is like "WHERE IS IT" ) Ressurecting usopp would be obivous reason to time travel. Also i think that luffy is the person that left one piece on laugh tale, and i think it's going to be invitation to a party but luffy forgot that he's in the past and wrote the date from the present, that's why it was so funny and that's why roger pirates were too soon.

I think I've figured out at least one definative meaning behind one of the symbols in the mural and legend.

Those of The Moon might obviously be the Lunarians, but that's not what I want to focus on.

If the legend insists that much on making Moon and Half-Moon distinct, then they both must correspond to very distinct things. At first I struggled to figure out what that could mean, then I looked back at the mural.

The ship.

If you simply the image of a boat as much as you can while still having it be recognizable, then it definitely looks like a half-moon.

Now ask yourself: Who are Those of the Half-Moon? Who are Those of the Ship?

Pirates. Or Sailors.

In some translations, the Marines, or at least their individual soldiers, are referred to as Sailors. It seems that Those of The Ship are going to be a definative part of what's coming, and perhaps the original purpose of the Marines was an attempt to gain control of that part.

Blackbeard Pirates will be the final boss, story telling wise it's against a pirate vs pirate.

Their schemes is on a whole another level, even the Five Elders could not figure out what they have been up-to and to just casually declare they want "The World" in front of its current rulers is so greedy, bold, confident and ambitious, its the mentality of being a pirate.

My theory is that the God of Sun is Luffy (for obvious reasons), God of Forest is IMU since since she have been shown playing with butterflies and living in the area where there are trees, and in the latest chapter it's written in second world god of forest sent the demons (five elders) and all plus she was earlier holding few posters in hand which I beleive were all the Gods that have been talked about in the latest chapters, like Shirahoshi - The Sea God, Serpent of Hell being - Blackbeard and God of Earth might be Enel ( just a guess). And the mural showing Loki, the giant robot, mink tribe, skypia tribe, Mermaid and fisherman tribe, tantoba tribe ( sewing fairies from dresrosa), giants and all the followers of Nika fighting alongside him against Imu and her demons.

First off, I believe this greed and “forbidden sun” that mankind has is the creation of devil fruits. The greed refers to the wishes and wants of man and this “forbidden sun” is the way they made the devil fruits. People were enslaved through power dynamics and the sun god refers to the first sun god Nika. Idk about the earth god, but I think this “serpent of hellfire” may be/be related to the formation of the red line. I think Imu may be the “forest god” (possibly related to the earth god) and “taming demons” refers to their conquest (the 19 kingdoms, the five elders, etc.). I agree with everyone else about the half moon being the D clan but as for the moon this may refer to the people living on the moon, seeing the destruction of the world, and praying just as the D clan are. Killing the sun and becoming god I believe refers to whatever power source was used to power the ancient weapons. Killing the sun = something like the mother flame. Became god = had these great powerful ancient weapons. The most clear one is “the sea god stormed” refers to the sinking of most of the land. As for the third story, it refers to how the D clan still remains and though not knowing their origins, still fight for change in the world. Luffy, as the newest iteration of the sun god, will maybe guide the world to its end in a more metaphorical way. He may just change the world in a way to where it is completely new. Luffy could also be surprisingly destructive as well, which I believe Oda intends to have us not really know how Luffy ends the world. (Example: the giants all have various stories on the vague morality of joy boy as a righteous or chaotic deity) The sun reappearing may refer to the resurfacing of how humanity made devils fruits and/or how they powered the ancient weapons. Overall, this is what I like to believe but I would love to hear some discussion.

Do I think this will happen, probably not, but I think it would be cool if Brook got his hands on Shamrock's sword. I can see Cerberus taking a liking to him because he is all bones. I can imagine a comedic sort of relationship, similar to Brook with the dog minks on Zou.

On the one hand, Mihawk has more narrative importance going forward and hasn't gone all out yet. On the other hand, the amount of statements regarding Oden's power is significant, in both number of people talking about him, and in number of pages covering the manga. So, it's a pretty hard toss up.

Before the void century, there were two tribes of humans on Earth who worshipped God.

Today, we know them as:

1. Bilkans (Earth Tribe / Full-Moon Tribe / 'O' Tribe) - Leader of this tribe was Birka, later known as Imu.
2. Shandians (Moon Tribe / Half-Moon Tribe / 'D' Tribe / Serpents) - Leader of the tribe was Dragon, or the Serpant of Fire.

Monkey D. Garp is not Luffy's Grandfather, anymore than he was Ace's Grandfather.

Dragon (Moon) and Imu (Birka) couldn't conceive a child (Lacking in natural resources) and so they used

Birka was once pure, and had been wife of Dragon. Together, they loved each other, but Dragon and Birka could not conceive a child. And used the Mother Flame (Forbidden Sun) they sourced from the Earth in attempt to bring a life into the world.

In child birth, Birka was going to die and Dragon (The Serpent of Fire) in attempt to try to save her life (Mankind succumbed to Greed), used the Op-Op Fruit (Forbidden Sun) and took out his own heart and put it into Birka.

On one hand this granted Imu eternal life. But Dragon discovered that the Devil possessed Birka, and essentially corrupted his wife -- his Earth -- the tribe leader of the Bilkans.

From the story of the First world it is written that "Within the Earth there was fire" or

..other translations are "The Earth burned in endless flame".

The Earth became possessed by the Devil. Imu became the embodiment of enslavement, greed, and endless desire. The Moon (Dragon) was cast away and exiled (Burned) by the people.

Through the use of the Op-Op Fruit and Mother's Flame, Dragon was cursed with a long life (half-dead).

His burn marks on his face—the ‘X’s on his face—are the same as Luffy’s ‘X’ on his arm. Dragon became what Fingerland called a half-dead slave, bound to repeat his failure.

Dragon succumbed to greed and touched the Forbidden Sun = 'X' mark signifies Rebirth.

In the age of suffering, the people of the D tribe were enslaved and prayed to (Sun) God.

Nika was born—a slave who carried the Will of God. He was an ordinary man who wore a Straw Hat, which throughout time becomes a symbol of divine inheritance.

Through the faith of the enslaved, Nika embodied the Sun God and became their savior. Nika, like Moses, split the sea and created the Red Line to enslave the Devil possessed Birka. His divine power reshaped ("shrouded') the Earth, attempting to divide the world and separate the Devil’s influence.

Nika (Sun God) created the Red Line and imprisoned Imu at the top.

The Red Line at it's tip was a volcano and was cast to Hell to burn by the Sun God. Birka/ the Devil was imprisoned surrounded by sea monsters in the calm belt and the giant red line divided the seas.

The Second War: The Kingdom of the 20, The Princess and Joy Boy

The 20 Kingdoms built an empire, a civilization of great wealth and were drawn to power and greed. The Devil from within the Red Line convinced the kingdoms to release the Mother Flame.

Lilli (Half-Crescent people) was meant to marry Imu - who Imu later became possessed by the Devil. Lilli worked with Joy Boy and Poseidon (Full Moon people) and realized that the only way to stop the Devil/Imu was to flood the world and cast him away under the ocean.

Joy Boy (Sun God) with the help of Poseidon (Full Moon) and Lilli (Half Moon) flooded Atlantis and used Pluto to attempt to kill Imu but failed

Joy Boy, with the power of the Sun God, brought forth a Great Flood to drown the kingdoms which later became Atlantis. This was an attempt to purge the Devil’s corruption and hide the sacred throne (Throne on Laugh Tale) from the Devil possessed Birka/Imu

• "The ones who evoked the wrath of the (Sea) God" were the ones who were cast away by Joy Boy

Those who had fed the Devil with power and greed (the people of the 20 Kingdoms) were banished beneath the ocean and Laugh Tale was hidden at the end of the Grand Line, safe from the Devil’s (Imu's) grasp.

• But the Red Line did not stop growing, and the world continued to sink. The ocean still rises, consuming Earth, while the Red Line expands like a scar upon the Earth.

The Third World: Imu’s Resurrection from the Ocean

Imu was cast into the depths, but the Devil could not be drowned.

• With the power of the Adam Tree’s Forbidden Fruits, Imu arose from the ocean from the Sun Light Tree Eve.
• From the flooded ruins of Atlantis, Imu climbed back to the surface, still possessed by the Devil.

Imu rebuilt the world atop the ruins of the Red Line, creating the new World Government and separating himself from the sea and continued flood.

• The 20 Kingdoms that had survived the flood became the Celestial Dragons, inheritors of Imu’s rule.

Celestial dragons had fish bowl heads to breathe under water

The Devil continued to enslave the world, ensuring that history would never repeat.

• The Red Line became the symbol of its power, dividing the world into controlled regions.

The Birth of Luffy and the Frozen Prophecy

The Earth (Imu), still under the Devil’s control, gave birth to the Sun (Luffy).

• Luffy is the child of the Moon (Dragon) and the Earth (Imu), the last hope to restore balance.

As a baby, Luffy drew the prophecy of the world in the Treasure Tree Adam.

• From his cradle in the Adam Tree, he drew images of Nika, Joy Boy, Dragon’s mistake, and his own future journey.
• These drawings, seen by Franky, prove that Luffy’s destiny was written before he was even frozen.

Upon realizing that Luffy carried the Will of D—the Will of God—Imu panicked.

• He wore a giant Straw Hat, just like Nika and Joy Boy, marking him as the chosen one.

Imu used the powers of the Adam Tree’s Forbidden Fruit to freeze Luffy in time.

• The Devil-possessed Earth feared Luffy’s awakening.
• This is why the Giant Straw Hat exists in Mary Geoise—it is proof that Luffy was once frozen.

Years later, Shanks went back to the Holy Land to steal Luffy from his frozen state. He freed Luffy and ensured he would be reborn into the world. He stole the Gomu Gomu no Mi (Nika’s Fruit) from Loki, knowing it was the key to awakening Luffy’s true power.

Conclusion

This theory turns One Piece into a battle of cosmic forces—Sun vs. Moon vs. Devil-Possessed Earth. Luffy’s journey has always been about unlocking his true past, reuniting with the Earth with the people, and restoring balance to the world.

Laugh Tale is Luffy’s Tale, and the world is waiting for him to finish writing it, become the one true King of the Pirates. King of the Half Crescent and Full Moon people, under the Will of God. The Will of D.

if humans cant eat more than 1 df (except bb) .does that mean an object cant also eat more than 1 df or can it ? can more than 1 object have same df? does the df theory apply to object, same as human? if object has its own will, can a same object have 2 different will ? or will there any exception object like human bb.

Let me caveat all of this by saying that I do not think this is a bulletproof theory and I have some uncertainties myself with a few things so I hope that as a community we can fill in the gaps and make it all make sense. With that in mind, my thoughts are as follows:

1st World - The fire in the earth was power. It drove humanity’s technological advancement (like the Industrial Revolution). The source of that power came from the mother flame (the forbidden sun). Humanity got greedy and tapped too much into it. So much to the point that large numbers of slaves we’re made to harness its power. The Sun God (Nika) answered the prayers of the slaves and liberated them from slavery. When earth god (not sure who this is yet…maybe someone can help me here, lol) and serpent (I think this is the redline, may have actually been a living creature or still is???) became enraged by this, there were two arks built to escape the death and destruction. One was the Noah, the other was the original Ark Maxim (not Enel’s obviously lol). Those who traveled in the original Ark Maxim went to the moon and mated with those of the moon. This is where we get those of the moon and half-moon (half earth/half moon) people. I also believe fragments of the mother flame were taken on the Ark Maxim.

2nd World After the destruction of the first world, we now have multiple factions living on earth, moon, half-moon, and earthlings. Imu who may be a descendent of the earthlings who controlled the mother flame from the first world is the Forest God. The tamed demons are the five elders and whoever else we may not know about. Imu’s goal was to (1) purify the earth’s bloodline, and (2) take back control of the mother flame. The Sun God (JoyBoy) was brought back to defend the rest of the world from Imu but lost (probably through some form of unexpected betrayal—side eyes Zunisha). Imu gained the Mother Flame back and he and his pureblood line became “gods”.

Side Note: I believe the mother flame has the ability to produce a lot of things and I think where the Ancient Kingdom and 20 Kingdoms split was on the belief of how to use that power. But obviously Imu secretly had a whole other agenda.

3rd World - Although JoyBoy lost, someone like a Shyarly or Toki (I’m thinking it was Lily) prophesied that the Sun God would return from within the half-moon people (also known as the D Clan, cause a D is literally half a circle) and retake the mother flame and bring forth a new dawn (a change in power). Imu is probably haunted by this prophecy (hearing the voice of the half-moon people) like Orochi was.

We will learn that the One Piece will be the key help fulfill the prophecy and save the world. How Oda gets us there is still unknown to me, but also the most exciting part.

why did the straw hats make these dumb faces after finding out luffy fought kaido. i died of laughter but is there a certain meaning? or just some dumb thing oda did.

It’s pretty funny they all start with B. Bartolomeo and Brook is so funny but they can be both so badass, so cool and so strong at the same time. At first I really didn’t like Brook but after timeskip and his first fight with that fishman 🥶🥶🥶. Bartolomeo was so intimidating at first. Bon Clay is CHAD. Actually… I really can’t decide who’s my personal favorite between Barto and Brook. Don’t get me wrong Bon is still CHAD.
